Abstract

In its implementation, the principles of business ethics in an organization and customer service are very related, such as when provudung services to customers, ethics must be used. Tjis is intended to create a good relationship between customers at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. In principle, business atehics is everything about guiding norms for a company in making decision, with the intention that good relation between the company and stakeholders are maintained, of course must use the rules that have been in effect. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia has been good in carrying out its duties so that customers feel satisfied and fulfilled with the wishes expected by customers, both from service and banking ethics. Problems that occur at this time are deviations in terms of providing excellent service, namely there are multiple positions or commonly referred to as overlapping work in a work unit, for example customer service provider not only serves customers who come to convey various kind of complaints, but also does some work, and the work that shuold be done by the back office such as administering credit completeness and credit contract. So that more or less will reduce the excellent service that a customer service should do with a small example, ignoring basic service concept such as smiles, greetings wich are often referred to 3S. The method used in writing journals about the application of business ethic and employer responsibilities and employee rights to employee performance is a descriptive research method, because this study aims to only describe the facts as they are and describe the fact on the object under study. Irredularities commited by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero),.Tbk, which are contary to the principles of business ethics in this company, namely in terms of providing excellent service, there are multiple positions or commonly referred to as overlapping work in unit. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero),.Tbk need to be reviewed again regarding the duties and function of each position. It’s just that there are very few deviations that occur because this in a work unit in this company there is an overlapping position.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a solution for hospitals in compiling a cost structure using the variable costing method. Proper cost management is crucial for hospitals. This is because hospitals have limitations in maximizing profits. So the only alternative to survive in this industry is cost optimization. In previous studies, many have emphasized financing with the activity based cost system method. In this study, it was found that there are many weaknesses if the hospital uses the activity based cost system method. This weakness actually makes the hospital bear greater costs. An alternative that can be used by hospitals to develop a hospital cost structure is to use variable costing. The variable costing method distinguishes costs into three parts, namely fixed costs, variable costs and semi-variable costs.

Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang penulis lakukan di Desa Ciomas Kabupaten Kuningan. Program ini dilakukan dengan tema “Pembukuan Keuangan Usaha”. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian yaitu, mengkampanyekan pentingnya pencatatan untuk pembukuan keuangan usaha dan sosialisasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan pada bulan November 2022. Pembukuan keuangan usaha adalah kegiatan pencatatan transaksi yang terjadi dalam usaha kecil menengah yang disusun berdasarkan penerimaan dan pengeluaran. Pembukuan ini diperlukan tidak hanya sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan, tetapi juga memudahkan pelaku usaha untuk dapat mengetahui biaya yang diperlukan untuk dapat mengembangkan usaha ke depannya. Kata kunci: Pembukuan, Keuangan, Usaha.

Abstract

Industrial Technology 4.0 is designed to provide many conveniences from a transactional persepective, to be able to increase work productivity. This disruptive digital-based technology is crushing old methods and replacing them with new ones. However, the presence of this era of disruption is both an opportunity and a challenge for people's lives. This research aims to provide information about the role of using Industry 4.0. in increasing productivity, as a transformation effort towards improvement and creating opportunities to support business development. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method for journal papers published from 2016-2021. Data collection techniques with the methode of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study's results conclude that the industrial sector's most widely implemented Industri 4.0 innovation y is Artificial Intelligence (AI). This innovation is able to increase productivity, especially in the factors of improving production processes and improving customer service.

Abstract

A true leader can create a good atmosphere and culture where his subordinates can show and realize all their abilities to work optimally. A leader's leadership style has an important role to organize, manage and direct his team to achieve the goals and targets of the organization or company he leads. A leader's leadership style will significantly influence the achievement of his team's performance or what we call employee performance. This research aims to identify and analyze leadership styles that can influence employee performance. Many journals and studies discuss the effect of leadership style on employee performance, so a review of journal papers that discuss this is necessary. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of published journal papers from 2022-2023. There are three Research Questions (RQ) defined in this study. The final results obtained from several journals studied show that a leader's leadership style dramatically influences the achievement of employee performance, and what is very dominant here is transformational leadership which has a very positive effect on employee performance. With the results of this study, we hope that it can provide knowledge and education to all leaders that the quality of work or employee performance is greatly influenced by the style and ability of the leader in managing and controlling the company he leads and one of the best is the leadership style of transformational leadership.

