Abstract

The aimed of this sudy are: (1) investigate the effectiveness of E-Lab to improve generic science skills and understanding the concepts oh physics; and (2) investigate the effect of generic science skills towards understanding the concept of students after learning by using the E-Lab. The method used in this study is a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. Subjects were students of Physics Education in University PGRI Semarang with methode random sampling. The results showed that: (1) learning to use E-Lab effective to increase generic science skills of students; and (2) Generic science skills give positive effect on student conceptual understanding on the material of the photoelectric effect, compton effect, and electron diffraction. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) menyelidiki efektifitas E-Lab untuk meningkatkan keterampilan generik sains dan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa; dan (2)  menyelidiki pengaruh keterampilan generik sains terhadap pemahaman konsep mahasiswa setelah dilakukan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan E-Lab. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan  Fisika  Universitas PGRI Semarang, dengan metode pengambilan sampel penelitian secara random. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa: (1) pembelajaran menggunakan E-Lab efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan generik sains mahasiswa; dan  (2) Keterampilan generik sains berpengaruh positif terhadap pemahaman konsep mahasiswa pada materi efek fotolistrik, efek compton, dan difraksi elektron.

Abstract

Metode Nikivarof Uvarov merupakan metode penyelesaian persamaan diferensial orde dua dengan mengubah persamaan diferensial orde dua yang umum (persamaan Schrodinger) menjadi persamaan diferensial tipe hipergeometrik melalui substitusi variabel yang sesuai untuk memperoleh eigen value dan fungsi gelombang bagian sudut. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur untuk menyelesaikan persamaan Schrodinger D-dimensi bagian sudut dengan potensial Poschl-Teller Hiperbolik Terdeformasi q plus Rosen Morse Trigonometri Terdeformasi q menggunakan metode Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU). Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana fungsi gelombang bagian sudut persamaan schrodinger D-dimensi  untuk potensial Poschl-Teller Hiperbolik Terdeformasi q plus Rosen Morse Trigonometri Terdeformasi q menggunakan metode Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU).Nikivarof Uvarov is a method to solve second order differential equations by changing general second order differential equation to hyper-geometric differential equation type through substituting relevant variable to obtain eigenvalues and the angle of wave function. This is a literature study to solve the D-dimensional Schrodinger equation with a corner section q Deformed Hyperbolic Poschl Teller plus q Deformed Trigonometric Rosen-Morse Potential using Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU). This study aims to determine the way the angle of wave function of D-dimensional Schrodinger equation for q-Deformed Hyperbolic Poschl Teller plus q Deformed  Trigonometric Rosen-Morse Potential using Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU).

Abstract

The incidence of dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is quite high especially in school children 54.89% Herbal products are currently becoming the main alternative for young women who want to reduce the pain in dysmenorrhea without side effects. Target and the resulting Output is Increased knowledge teenagers about the benefits of ginger against decreased disminore. The method used in the partner group, namely by counseling. Achieved Results: There is an increase in adolescent knowledge that includes knowledge about menstruation, disminore and red ginger benefits. Teenagers know that the content of calcium and vitamin C in red ginger is useful to soothe the nerves and reduce the pain and components of red ginger such as gingerol, shogaol and zingerone give pharmacological and physiological effects such as antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anticarcinogenic, non-toxic and non-mutagenic albeit at high concentrations. Conclusion: Provision of information about the benefits of red ginger to decrease disminore is needed for adolescents who experience disminore.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is one of the cancer that need to watch out for because this cancer occupy the number one cause of death for women in Indonesia. Data from the Health Office Regency of Sragen? in 2017 have 15% positive cases and in 2016 there were 9% positive cases during IVA test. This indicates that the rate of addition of positive IVA test cases is significant. Data obtained from the Plupuh I Public Health Center noted that during 2017, there were 47 positive cases (17%) of the 267 examined. Outcomes in this activity is an increase in the participation of women of childbearing age in early detection of cervical cancer through IVA examination tests and increased knowledge of IVA tests. The IVA examination was carried out at the Plupuh I Public Health Center on February 1, 2018, with a total of 32 participants and all participants participating in IVA tests. From the results of the examination was obtained 5 WUS positive when the examination IVA test and given introduction to conduct further examination at the Public Health Center.

Abstract

Background of study: Postpartum services consisting of breast care and lactation management must include recommending breastfeeding to the puerperal mother. The success of lactation management can be effected by a health promoter who is close to the community, known as health cadres. Jetis Village has 32 health cadres who have never received any training on proper breastfeeding techniques and breast care as an effort to promote love for breastfeeding, hence the cadres? limited knowledge. Objective: To improve cadres? knowledge and skills about proper breast care and breastfeeding techniques.. Method: This activity is conducted in 3 (three) stages, including socialization, training on breast care and proper breastfeeding techniques and assistance. Result: 72% of cadres can perform breast care procedures well, and 86% of the cadres can perform the skills of breastfeeding excellently. Conclusion: Health cadres? knowledge and skills increase in breast care and correct breastfeeding techniques for infants. Cadres with the right knowledge and skills will be able to help the management of mothers after childbirth for breast care and breastfeeding techniques.

Abstract

Abstract In young women, menarche and mensis begin to occur accompanied by the disposal of a number of Fe (Djaeni, 2004). Menarche is the first menstruation of women that generally occurs around the age of 10-11 years. The output produced is an increase in adolescent knowledge about anemia and the benefits of Fe. The method of service used in the partner group was counseling to young women at BK 06 Vocational High School class X which amounted to 35 female students, who had previously conducted a pre-test and post-test to determine adolescent knowledge about anemia and the benefits of Fe. Community service conducted at BK 06 Juwangi High School was carried out by involving 35 X grade students. At the beginning of the activity the extension team introduced activities followed by giving a questionnaire to determine the level of knowledge of young female students about anemia and the benefits of Fe. Of the 35 adolescents all have experienced menstruation. The results of the pre-test and post-test analysis were carried out, it was seen that the level of knowledge of the counseling participants before and after the provision of information experienced an increase in knowledge. Before giving counseling to teenagers who knew about the benefits of Fe there were 10 female students, after being given counseling there were 30 female students. Providing information to adolescents in the form of counseling on Mentrasi, Anemia, and the Importance of Fe is very necessary for adolescents who experience anemia, because one of the effects of anemia is affecting student achievement.
