Abstract

The purpose of this study was made to determine how the effect of educational level on employee performance, jobskills to the job performance, work attitude on job performance and to know how to influence the level of education,job skills and work attitudes on work performance in the School of Management Study IMMI.By using a sample of 35 people using questionnaires. Data were tested by used validity test, realibity test,normality test and classic assumption test.Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. T test and f test. The results of this study are education level gavesignificant positive effect on job performance, job skills gave significant positive effect on job performance, workattitude gives significant positive effect on work performance and level of education and job skills also work attitudessignificant positive effect on job performance.

Abstract

Primary communication is the process of conveying one's thoughts and or feelings to others. Organizational culture can influence human behavior in organizations, especially in terms of trust and commitment in the organization. Employee performance is the scope of responsibility, of course referring to the work results that have been achieved by someone related to work. The research objectives are as follows: To find out whether together the influence of Communication and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at Paramadina University in Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this study the authors used the Random Sampling technique or by random method, all employees were a population of 179 and were used as a random sample using the Slovin formula in Husein Umar, 2015, only 64 samples were obtained. The results showed that partially and simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Communication and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 adalah peristiwa menyebarnya Penyakit koronavirus 2019 (Bahasa Inggris:Coronavirus disease 2019, disingkat Covid-19) di seluruh dunia untuk semua negara. Penyakit inidisebabkan oleh virus korona jenis baru yang diberi nama SARS-CoV-2. Wabah Covid-19 pertama kalidideteksi di Kota Wuhan, Hubei, Tiongkok pada tanggal 31 Desember 2019, dan ditetapkan sebagaipandemi oleh Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) pada tanggal 11 Maret 2020. Hingga 14 November2020, lebih dari 53.281.350 orang (kasus) telah dilaporkan lebih dari 219 negara dan wilayah seluruh dunia,mengakibatkan lebih dari 1.301.021 orang meninggal dunia dan lebih dari 34.394.214 orang sembuh.Sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu masyarakat yang berada di sekitar Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu.Sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah Kampanye 3M (memakai masker, menjaga jarak aman, danmencuci tangan) dan membagikan masker sesuai standar yang dianjurkan pemerintah. Hasilnya, para wargasangat antusias menerima sosialisasi tentang manfaat masker serta menerima pembagian masker.
