Abstract

 ABSTRACT One of solid waste that produced by palm industry is palm oil shell. This waste abundant in Riau about 700.5 ton/day. The shell compositions are cellulosa, hemicellulosa, and lignine. That compounds can be cracked into crude biofuel in slurry reactor with NiMo/ZSM-5 catalyst. The objective of research to study the influence of cracking temperature (300, 310, 320, 330 0C) and concentration of catalyst (0.5; 1.5; 2.5; 3.5%) to yield of crude biofuel and to determine physical and chemical properties. Cracking process used 50 gram palm oil shell size -40+60 mesh, 500 mL silinap and rotation speed of mixing 300 rpm. The maximum yield was obtained 68.6% at temperature 330 0C and catalyst concentration NiMo/ZSM-5 2.5%. The physical properties of crude biofuel were calorimetric value (43.84 MJ/kg), density (1.01 g/mL), viscocity (13.27cSt), acid number (76.11 g NaOH/g sample) and flash point (64 0C). The GC-MS analysis result indicated dominant compounds in crude biofuel were acetic acid (33.94%), phenol (31.71%), furancarboxaldehide (7.78%) and methanol (4.93%). Key words : Catalyst, crude biofuel, palm oil shell

Abstract

This research aimed to determine factors-factors affecting the production of broilers and income levels of broilers and broiler chicken farming efficiency in Wonogiri. The research method is a survey method. The study was conducted in Wonogiri. Sampling with simple random sampling method. The results showed that the correlation factors with broiler production expressed in cobb douglas production function models, namely: LnY = 1.4207 + 0.3312 + 0.2815 LnX1 LnX3 LnX2 + 0.0021 + 0.0080 + 0.0307 LnX4 LnX5 + 0.1732 + 0.1460 LnX6 LnX7 - 0.1081 LnX8 + e. Regression analysis showed that the DOC, feed, labor, vaccines, medicine, vitamins and mortality jointly significant effect on broiler production. Individual factors DOC, feed, vitamins and mortality significantly affect to broilers production, while labor, vaccines and drug did not significantly affect the broilers production. Income levels of broiler chicken farming is Rp. 10.563.345, - perperiode. While the calculation of R/C ratio is 1.06, which means the business of broiler chickens is already profitable. Abstract

Abstract: The impeachment of the President of Indonesia that has happened from periode to periode is not the same uniform. In the Old Orde has been no provision for sure when the President can be impeach, especially when the President Soekarno was appointed as President for Life. During the New Order, according to Article 4 has been set Tap No.III/MPR/1978 to impeach the President before his term runs out, namely because: (a) at his own request, (b) remain absent, (c) really is agains the GBHN. During the Reformation, the termination of President expressly provided in Article 6 and Article 7 of the 1945 Constitution. Both in the Old Orde  and the New Orde Impeachment of President is more political than judicial. While at the Reformation Orde had never happened to impeach the Presiden. Abstract : Law must go on democrazy. Law without democrazy will be repress law. In    the opposite democrazy without law  will be anarchist. Abstract

AbstractsElection becomes a means of the process of democratization that must be conducted directly, publicly, freely, undisclosely, reliable and fairness. Based on the above norms, especially for the local election, it is hoped that a responsible and potential capable local leader/chief and/or vice local leader/chief will emerge. Yet, there are many disappointed incidents that need to be concerned during and after the election complete, such as the fight between supporters’ candidates, the unfair ballot counting, money politics and other dirty tricks. Those proved that the rules of law are still neglected during the local election. Considering that negligence, it is necessary (a) to recover the article 581 UU Number 32/2004 (b) to compromise between the law assurance, justice and benefits, and (c) to educate people about the culture of law, especially for the culture of personal law to be the open culture of law. Business people prefer to take the first  for practical reason when they intend to break ther work agreement. That is why government establish rules to protect he labours. Abstract

Abstraksi   Penyebab utama terjadinya perselisihan antara pekerja/buruh dengan pengusaha didominasi oleh masalah pengupahan, meskipun landasan hubungan perburuhan kita adalah Hubungan Industrial Pancasila. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengurangi masalah tersebut pemerintah mengeluarkan beberapa peraturan. Semua peraturan tersebut sebagai pelaksana dari UU Nomor  13 Tahun 2003 yang sifatnya imperative, oleh karenanya setiap pelanggaran dapat dijatuhi sanksi berupa denda, pidana kurungan , atau pidana penjara. Sanksi ini dimaksudkan agar pengusaha betul-betul memperhatikan masalah upah.  Ada beberapa kebijakan pengupahan yang melindungi pekerja/buruh, antara lain upah minimum dan upah kerja lembur Dasar perhitungan upah minimum dan upah lembur adalah upah pokok dan tunjangan tetap. Penangguhan upah minimum kepada gubernur, sedangkan masalah perbedaan besarnya upah lembur diajukan ke lembaga pengawas ketenagakerjaan.   Kata kunci: pengupahan dan melindungi

Abstract : The working strike is the basic right of worker. Therefore, everyone can not stop implementing his right. If anyone is against this regulation, so can be punished.This right is implemented in according to regulation specially UU Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 and Kepmenakertrans Nomor: Kep-232/Men/2003 in order to evaluate as a legal working strike.The working stike can only be implemented at the certain factory, and there are no time’s regulation to implement working strike. Abstract

Boiler tube basically consists of (drum), which closed at the end of the trial stem, where on the inside of the drum there are pipes that serves to drain water or hot gases. In boiler operations are expected not to crash (damage) but the fact is still an interruption in its operations, this led to the cessation of company activities that result in the loss to be borne by the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the condition of the boiler drum upper material that has been operating in the intervening 10 years. Microstructural examination showed that the damage (cracks) that occur are due to stress corrosion cracking (SCC), as characterized by the formation of the branched cracks (cracks braching). Factors cause of SCC is the tensile stress flow equally with corrosive environment. Residual voltage source is from the welding process in the boiler drum during plugging. In addition, residual stress may also occur due to the influence of corrosive environment forming. And cold, is caused by the influence of boiler feed water. SCC due to KOH (caustic) can be avoided by not doing the welding in the drum, and adjust the pH to be safe areas.
