Abstract

Rifqi Amrulloh, Management Major of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarmasin, 2019, Public Satisfaction Survey On The Quality Of Service Of Pdam Intan Banjar, Supervisor 1 : Nurus Sjamsi, Supervisor 2 : Isra’ul Huda. The purpose of this study is to want to know the level of community satisfaction with the quality of service at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Intan Banjar and based on these results, want to provide input that should be done by the management of PDAM Intan Banjar. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis. The results of the quantitative calculations obtained are presented in the form of a meaning-centered description. This study aims to explain the existing phenomena by using numbers to describe the characteristics of an individual or group. This research was conducted on 384 respondents of PDAM Intan Banjar customers and was conducted for 3 weeks. The results showed that the results of the community satisfaction survey at the Regional Drinking Water Company Intan Banjar were categorized as "GOOD" with a Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) score of 77.09, this means that the service that has been provided to the community is good, it is hoped that it will be further improved so that in the future it can be better from now on.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions of Lenovo laptops for students of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarmasin. This researcher needs because to know the effect of which variable dominates. The type of research used is correlational research. This research is quantitative in nature. The population and sample in this study were 38 students at STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The independent variables in this study are product quality (X1) and price (X2), while the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y). Data were analyzed using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a Lenovo laptop for students at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarmasin, and the more dominant variable in this study is product quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the Madrasah Principal's Leadership, Work Motivation, and Discipline on Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin in Rantau. The research method used is an analytical survey. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin in Rantau in 2020 as many as 40 people consisting of 15 PNS teachers and 25 honorary teachers. The sample in this research is using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and observation. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on research instruments. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption test. The results showed that the Madrasah Principal's Leadership, Work Motivation, and teacher discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin teachers in Rantau. Madrasah Principal Leadership, Work Motivation, and teacher discipline have a partially significant effect on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin teachers in Rantau. The leadership of the Madrasah Principal has a dominant significant influence on the performance of the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin teachers in Rantau.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo in Banjarmasin. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. This type of research is causal associative, namely research that explains the influence of product variables, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo in Banjarmasin. The population in this study was 2903 who were customers of PT. Rajawali Nusindo Banjarmasin. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using the accidental sampling method. The total sample is 97 people calculated using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that the variable product, service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Banjarmasin. The product variable has no partial significant effect on customer satisfaction, the service quality variable has a partial significant effect on customer satisfaction and the price variable has a partial significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price variable is a variable that has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence partially and simultaneously Organizational Culture and Work Environment on the performance of employees PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency. This type of explanatory research is intended to explain the relationship, difference or influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment variables on performance variables. The population in the study were employees at the office PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans Tanah Bumbu Regency has 52 employees. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample, which means using the entire population in the sample as many as 52 employees. The research results explain, 1). Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously influence employee performance at PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency. 2). Organizational Culture and Work Environment partially influence employee performance at PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency. 3). Work Environment is the dominant variable that influences employee performance at PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency.

Abstract

Productive employees will have an impact on performance effectiveness which will be an added value for the Inspectorate. The importance of competence, independence, and high motivation that must be possessed by auditors has an impact on increasing the effectiveness of the performance of the Tapin Regency Inspectorate's employees. This study aims to analyze and determine the partial influence of independence and motivational competence on the audit quality of the Tapin District Inspectorate, the simultaneous influence of independence competence and motivation on the audit quality of the Tapin District Inspectorate and the most dominant influence of competence, independence, and motivation on the audit quality of the Inspectorate. Tapin District. This research is correlation research with quantitative approach with total sampling technique. The subjects in this study were all 40 employees of the Tapin Regency Inspectorate. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The types of data analysis used in this research are Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothetical Test with the help of the Statistical Package for The Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23.0 computer program. The results showed that there was a partially significant effect of Competence, Independence, and Motivation on the audit quality of the Tapin Regency Inspectorate, a simultaneous significant influence of Competence, Independence, and Motivation on the audit quality of the Tapin Regency Inspectorate and a dominantly significant influence of Independence on the audit quality of the Regency Inspectorate Tapin.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the credibility, attractiveness, and popularity simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS GLOW Skincare Products at STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin students and then to determine which variables have a dominant influence on purchasing decisions for MS GLOW Skincare Products.The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. This research was conducted on 254 students with a sample of 147 STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin students who had used MS GLOW Skincare Products. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form with a measurement of 5 likert scale.The results show that 1. The variables of credibility, attractiveness, and popularity simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS GLOW Skincare Products where the value of Fcount > Ftable (82,023 > 2,67) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. 2. The credibility variable with a value of tcount > t table (5.345 > 1.977) with a significant level (0.000 < 0.05), the attractiveness variable with a value of tcount > t table (3.481 > 1.977) with a significant level of 0.001 < 0.05, the popularity variable with the value of tcount > t table (4.697 > 1.977) with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS GLOW Skincare Products. 3. The variable that has the dominant influence on purchasing decisions for MS GLOW Skincare Products is credibility (X1) which has the largest value, which is 0.410.
