<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisa bentuk pengaturan hukum terhadap perlindungan anak yang menjadi korban perdagangan orang menurut undang-undang tentang perlindungan anak dan bentuk pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan kasus tindak pidana perdagangan anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Penulis adalah metode normatif, Hasil penelitian bahwa perlindungan hukum untuk korban dalam pertimbangan hukum putusan pengadilan harus lebih diperhatikan dengan baik, kemudian memberikan Rehabilitasi, konseling, psikologis, dan pemberian retitusi/kompesansi terhadap korban, Praktek perlindungan hukum tindak pidana perdagangan anak. Bentuk perlindungan hukum seharusnya lebih memperhatian masa depan anak sebagai penerus bangsa yang wajib dilindungi hak-haknya. The research objective to analyze the form of legal arrangements for the protection of children who are victims of trafficking in persons according to the law on child protection and the form of judges' considerations in deciding cases of criminal acts of child trafficking. The research method used by the author is a normative method. The results of the study show that legal protection for victims in the legal considerations of court decisions must be given more attention, then provide rehabilitation, counseling, psychological, and the provision of restitution/compensation to victims, practice of legal protection for the crime of child trafficking . The form of legal protection should pay more attention to the future of the child as the nation's successor whose rights must be protected.]]>
