Abstract

Abstract. Planning and design are important things in mining activities because they are used as technical requirements and technical sequences for the purposes and objectives of mining activities. The purpose of this research activity is to determine the technical design of nickel ore mining activities at the mining stage and production scheduling obtained based on exploration data and in accordance with mining design parameters such as Cut off Grade, Stripping Ratio and Geometry Grades and mining roads. Before the design is carried out, it is necessary to know the sediment distribution model, and first. Sediment modeling and estimation of nickel ore resources used is by making block models using the inverse distance method to describe the distribution of the levels. The result of calculations using the block model is that the measured resource is 142,400 tons with an average Ni content of 1.8%. The mine design was made by based on the Cut Off Grade value used, average Ni 1.6% and the Stripping Ratio value of 6,7 tonnes of waste / tonnes of ore with a geometric level with a height of 6 m and a slope of 40o. The road geometry used is a straight road width of 9 m with a cross slope of 1.71o and a curved road width of 17 m. From this limitation, it is obtained a mining limit of 8,3 hectares with the mining method to be used, namely the side cast method. Based on the mine opening design, the production of mined reserves is 137,000 tons of nickel with an average grade of 1,86% and 834,118 tons of waste to be peeled, resulting in a stripping ratio of 6.49 tons of waste / ton of ore with a company target of 40,000 tons / month, so mining will planned for 3 months. Abstrak. Perencanaan dan perancangan merupakan hal penting dalam kegiatan penambangan karena dijadikan sebagai persyaratan teknik serta urutan teknis untuk pencapaian tujuan dan sasaran kegiatan penambangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui rancangan teknis kegiatan penambangan bijih nikel terutama tahapan penambangan dan penjadwalan produksi yang diperoleh berdasarkan data hasil eksplorasi dan sesuai dengan parameter rancangan penambangan seperti Cut off Grade, Stripping Ratio serta Geometri Jenjang dan jalan tambang. Sebelum dilakukan perancangan maka perlu diketahui model sebaran endapan, kadar dan sumberdaya. Pemodelan endapan dan penaksiran sumberdaya bijih nikel yang digunakan yaitu dengan pembuatan blok model dengan menggunakan metode inverse distance untuk menggambarkan sebaran kadarnya. Hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan blok model yaitu diperoleh sumberdaya terukur sebesar 142,400 ton dengan kadar rata-rata Ni 1,8%. Rancangan bukaan tambang dibuat berdasarkan nilai Cut Off Grade yang digunakan yaitu Ni rata-rata 1.6 % dan nilai Stripping Ratio sebesar 6,7 ton waste/ton ore dengan geometri jenjang dengan tinggi 6 m dan kemiringan 40°. Geometri jalan yang digunakan yaitu lebar jalan lurus 9 m dengan nilai cross slope 1,71° dan lebar jalan tikungan 17 m. Dari batasan tersebut maka diperoleh batas penambangan seluas 8,3 Ha dengan metode penambangan yang akan digunakan yaitu metode side cast. Berdasarkan rancangan bukaan tambang, diperoleh cadangan tertambang sebesar 137,000 Ton nikel dengan kadar rata – rata 1,86 % dan 834,118 ton waste yang akan dikupas, menghasilkan stripping ratio 6,49 ton waste/ton ore dengan target produksi perusahaan sebesar 40,000 ton/bulan, sehingga penambangan akan direncanakan selama 3 bulan.

