<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis proses penegakan hukum (penyelidikan, penyidikan dan penuntutan) terhadap oknum Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pelaku pungutan liar terhadap penyewaan kedai/kios kanrerong karebosi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari lokasi penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mengadakan wawancara terhadap pihak-pihak atau instansi terkait. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1). Bagaimana modus dan proses penegakan hukum (penyelidikan, penyidikan dan penuntutan) terhadap oknum Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pelaku pungutan Liar terhadap penyewaan kedai/kios Kanrerong Karebosi (2). Faktor-faktor apakah yang menunjang (P21 Kejaksaan) dalam penegakan hukum terhadap pungutan liar yang dilakukan oleh oknum Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) terhadap penyewaan kedai/kios Kanrerong Karebosi. This research objective to analyze the law enforcement process (investigation, investigation and prosecution) against the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who are perpetrators of illegal levies on renting the kanrerong karebosi shop/kiosk.
