Abstract

The construction of the Phase 2 Cisumdawu toll road, located in Gawiru Hamlet, Girimukti Village, Sumedang District, Sumedang Regency, West Java, has an impact on the surrounding population. Both positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is that the surrounding population is empowered to do work outside of project work such as cooking services, clothes washing services, mess cleaning services and project offices, daily warehouse clerk services (checking supplies of material goods), field survey implementers, security, foreman, local subcontractor, plagman. The negative impact is the lack of buyers for traders around Jalan Cadas Pangeran. Infrastructure development should be followed by human development. According to UNDP, indicators of the success of human development include 1) equity, namely equitable distribution of development results, equitable distribution to be able to easily access primary human needs (clothing, food, shelter), the need for health services that have now gone through BPJS, the need for education which is now running with the SPP-free program for state schools, 2) the ability of every human being to be productive according to their creativity and innovation, 3) empowerment, namely growth and human resource development that the government strives for. This study uses a qualitative methodology by conducting in-depth interviews, while the paradigm of this research is constructivism

Abstract

Pandemics have an impact on the economy of a country. This is also felt by all levels of society. The family economy began to experience imbalances, due to a ban on activities outside the home at the beginning of the pandemic that hit Indonesia. The use of bridal makeup services has decreased significantly due to a temporary ban from the government to eliminate large crowds. This happened during March 2020. In early June 2020, the government implemented a new normal, where people are allowed to carry out activities outside the home but must continue to implement and comply with the Pandemic Health Protocol, Covid. Post June 1, 2020, the Indonesian economy is gradually moving towards the recovery stage. The national economy slowly returned to normal. Related to this, the active automatic movement of UMKM has begun to run again. And one of the UMKM that was affected by the pandemic.covid is the service of Rias Griya AyuNingsih-a wedding which is located at Jalan Raya Kemangsari, Jatibening Baru, Pondok Gede, Bekasi.

Abstract

Good organizational communication is communication carried out by an organization both internally and externally. Internal organizational communication is communication carried out within an organization where there is only communication between members of the organization. External organizational communication is communication carried out by an organization with its potential partners, prospective clients, partners and clients, and the surrounding community. Kelurahan Mustikasari- Bekasi in carrying out its organizational structure has carried out good internal and external organizational communication. In organizational communication also includes interpersonal communication / interpersonal. Kelurahan Mustikasari is part of Mustikajaya Subdistrict, two among the other Kelurahans are Kelurahan Cimuning and Kelurahan Pedurenan. Good internal and external organizational communication links show that the leadership of the organization desires to realize the vision, mission, and goals of the organization.

Abstract

Wilayah perkotaan seperti Kota Jakarta erat hubungannya dengan pertumbuhan penduduk, menjadikan jumlah sampah meningkat pesat, 75% terdiri dari sampah organik dan sisanya adalah sampah anorganik seperti plastik, gelas, logam dan karet tidak dapat didegradasi oleh alam apabila tidak tertangani akan semakin menumpuk. Salah satu usaha pengelolaan sampah yaitu memilah botol bekas membantu menangani pengolahan sampah plastik. Latar belakang dari kegiatan ini adalah dengan banyaknya sampah di lingkungan sekitar, serta kurangnya pengetahuan dalam memanfaatkan sampah di perkotaan, kader PKK juga belum mengenal pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mendesain agar produk yang dihasilkan lebih menarik untuk di posting pada media sosial. Kegiatan ini bertujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam penanganan lingkungan perkotaan melalui pemanfaatan limbah plastik menjadi pot tanaman sebagai sarana agrobisnis di wilayah perkotaan. Manfaatnya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan digitalisasi teknologi dalam hal mendesain untuk promosi konten media sosial menggunakan aplikasi online Canva. Hasil kegiatan berupa produk pot sebagai media tanam dan dapat pula dijual melalui promosi media sosial, kegiatan ini juga berhasil peserta memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan penggunaan digitalisasi dalam desain online dipilih aplikasi Canva dengan tool editing sederhana untuk digunakan serta beragam tampilan pilihan template desain yang menarik dan memudahkan pada ibu-ibu kader PKK dalam penggunaannya.

Abstract

The task of a father at home is not only responsible for meeting the material needs of the family, but also for the process of growth and education of children. Especially boys. One of them is by providing assistance during the Pelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) process. This study aims to determine how interpersonal communication between fathers and sons aged 7-8 years in the success of the PJJ process in RW 08, Sriamur Village, Tambun Utara District, Bekasi. Data were collected through direct observation in the field, in-depth interviews with six key informants, and documentation. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. The theory used is Interpersonal Communication or Interpersonal Communication proposed by R. Wayne Pace. Based on the conclusions from the results of the research conducted, a father plays a very important role in the success of the PJJ process for his son. For boys, fathers are role models in their lives. Because in terms of using technology in PJJ, dad is more responsive. In addition, the way a father communicates in a soft and motivating language, makes it easier for children to understand lessons.

Abstract

Organizational communication is the sending and receiving of various organizational messages by formal and informal groups within an organization. The existence of good organizational communication determines good corporate performance. The purpose of this study was to identify the role of corporate communication in improving employee morale at PT KEIHIN INDONESIA (KHI). Data collection was done through direct field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. The theory used is organizational communication theory. From this research, it can be concluded that:(1) Point KHI is a company that pays attention to open communication with all parties involved in order to avoid miscommunication and misunderstanding. (2) Communication patterns at KHI adhere to the organizational communication pattern of downward communication, upward communication, and horizontal communication. (3) There is centralization of decision-making/policy-making when the interests of the entire company are at stake rather than the interests of just one or more departments.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, komunikasi pemasaran dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pengguna Shopee. Populasi penelitian adalah pelanggan pengguna Shopee. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial bahwa setiap variabel kualitas pelayanan, komunikasi pemasaran dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pengguna Shopee. Hasil pengujian penelitian memperoleh hasil nilai R Square sebesar 52,3% dan sisanya sebesar 47,7% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini misalnya citra merek, harga, dan promosi dan lain-lain. Hasil uji simultan penelitian diperoleh bahwa kualitas pelayanan, komunikasi pemasaran dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pengguna Shopee.
