Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kualitas Produk, Price Fairness, Citra Merek, dan Brand Communication terhadap Loyalitas Merek handphone merek Samsung dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan populasi adalah seluruh masyarakat yang memiliki dan menggunakan handphone Samsung yang memenuhi syarat sebabagai responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Secara simultan variabel  Kualitas Produk, Price Fairness, Citra Merek dan Brand Communication  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan  dan Loyalitas Merek. (2). Secara parsial variabel Kualitas Produk, dan Price Fairness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Merek. Sedangkan variabel Citra Merek, Brand Communication dan Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Merek.

Abstract

Abstraksi : Tujuan Survey Kajian Perhitungan Tunjangan Perumahan diKabupaten Tanah Laut: menentukan besaran nilai sewa rumah bagi Pimpinan danAnggota DPRD kabupaten Tanah Laut, menentukan besaran nilai fasilitas saranadan prasarana rumah dinas dan menentukan besaran total tunjangan perumahanbagi Pimpinan dan Anggota DPRD kabupaten Tanah Laut. Populasi padapenelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota DPRD di Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Mengingatbesarnya populasi penelitian, maka diambil sampel beberapa anggota DPRDKabupaten Tanah Laut. Analisis data pada studi kelayakan ini menggunakanformula perhitungan sewa rumah dan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana. Hasilpenelitian dan pembahasan adalah : Perhitungan tunjangan perumahan untukketua, wakil, dan anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Laut mutlak dibutuhkanmengingat sebelumnya belum ada dasar yang tepat mengenai penetapan besarantunjangan perumahan yang diberikan dengan harus tetap memperhatikan asaskepatutan, kewajaran, rasionalitas dan kesesuaian dengan standar.Kata Kunci: Tunjangan Perumahan, DPRD Kabupaten Tanah Laut

Abstract

Abstrak : Dengan adanya otonomi, daerah dipacu untuk dapat berkreasi mencari sumber penerimaan daerah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan penerimaan pajak daerah dan restribusi daerah, besar kontribusi masing-masing klasifikasi penerimaan pajak daerah dan restribusi daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah, dan Potensi-potensi yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai sumber pendapatan daerah Kabupaten Barito Timur, Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif dan data dikumpulkan melalui hasil survey di lapangan dan laporan dari masing-masing dinas terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih banyak potensi pendapatan daerah yang masih belum di eksplorasi, seperti pajak parkir dan pajak sarang burung walet. Ditemukan juga masih banyak sumber pendapatan daerah yang sudah digali, tetapi masih bisa dikembangkan lagi seperti pajak restoran dan retribusi ijin mendirikan bangunan. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Pajak Daerah, Retribusi Daerah, Kabupaten Barito Timur

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ability, learning motivation and school environment on student achievement at SMPN 17 Banjarmasin. The research method used is analytic survey. The type of research is explanatory research. The sample was 75 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, interviews and observations. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on the research instrument. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the ability of teachers, students' learning motivation and the school environment partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on student achievement at SMPN 17 Banjarmasin. The contribution of the independent variable's influence on the ability of teachers, students' learning motivation and the school environment on learning achievement is 64.50%. Of the three independent variables, the school environment has a dominant influence on student achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions of Lenovo laptops for students of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarmasin. This researcher needs because to know the effect of which variable dominates. The type of research used is correlational research. This research is quantitative in nature. The population and sample in this study were 38 students at STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The independent variables in this study are product quality (X1) and price (X2), while the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y). Data were analyzed using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a Lenovo laptop for students at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia Banjarmasin, and the more dominant variable in this study is product quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the Madrasah Principal's Leadership, Work Motivation, and Discipline on Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin in Rantau. The research method used is an analytical survey. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin in Rantau in 2020 as many as 40 people consisting of 15 PNS teachers and 25 honorary teachers. The sample in this research is using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and observation. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on research instruments. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption test. The results showed that the Madrasah Principal's Leadership, Work Motivation, and teacher discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin teachers in Rantau. Madrasah Principal Leadership, Work Motivation, and teacher discipline have a partially significant effect on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin teachers in Rantau. The leadership of the Madrasah Principal has a dominant significant influence on the performance of the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tapin teachers in Rantau.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo in Banjarmasin. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. This type of research is causal associative, namely research that explains the influence of product variables, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo in Banjarmasin. The population in this study was 2903 who were customers of PT. Rajawali Nusindo Banjarmasin. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using the accidental sampling method. The total sample is 97 people calculated using the Slovin formula. Data were analyzed using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that the variable product, service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Banjarmasin. The product variable has no partial significant effect on customer satisfaction, the service quality variable has a partial significant effect on customer satisfaction and the price variable has a partial significant effect on customer satisfaction. The price variable is a variable that has a dominant influence on customer satisfaction at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. This type of research is causal associative in nature, namely research that explains the influence between workload and work stress variables on employee performance variables at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin. The population in this study are employees of PT. Panasea Banjarmasin, totaling 37 people. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling using the saturated sampling method where all members of the population, totaling 37 employees, became members of the sample. Data were analyzed using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that workload and work stress have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin. Workload and work stress have a partially significant effect on employee performance at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin. Work stress is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Panasea Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence partially and simultaneously Organizational Culture and Work Environment on the performance of employees PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency. This type of explanatory research is intended to explain the relationship, difference or influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment variables on performance variables. The population in the study were employees at the office PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans Tanah Bumbu Regency has 52 employees. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample, which means using the entire population in the sample as many as 52 employees. The research results explain, 1). Organizational Culture and Work Environment simultaneously influence employee performance at PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency. 2). Organizational Culture and Work Environment partially influence employee performance at PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency. 3). Work Environment is the dominant variable that influences employee performance at PT. Jhonlin Marine Trans, Tanah Bumbu Regency.
