Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian  implementasi Teaching Faktory (TEFA) dalam mengatasi masalah tenaga kerja seperti pengangguran menggunakan model evaluasi  Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode evaluasi CIPP dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan sistem deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi implementasi program kebijakan Teaching Factory di SMK Negeri DKI Jakarta dengan model CIPP mendapatkan kriteria sangat sesuai dengan rata-rata persentase 89 % dan perlu dilakukan penyesuain di beberapa sekolah seperti guru memiliki kemampuan yang sesuai pada bidangnya dalam menjalankan Teaching Factory, struktur organisasi Teaching Factory yang diresmikan dengan dokumen pengesahan dan produk yang dapat bersaing dengan dunia industri. Supaya tujuan Teaching Factory dapat berjalan sehingga menumbuhkan jiwa enterperneurship pada siswa  selain mempersiapkan menjadi pekerja dan meneruskan kuliah.                                                                                                                 Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Program, Teaching Factory, CIPP. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the implementation of Factoring Teaching (TEFA) in overcoming labor problems such as unemployment using the evaluation model of Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) in DKI Jakarta Vocational High School (SMK). This research was carried out with CIPP evaluation method by collecting data using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis uses a percentage descriptive system. The results showed that the evaluation of the implementation of the Teaching Factory policy program at the State Vocational High School of DKI Jakarta with the CIPP model had very suitable criteria with an average percentage of 89% and it was necessary to adjust in several schools such as the teacher has the appropriate ability in the field in running Teaching Factory, structure Teaching Factory organization which was inaugurated with validation documents and products that can compete with the industrial world. In order for the Teaching Factory purpose to run so that it fosters the spirit of enterpreneurship in students in addition to preparing to become workers and continue their studies.                                                                                                 Keywords: Program Evaluation, Teaching Factory, CIPP.
