Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Asuransi Jiwa Sinarmas MSIG Pada Kantor Cabang Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adakah kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara insedental pada Kantor Cabang di Jalan Sungai Saddang Lama Kompleks Lattanete Plaza Makassar. Penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dan teknik penentuan sampel secara insidental. Adapun teknik pengumpula data dalam penelitian ini di laksanakan dengan observasi secara langsung di Kantor Cabang Makassar melalui wawancara terhadap informan sesuai dengan permasalahan yang diteliti dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan nasabah diakibatkan karena kualitas produk yang baik terutama premi asuransi lebih murah, manfaat atau nilai sosialnya sangat berarti bagi nasabah. Sedangkan kualitas layanan dalam penggunaan teknologi dan sosial media perlu edukasi yang lebih intensif sehingga nasabah dapat menggunakan fasilitas dengan baik. Untuk mempertahan loyalitas nasabah, peralihan pelayanan dari staf kantor ke penggunaan teknologi dan sosial media harus terlebih dahulu di edukasi lebih insentif melalui pertemuan nasabah atau para agen harus mengajarkan secara langsung kepada nasabah. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the financial capacity of the region and the contribution of regional original revenue (PAD) to the regional revenue and expenditure budget (APBD) in supporting the implementation of regional autonomy in Makassar City. This research uses quantitative and qualitative research methods (mixed). The results showed that the financial capacity of the city of Makassar experienced a positive trend because it was in the more than adequate category by looking at the ratio of regional financial independence, which resulted in a total of 55.44%. The financial capacity of the city of Makassar from 2014 to 2016 experienced a positive tendency to increase with an average level of 16.43%, the effectiveness of PAD is 110.87%, the priority of expenditure allocation is still on routine spending, the growth of the PAD ratio, income and expenditure has fluctuated growth, and the remainder of the previous year’s budget calculation (SILPA) is decreasing every year. This indicates that the capacity and financial performance of the city of Makassar is quite optimal, so it is necessary to tighten the existing regulations.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi promosi dalam meningkatkan penjualan motor yamaha pada PT. Bandaraya Motor Makassar. Metode analisa yang digunakan dalam memecahkan masalah adalah Analisis deskriptif terhadap jenis promosi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan selama lima tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan oleh PT. Bandaraya Motor adalah kegiatan periklanan, promosi penjualan, dan personal selling. kegiatan periklanan, kegiatan promosi penjualan, dan kegiatan personal selling terhadap volume penjualan motor yamaha dapat dikatakan berpengaruh dan mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan.

Abstract

Pharmacy is a public facility that supplies, distributes, and serves medicine needs. Based on observations, Rania Farma Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies that still uses conventional methods of medicine management. The Pharmacist Assistant has to write down medicine stocks and transactions in a book, calculate sales with the help of a calculator, and monthly reporting by inputting daily sales in the Microsoft Office Excel application which takes quite a long time. This process is prone to human error, such as calculation and recording errors, which can harm pharmacies and consumers. This research uses the Design Thinking method to design a mobile-based pharmacy application based on the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). Then perform prototype analysis using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Design Thinking includes software development methods focusing on solving human-centered problems. Pharmacy information needs are collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. In designing this information system, it is hoped that it can help medicine management at the Rania Farma Pharmacy. In testing the prototype, the analysis used is the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of the SUS value were 79.5, which was included in the Good category. Therefore the design of the Pharmacy application can be used and developed to become a better and more useful system for pharmacies.
