Abstract

ABSTRACTImmunization is one of the preventive measures to prevent the disease by giving immunity to be performed continuously and thorough, and conducted according to standars so as to provide protection of health and break the chain of transmission. The results of this study showed that the variables thet influence the provision of Hepatitis B immunization is attitude, facilities , the role of health workers and the support of community leaders. Suggested to the Health Center Bagan Batu to socialize and improve their knowledge in terms of public health through health promotion efforts in the form of social support, namely improving the quality of health promotion efforts in the form of social support, namely improving the quality of health education and the provision of media sorces of health information about the spread of immunization will be able to reach the right target mothers located in the village of Rokan Hilir regencies. Abstract

ABSTRACT Breast care is one important part that must be considered as preparation for breastfeeding later, and the breasts will be more enlarged and the nipple will be darker color and also more  sensitive. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of pregnant women about breast care during pregnancy at Khadijah clinic Lubuk Pakam. The research design that will be used in this research is descriptive with cross sectional approach of univariant data analysis with total sampling method. This study uses a questionnaire instrument. From the results of the study is expected to further researchers more specific research variables are more varied or from the correlation, in order to see whether there is a relationship between the behavior of pregnant women in breast care to breast milk production.  Keywords  : Behavior of pregnant women, breast care

Abstract

Based on the 2019 Basic Health Research data, the stunting rate in Indonesia is 27.67%. According to WHO, a public health problem is considered chronic when the prevalence of stunting exceeds 20%. 6 of 2014, villages are required to develop programs or activities related to stunting prevention. So in this Real Work Lecture activity, the researcher wanted to know how the role of the Kencana village government in stunting prevention was, so the researchers conducted research on the Role of the Village Government in Preventing Stunting in Kencana Village, Balai Jaya District in 2022. The technique for selecting research subjects was carried out purposively which obtained several The subjects were Kencana Village Apparatus, mothers with toddlers, and Village Midwives. Data collection techniques were carried out by direct interviews with informants using interview guidelines. From the results of our research, it can be concluded that the role of the village government in preventing stunting, especially health, has been carried out well. Both the allocation of funds and the actions and ideas made by the Kencana village government have made the Kencana village avoid stunting, the village government's efforts such as providing additional food, sweeping kids, immunization of children and providing additional food to pregnant women.