Abstract

Abstract. PT X has been processing residual tin ore (SHP), land mining and marine mining with a grade of <70%. In order to increase the levels of tin and its associated mineral products to high grade >70% as a requirement for the smelting stage. Tin ore will be analyzed to determine the % content of the sample. Assay analysis can be carried out using a microscope analysis process, unit coefficient balance and chemistry. Microscopy analysis method obtained an average percentage of Sn content of 58.79%, UC Balance analysis of 66.92% and chemical analysis of 58.91%. The level of accuracy produced by the UC Balance analysis tool is the biggest influence on the % of Sn content produced, because it only weighs the specific gravity of cassiterite. The other factors that affect the high error rate generated by the UC Balance analysis are the quality, size, and density of minerals. Meanwhile, the microscope analysis experienced a decrease in the level of accuracy because it was influenced by the quality of the sample and the accuracy of the analyst in distinguishing the types of minerals in each sample. Associated minerals such as ilmenite, zircon, monazite, pyrite and quartz affect the results of the Sn content that will be obtained. The recommended limit for the effective value of microscopy analysis is > 60% and UC Balance analysis is > 70% based on the results of % overall levels. Abstrak. PT X telah melakukan pengolahan bijih timah sisa hasil pengolahan (SHP), penambangan darat dan penambangan laut dengan kadar <70%. Guna meningkatkan kadar timah dan produk mineral ikutannya menjadi high grade >70% sebagai syarat menuju tahap peleburan. Biji timah akan dianalisis untuk mengetahui % kadar sampel. Analisis kadar dapat dilakukan menggunakan proses analisis mikroskop, unit coeficient balance dan kimia. Metode analisis mikroskop mendapatkan hasil ratarata persen kadar Sn sebesar 58,79 %, analisis UC Balance sebesar 66,92 % dan analisis kimia sebesar 58,91 %. Tingkat ketelitian yang dihasilkan oleh alat analisis UC Balance menjadi pengaruh terbesar terhadap % kadar Sn yang dihasilkan, karena hanya menimbang berat jenis kasiterit saja. Adapun faktor lain yang mempengaruhi tingginya tingkat kesalahan yang dihasilkan analisis UC Balance yaitu kualitas, ukuran, berat jenis mineral. Sedangkan pada analisis mikroskop mengalami penurunan tingkat ketelitian karena dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sampel dan ketelitian juru analis dalam membedakan jenis-jenis mineral pada setiap sampel. Mineral ikutan seperti ilmenite, zircon, monazite, pyrit dan kuarsa mempengaruhi hasil nilai kadar Sn yang akan didapatkan. Rekomendasi batas nilai efektif analisis mikroskop > 60 % dan analisis UC Balance > 70 % berdasarkan dari hasil % kadar keseluruhan.

Abstract

Abstract. Analysis of the performance of PT. XYZ's crushing plant on tool productivity based on parameters obtained in the field aims to find out how the tool works against the targets set by the company for later improvements so that the targets set by the company can be achieved. Several problems that occur in the crushing plant during the production process have a direct impact on the productivity of the crushing plant, a very fatal production impact is the production target that is not achieved where the current crushing plant production is 1,576.84 tons/day while the target set by the company is 1,650 tons/day. In the primary crushing stage, the results obtained are MA = 82.10%, PA = 83.72%, UA = 89.17%, EU = 74.65% and PRI = 88%. In the secondary crushing stage, MA = 86.05%, PA = 87.44%, UA = 88.56%, EU = 77.44% and PRI = 87%. Furthermore, in the secondary crushing stage 2, the results obtained are MA = 84.06%, PA = 85.58%, UA = 88.86%, EU = 76.05% and PRI = 73%. Correlation of data was performed using Simple Linear Regression and Mann-Whitney, the parameter used was the inhibition time with production. This correlation variable aims to see if the data is normally distributed or not and also to see the relationship between the constraints of time and production. Abstrak. Analisis kinerja crushing plant PT. XYZ terhadap produktivitas alat berdasarkan parameter-parameter yang didapat di lapangan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian kinerja alat terhadap target yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan untuk nantinya akan dilakukan perbaikan-perbaikan sehingga target yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan bisa tercapai. Beberapa masalah yang terjadi di crushing plant saat proses produksi berlangsung berdampak langsung terhadap produktivitas crushing plant tersebut, dampak yang sangat fatal adalah target produksi yang tidak tercapai dimana produksi crushing plant saat ini sebesar 1.576,84 ton/hari sedangkan target produksi yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan adalah 1.650 ton/hari. Pada tahap primary crushing diperoleh hasil MA = 82,10%, PA = 83,72%, UA = 89,17%, EU = 74,65% dan PRI = 88%. Pada tahap secondary crushing dihasilkan MA = 86,05%, PA = 87,44%, UA= 88,56%, EU = 77,44% dan PRI = 87%. Selanjutnya pada tahap secondary crushing 2 diperoleh hasil MA = 84,06%, PA = 85,58%, UA = 88,86%, EU = 76,05% dan PRI = 73%. Dilakukan korelasi data menggunakan Regresi Linier Sederhana dan Mann-Whitney, parameter yang digunakan adalah waktu hambatan dengan produksi. Korelasi variabel ini bertujuan untuk melihat data tersebut berdistribusi normal atau tidak dan juga untuk melihat hubungan dari waktu hambatan dengan produksi.
