<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Efektifitas Penyelesaian Sengketa oleh Bawaslu Kabupaten Luwu terhadap kasus Rekomendasi Ganda Partai Politik pada Pilkada Luwu Tahun 2018, dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhinya. Jenis penelitian Empiris, yakni penelitian yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan pada realitas hukum dalam masyarakat. Lokasi penelitian di wilayah Kabupaten Luwu. Populasi penelitian yaitu Bawaslu Luwu 2018, KPU Luwu 2018, Bakal Pasangan Calon Pilkada Luwu 2018, Pengurus DPC PAN Luwu 2018, dan Masyarakat Luwu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Bahwa Penyelesaian Sengketa oleh Bawaslu Kabupaten Luwu terhadap kasus Rekomendasi Ganda Partai Politik pada Pilkada Luwu Tahun 2018 berjalan kurang efektif; 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Efektifitas Penyelesaian Sengketa oleh Bawaslu Kabupaten Luwu terhadap kasus Rekomendasi Ganda Partai Politik pada Pilkada Luwu Tahun 2018 adalah faktor Substansi Hukum, faktor Sumber Daya Aparat Penyelenggara, dan faktor Masyarakat. The research objective to analyze the Effectiveness of Dispute Resolution by the Luwu Regency Bawaslu on the case of the Double Recommendation of Political Parties in the 2018 Luwu Pilkada, and what factors can influence it. Empirical research type, namely research conducted with an approach to the legal reality in society. The research location is in the Luwu Regency area. The research population is the Luwu Bawaslu 2018, the Luwu KPU 2018, the 2018 Luwu Regional Election Candidate Pairs, the 2018 Luwu PAN DPC Management, and the Luwu Community. The results of the study show: 1) That the Dispute Resolution by the Luwu Regency Bawaslu in the case of the Double Recommendation of Political Parties in the Luwu Regional Election in 2018 was less effective; 2) Factors that affect the Effectiveness of Dispute Resolution by the Luwu Regency Bawaslu in the case of the Double Recommendation of Political Parties in the Luwu Pilkada in 2018 are the Legal Substance factor, the Organizing Apparatus Resource factor, and the Community factor.]]>
