The research objective to analyze the effectiveness of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of narcotics crimes in the Bone Police jurisdiction and the factors that influence them. The research method uses empirical juridical research methods. This research was carried out in the jurisdiction of Bone district. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of law enforcement on criminal acts of narcotics abuse in Bone Regency is still less effective. This is evidenced by the relatively short imprisonment of perpetrators of abuse and illicit trafficking of Narcotics based on data from the Bone District District Court. The moral aspects of exclusive law enforcement, the lack of quality and number of energy bases for law enforcement officers, limited tools and infrastructure such as the absence of providing technological features, the lack of an operational budget in strengthening the law with penal or non-prenal tools.
