Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi yang diberikan BUMD terhadap peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah ( PAD ) di SUMUT. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan 2 variabel yaitu Variabel X (kontribusi BUMD) dan Variabel Y ( PAD). Jenis penelitian ini bersifat campuran (kuantitatif dan kualitatif ), analisa yang dilakukan menggunakan analisa kuantitatif deskriptif serta analisis observasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui Web resmi BPS Sumut dan web resmi Biro perekonomian Setda Provsu. Dari hasil uji yang dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa adanya Kontribusi BUMD ( dalam hal ini Laba ) menambah Pendapatan Asli Daerah Di Sumatera Utara,yakni kontribusi yang diberikan sebesar 9,24 % tahun 2020 dan 11,06 % tahun 2021, hal ini berdampak kepada jumlah PAD yaitu 5967,65 M untuk tahun 2020 serta 5991,15 M tahun 2021

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide public health education regarding the prevention of stunting. Counseling in the form of seminars was used in this service. This service targeted the mothers in the village of Sei Merah, Deli Serdang Regency. The evaluation instrument for this activity used a questionnaire and interviews, which were then analyzed descriptively. The results of this service indicated that pregnant women's level of understanding of nutrition was still low because they had never followed counseling guidance. However, after this service seminar was conducted, there was a change in increasing the understanding of mothers regarding stunting prevention, namely by steps of (1) fulfilling nutrition during pregnancy, (2) fulfilling child nutrition optimally, (3) practicing proper hygiene, (4) overcoming children who have difficulty eating, and (5) consultation with the health care team.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of trust, convenience, and benefits of digital payments as a means of payment on individual consumptive behavior with digital savvy as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative method in data analysis where the data comes from the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to the respondents. The population in this study is Medan city residents, especially those aged 18 -25 years (Gen Z) with a sample of 100 respondents. To determine the sample using a purposive sampling technique, namely by determining the criteria for respondents including residents aged 18-25 years (Gen Z), domiciled in the city of Medan and using digital payments. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25 with Multiple Linear Regression and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). In accordance with the tests that have been carried out, the results show that trust, convenience and benefits of digital payments have an effect on consumptive behavior. From the data test, it was found that the R square value was 0.552. It can be concluded that the variables of trust, convenience and benefits of digital payments contribute 55.2% to consumptive behavior while the remaining 44.8% are influenced by other variables. The MRA test that has been carried out also proves that Digital Savvy as a Moderating Variable is able to influence and strengthen the relationship between variables with increased R square results after being moderated.
