<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Implementasi Fungsi Pengawasan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Di Kabupaten Barru. Metode analisis data yang digunakan penulis adalah data primer dianalisis secara kualitatif (yuridis dan empiris) yang meliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi atau penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah, bahwa Penelitian ini telah membuktikan bahwa tidak cukup hanya Personal Background, Political Background, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Pengalaman Organisasi maupun Pengetahuan anggota DPRD Tentang Anggaran, sudah dapat menjamin Implementasi fungsi pengawasan DPRD terhadap kinerja Pemerintah di Kabupaten Barru. The research objective to analyze the implementation of the supervisory function of the Regional House of Representatives on the performance of the government in Barru Regency. The data analysis method used by the author is that primary data is analyzed qualitatively (juridical and empirical) which includes the stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the research and discussion obtained from this study are, that this research has proven that it is not enough that only Personal Background, Political Background, Education and Training, Organizational Experience and Knowledge of DPRD members about the Budget, can guarantee the implementation of DPRD oversight function on the performance of the Government in Barru County.]]>
