Abstract

Pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) adalah cara yang efektif untuk mendeteksi kemungkinan terjadinya kanker payudara. Namun, masih banyak wanita yang belum memahami mengenai pemeriksaan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Video Animasi Terhadap Pengetahuan SADARI Pada Wanita Usia Subur di   Kelurahan Tlogomas Kota Malang. Desain penelitian Quasi Eksperimental yaitu One-Group Pre-Post Test Design. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 54 wanita usia subur dengan teknik pengambilan sampling simple random sampling, sampel sebanyak  48 orang dengan kriteria inklusi berusia 15-25 tahun dan bersedia menjadi responden dengan mengisi informed consent. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisa data yaitu  marginal homogeneity. Hasil penelitian  didapatkan bahwa sebelum diberikan edukasi dengan media video animasi terhadap pengetahuan SADARI pada wanita usia subur terdapat 24 orang (50%) responden memiliki pengetahuan cukup dan sebagiannya memiliki pengetahuan kurang. Setelah diberikan edukasi terdapat peningkatan dengan kategori baik sebanyak 34 orang (70,8%). Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan pengetahuan SADARI sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi dengan media video animasi pada wanita usia subur di Kelurahan Tlogomas Kota Malang. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagain pedoman asuhan keperawatan khususnya sebagai media promosi kesehatan di lingkup tatanan masyarakat untuk menekan prevalensi terjadinya kanker payudara.

Abstract

Masa menyusui adalah masa yang sangat penting dan berharga bagi seorang ibu dan bayinya. Pada masa ini hubungan emosional antara ibu dan anak akan terjalin, dengan periode yang cukup panjang. Masa menyusui sangat baik bagi perkembangan mental dan psikis anak. Konsumsi makanan yang bergizi sangat dibutuhkan ibu menyusui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola makan seimbang dengan produksi ASI ibu menyusui di RW 01 Tlogo Indah Kecamatan Lowokwaru Malang. Desain dalam penelitian ini adalah Cross Sectional. Sampel adalah ibu menyusui yang berjumlah 32 orang dengan cara purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah quesioner. Analisa data menggunakan uji spearman rank. Hasil disampaikan bahwa produksi ASI ibu yang baik sebanyak 18 orang (56,25%) dan pola makan seimbang normal sebanyak 24 orang (75%). Berdasar analisis data disampaikan ada hubungan pola konsumsi makan dengan produksi ASI ibu menyusui, dengan p value 0,01 < () 0,05. Direkomendasikan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk memasukkan faktor determinan pola makan dan produksi ASI.

Abstract

However, in reality there are not many children who want to consume vegetables and fruits. The low consumption of vegetables and fruit in school children is due to multifactor. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge with preference (attitudes and preferences of vegetables). The design of the observational study using a cross sectional design.The population in this study were all children found in Yayasan Eleos Sukodadi Village, Wagir Sub-District, Malang Regency, with 57 children, with total sampling. The instrument uses 3 questionnaires with a total of 34 questions. Analysis of data to determine the relationship between preference knowledge (preferences and attitudes) of vegetables and fruit using rank spearman test.The results of the study show that most school children have sufficient knowledge (63,2%) and half of the respondents have good preferences (50.9%). The statistical test showed that there was no relationship between knowledge and vegetable preferences in school children

Abstract

Breast milk is very important for the fulfillment of infant nutrition from the beginning of birth to the first 6 months. Until now, the conten of breast milk has no been superior in meeting nutritional needs to the formation of the immune system in body. Several factors cause breastfeeding not to be carried out properly due to busy working mothers. Management of the provision of nutrients that are needed to meet the needs of infants. In several studies, this knowledge in breastfeeding management is in the sufficient category. Based on this description, the researcher wants to provide counseling about the management of breastfeeding for working mothers at the Panti Waluya Hospital in Malang, which will be held on May 11 2021 at the Panti Waluya Hospital in Malang. Strategy extension activities are carried out by delivering material and discussing the management of breastfeeding for working mothers. The implementation was carried out for 2 hours with 44 participants from counseling, before sending the material, participants are encouraged to fill out the questionnaire that has been distributetd to fine out correct management of breastfeeding. Then after delivering the material, hold a question and answer session to find out the mader’s anderstanding and the implementation of breastfeeding management with the thory put forword. The method used is discussion ( question and answer ), the material contains about how to manage lactation. The results obtained were most of 27 (63,3%) had less knowledge about breastfeeding management, and most 17 (36,7%) counseling participants understood about breastfeeding management and implemented it. Another factor that causes breastfeeding management is not implemented properly so that there is limited time for management and there are no breastfeeding facilities available for working mothers.

Abstract

The nursing profession has an important role in providing health services in every health institution. Demands for professional services provide a workload that can increase stress on nurses, one of which can have an impact on breast milk production for nursing mothers. This study aims to determine the relationship between stress levels and the smooth production of breast milk in nursing nurses at Panti Waluya Hospital, Malang. This type of research is pre-experimmental with a cross sectional approach. The research sample used a simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 44 respondents. The research was conducted at Panti Waluya Hospital. Most of the 28 respondents (63.7%) had moderate stress levels, most of the respondents (61.3%) had non-fluent milk production. Based on the results of the Chi Square test, p-value + (0.036)<(0.05) is obtained so that Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between stress levels and the smooth production of breast milk for nurses at Panti Waluya Hospital, Malang. Nurses are expected to increase milk production by using stress coping and increasing nutritional intake.