Abstract

This systematic literature review research explains the influence of interpersonal communication and service quality on customer loyalty in the banking business. Nowadays, humans are in an era of cutting-edge technology, the function of the banking industry to advance and maintain the economy of a country is very important. With so many banking businesses nowadays, marketing in the banking business is very important for competition in the banking business world. The services provided by customer service officers to customers are closely related to communication, especially interpersonal communication. To achieve customers who are loyal to the banking business they run, interpersonal communication is needed to learn. When someone interacts through communication with other parties and the results of self-assessment are mostly obtained from ongoing communication, especially in meetings between customer service officers and customers. After good interpersonal communication is followed by how good service quality is a competitive weapon to win customer loyalty, then service quality can also be a benchmark for how well the level of service provided is able to meet the expectations or expectations of customers in the banking business. The results of several studies say that Interpersonal communication from response, alignment, openness and trust can influence customer loyalty in the banking business, then supported by service quality from empathy, responsiveness, reliability, physical evidence and guarantees to make customers more confident and loyal to our banking business.

Abstract

This systematic literature review research explains the application of the marriage management information system (SIMKAH). The presence of an application in marriage data collection called the Marriage Management Information System or SIMKAH which has begun to be applied in various religious affairs offices (KUA). This system is useful for collecting all marriage data from every KUA in Indonesia online and offline, data stored in KUA (in the form of files), ministries of religion (soft files), ministries of home affairs (population data), ministries of finance (financial transaction data). This Marriage Card is an additional proof of document from KUA which has a digital-based bar code, if scanned by a married couple, complete information data will appear regarding marital status, name, date, photo of the bride and groom, and place of marriage. The results showed that the application of SIMKAH in the Digital Marriage Card service at KUA provides convenience, fast procedures, fast and effective validation.  SIMKAH has begun to be used publicly and effectively and in 2018 it can print Digital Marriage Cards so that the bride and groom get two documents after carrying out the marriage contract, namely the marriage book and marriage card. The implementation of programs in this digital era, of course, is very beneficial for the benefit of the community.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology are utilized by business service providers marketplace or e-commerce. In order to be able to compete in selling a product or item that is owned, so that business people continue to make the best strategy to see the behavior of their consumer. So, a review is needed journal papers discussing roles shopping lifestyle and hedonic shopping motivation to impulse buying. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) for journal papers published from 2018-2023. There are two Research Question (RQ) set in this study. Research focuses on producer who sell their products or goods through marketplace or e-commerce. So that the results obtained in this study are expected to provide information so that online business people can find out how consumer behavior is and can improve or set strategies to increase sales of these products or goods.

Abstract

Abstrak Masalah persaingan di dalam dunia usaha menuntut para pelaku usaha untuk terus berinovasi mengembangkan produknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan: 1) Permasalahan persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat mengharuskan para pengusaha memiliki strategi pemasaran yang tepat, 2) Tuntutan kegiatan pemasaran agar lebih efektif dan efisien agar memiliki usaha yang lebih baik 3) Mengetahui ide inovasi kreatif pada UMKM Toko Bangunan Mandala dengan metode kualitatif. Objek di dalam penelitian ini adalah Toko Bangunan (TB) Mandala. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran UMKM Toko Bangunan Mandala digunakan analisis SWOT yang meliputi analisis terhadap empat aspek, yaitu Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang dan Ancaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penetapan aspek analisa SWOT pada UMKM Toko Bangunan Mandala. Aspek kekuatan pada TB Mandala adalah lokasi strategis, produk berkualitas, harga kompetitif, dan persediaan cukup. Aspek kelemahan yang dijumpai adalah ketatnya persaingan, fluktuasi harga bahan, dan ketergantungan pada musim. Aspek peluang pada TB Mandala adalah pertumbuhan industri konstruksi dan ekspansi kategori produk. Aspek ancaman meliputi persaingan yang ketat dan perubahan teknologi. Kata kunci: persaingan pasar; strategi pemasaran; inovasi kreatif
