Abstract

This article aims to examine the efforts that need to be done in facing the readiness of the working world for vocational education by developing self-concept and self efficacy. The increasingly intense work competition in the current era makes vocational education graduates should prepare themselves to be better prepared in facing the world of work. This is done by developing self-concept that can be formed through the planting of strong religious values, self-confidence, self-acceptance. The more we have a positive self-concept then success will be as expected. Self-efficacy is a physiological and emotional condition, expected to increase the ability to work and adapt to the work environment more easily, because self efficacy shows the implementation of processes that have been done during the previous learning process.

Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate lecturer remuneration system in University’s Public Service Agency.This research used qualitative descriptive method with researcher as the key instrument. The data of the research were obtained through the collection of documents. Theresult of the research show that the remuneration system of Public Service Agency must meets the principle of fair, equitable , reasonable, proportionality, equality and appropriateness in accordance with PP Nomor 23 Tahun 2005 and PMK Nomor 10 Tahun 2006. However, the remuneration system lecturer at the University has met the principle of transparent and single salary in accordance with the law. Researchers recommend models of remuneration in accordance with the laws and regulations and it is suitable for use in oraganitation Public Service Agency of University. Abstract

Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas kesehatan yang terjangkau bagi seluruh kalangan masyarakat, khususnya  masyarakat menengah kebawah. Salah satu Puskesmas yang ada di Cilegon adalah Puskesmas Jombang. Pada Puskesmas ini ditemukan waktu pelayanan yang lama yang disebabkan oleh aktivitas-aktivitasyang tidak memberikan nilai tambah bagi pasien, sehingga waktu pelayanan lebih lama yaitu ±50 menit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas-aktivitas VA, NVA, dan NNVA, merancang model simulasi menggunakan software Promodel, serta menentukan usulan perbaikan untuk mengurangi lead time pada pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode lean healthcare dan simulasi dengan software Promodel. Hasil simulasi Promodel menunjukkan bahwa waktu rata-rata pelayanan di Puskesmas Jombang pada pasien umum dan pasien askes sebesar 3469,20 detik serta pasien JPS sebesar 3470,40 detik, sehingga dibuat beberapa rancangan perbaikan yang terdiri dari 3 skenario perbaikan dan yang terbaik yaitu pada skenario 3 yang mereduksi waktu dari NNVA dan NVA activity yang menghasilkan rata-rata leadtime untuk pasien umum dan pasien askes sebesar 2047,20 detik serta pasien JPS sebesar 2050,20 detik. Efisiensi waktu pelayanan yang dihasilkan pada pasien umum, pasien askes, dan pasien JPS setelah perbaikan sebesar 11,75%.
