Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis kedudukan tentara nasional indonesia dalam sistem pertahanan dan kemanan negara, dan menganalisis kendala tentara nasional indonesia dalam menjaga sistem pertahanan dan kemanan negara. Tipe penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris. Hasil Penelitian penulis mendapatkan bahwa: Kedudukan Tentara Nasional Indonesia dalam sistem pertahanan dan kemanan negara di bawah kekuasaan Presiden mengandung konsekuensi Presiden mempunyai kekuasaan terhadap pengerahan kekuatan militer, namun dalam hal pengerahan kekuatan militer ini Presiden harus mendapat persetujuan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat. Presiden dapat mengerahkan kekuatan Tentara Nasional Indonesia secara langsung. Kendala Tentara Nasional Indonesia dalam menjaga sistem pertahanan dan kemanan negara adalah belum jelasnya konsep pertahanan keamanan negara. Keterbatasan anggaran Tentara Nasional Indonesia. Masalah kesejahteraan prajurit. Serta sumber daya manusia anggota tentara nasional indonesia. The research objective to analyze the position of the Indonesian National Army in the state defense and security system, and to analyze the constraints of the Indonesian National Army in maintaining the state's defense and security system. This type of research is empirical juridical. The results of the research the authors find that: The position of the Indonesian National Army in the state defense and security system under the authority of the President has the consequence that the President has power over the deployment of military force, but in the case of the deployment of military power, the President must obtain the approval of the House of Representatives. The president can mobilize the strength of the Indonesian National Armed Forces directly. The obstacle for the Indonesian National Army in maintaining the defense and security system of the country is the unclear concept of state defense and security. Limited budget of the Indonesian National Armed Forces. Soldier welfare issues. As well as human resources for members of the Indonesian National Army.
