<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis implementasi hak angket terhadap kepala daerah serta akibat-akibat hukumnya dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini bersifat normatif dan empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi hak angket DPRD Sulsel dalam upaya pemberhentian Kepala Daerah telah sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Meskipun demikian, terhadap beberapa isu yang menjadi landasan pengajuan hak angket tersebut tidaklah semuanya memenuhi unsur dapat dilaksanakannya hak angket sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Meskipun dalam sidang hak angket tersebut ditemukan fakta-fakta baru yang akhirnya mendukung pelaksanaan hak angket tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan hak angket tersebut dapat disimpulkan terdapat tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan Hak Angket DPRD Sulsel, yakni faktor sosial, politik, dan hukum. Ketiga faktor tersebut merupakan faktor-faktor yang saling berintegrasi, saling mempengaruhi dan saling berkaitan. Sehingga terhadap faktor-faktor ini kemudian menjadi penentu lahirnya atau dilaksanakannya hak angket. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of the right to inquiry against the regional head and its legal consequences and the factors that influence it. This research is normative and empirical. The results showed that the implementation of the right to inquiry DPRD South Sulawesi in an effort to dismiss the regional head was in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Nonetheless, not all of the issues on which the inquiry right is filed have fulfilled the elements of the exercise of the right to inquiry as stipulated in the prevailing laws and regulations. Although in the trial of the right to inquiry, new facts were found that ultimately supported the implementation of the right to inquiry. It can be concluded that there are three factors that influence the implementation of the South Sulawesi DPRD's Inquiry Rights, namely social, political, and legal factors. These three factors are factors that integrate with each other, influence each other and are interrelated. So that these factors later determine the birth or implementation of the right to inquiry.]]>
