Abstract

This study aims 1) To determine the effectiveness of PBB collection management in Saritani Village and 2) To determine the determinants of the effectiveness of PBB collection management in Saritani Village. This research will be conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. There were 2 people who became research informants. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that (1) The effectiveness of land and building tax collection in Saritani Village is not maximized because the implementation of collection is still not optimal because tax officials are considered not able to maximize both from the planning, driving, organizing and monitoring aspects which have not been effective. (2) The determining factor in collecting Land and Building Tax in Saritani Village is because there is still a lack of support for facilities that support the implementation of Tax collection in Saritani Village because Saritani Village is very wide. Even the very manual land and building tax collection system makes collection effectiveness not work well. Then due to the lack of awareness of taxpayers in paying land and building taxes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) internal factors such as business management, business location, business capital, length of business and working hours that affect the income of Village-Owned Enterprises in Hulawa Village 2) To determine external factors that affect the income of Village-owned Enterprises in Hulawa Village such as natural resources, economic conditions, culture, security which affect the increase in Hulawa BUMDes income. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is data analysis technique by processing data using the Miles and Huberman Models. The research informants were the Head of BUMDes, Secretary of BUMDes, Treasurer of BUMDes, Head of Hulawa Village and the Community (3 people). Data collection methods used in this study were observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data analysis technique by processing data using the Miles and Huberman Models. The results of the study are 1) Internal factors that have been optimal and have an effect on BUMDes income in Hulawa Village, Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency are business location, business capital, length of business and working hours. But the business management factor is not yet optimal, because business management still needs to be improved, especially in BUMDes business management. 2) External factors that have been optimal and have influenced BUMDes revenue in Hulawa Village, Boalemo District, are local culture and the security of BUMDes management that has been supported. But the internal factors of natural resources and economic conditions are not optimal. Because the available natural resources have not been utilized properly while the economic conditions of the Hulawa Village community are the lower middle class such as farmers, traders and miner.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the performance of botumoputi villageapparatus of Tibawa District of Gorontalo Regency, this type of research isdescriptive research with qualitative approach the type of data used isprimary data and secondary data with data sourced from observations,interviews and documentation. Informants in this study amounted to 5people who were botumoputi village apparatus.The results of this study show that the performance of the villageapparatus in community perception about the performance of the villageapparatus is quite good judging from the results of work, discipline,responsibility.In the completion of the task of the performance of the villageapparatus is quite good for the process, and also in terms of taking thedecision of the village government in establishing RAPBD, as well as theselection of the development of the village government refers to the rulesthat have been adhered to already good for the progress and development ofthe village.

Abstract

The research objectives are: 1) to find out more about how to implement protocol policies; 2) to find out what factors can influence the implementation of protocol policies; 3) the results of this study are expected to be useful and beneficial for government employees, especially employees in the Protocol and Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat of the North BolaangMongondow Regency; 4) this research is also expected to increase knowledge to be able to improve services to regional leaders; 5) as a reference and also a reference/sources for further researchers in research related to the implementation of protocol policies. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research type, with an inductive approach where this research describes systematically and accurately about specific facts and then draws a generalization that has a general nature from a series of efforts to answer various questions regarding problems in policy protocols in an effort to improve services to leaders. area in an argumentative manner from the results of the researcher's thinking. The results of this study are indicate that: there are 4 factors that influence the implementation of protocol policies in improving the service of regional leaders in North BolaangMongondow Regency, namely: 1) communication; 2) resources; 3) disposition; 4) bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the Family Welfare andEmpowerment Team (PKK) in reducing the number of stunting cases in LitoVillage, PaguyamanPantai District, Boalemo Regency.In this study, the research approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptiveresearch type. Data collection is carried out in natural settings (natural conditions),primary data sources and data collection techniques that are mostly involved inobservation as well as in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysistechnique used is a data analysis technique by processing data using the Miles andHuberman model.The results showed that 1) the role of the Lito Village Family Welfare andEmpowerment Mobilizing Team in promotive services for stunting reduction inLito Village, PaguyamanPantai District, Boalemo Regency was running well. Therole of the Lito Village Family Empowerment and Welfare Mobilizing Team inpreventive services for stunting reduction in Lito Village, PaguyamanPantaiDistrict, Boalemo Regency is in accordance with the provisions laid down. there is.The only weakness lies in the lack of good cooperation in carrying out stuntingprevention. And 3) The role of the Lito Village Family Welfare and EmpowermentMobilization Team in curative services for stunting reduction in Lito Village,Paguyaman Pantai District, Boalemo Regency has been running conducively, thebiggest problem is the lack of budget in maximizing stunting healing for childrenand toddlers in Lito Village.
