<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitin menganalisis pelaksanaan penyidikan perkara pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh anak di Polrestabes Makassar dan mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penyidikan perkara pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh anak di Polrestabes Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatf. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penyidikan perkara pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh anak di Polrestabes Makassar telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Adapaun faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penyidikan perkara pidana pencurian dengan kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh anak di Polrestabes Makassar adalah (1) faktor sarana dan prasana (2) faktor sumber daya manusia. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of the investigation into criminal cases of theft with violence committed by children at the Makassar Police and to find out the factors that influence the effectiveness of investigations into criminal cases of theft with violence committed by children at the Makassar Police. This research is an empirical study with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the investigation into criminal cases of theft with violence committed by children at the Makassar Police has been carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The factors that affect the effectiveness of investigations into criminal cases of theft with violence committed by children at the Makassar Police are (1) the factors of facilities and infrastructure (2) factors of human resources.]]>
