Abstrak Academic Achievement di perguruan tinggi merupakan dasar keberhasilan dan keunggulan mahasiswa. Pencapaian ini dapat diraih dengan kesehatan mental yang baik seperti Subjective Well-Being (SWB) yang tinggi. Mahasiswa dengan Subjective Well-Being yang tinggi akan mampu meningkatkan prestasi akademiknya. Dalam hal ini untuk mencapai Subjective Well-Being perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Dalam banyak penelitian yang telah dilakukan bahwa prediktor yang mempengaruhi Subjective Well-Being adalah variabel Psychological Capital (PsyCap) dan Spirituality (Avey et al., 2010); (Luthans & Luthans, 2015); (Lun & Bond, 2013). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh PsyCap dan Spirituality terhadap Subjective Well-Being dan dampaknya terhadap academic achievementpada mahasiswa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa salah satu perguruan tinggi di Riau sebanyak 565 mahasiswa. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan skala PsyCap (Luthans et al., 2007), skala Spirituality (Dasti & Sitwat, 2014), dan skala Subjective Well-Being (The satisfaction with scale/SWLS oleh (Diener et al. ., 1985) dan Scale of positive and negative experience(SPANE) oleh (Diener, Oishi, et al., 2009). Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-WarpPLS untuk menganalisis pengaruh antar variabel laten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PsyCap berpengaruh positif terhadap Subjective Well-Being, dan Spiriituality juga berpengaruh terhadap Subjective Well-Being siswa. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa Subjective Well-Being dapat mempengaruhi academic Achievement siswa. Artinya mahasiswa dengan kapasitas PsyCap yang tinggi dan mampu menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Spirituality dalam kehidupannya akan mampu mempengaruhi Subjective Well-Being dan berdampak pada academic Achievement.   Kata-kata kunci: Psychological Capital, Spirituality, Subjective Well-Being, academic    Achievement ABSTRACT Academic achievement in higher education is the foundation of student success and excellence. This achievement can be achieved with good mental health such as high subjective well-being. students with high subjective well-being will be able to improve their academic achievement. In this case, to achieve high subjective well-being, it is necessary to pay attention to the influencing factors. In many studies that have been done predictors that affect subjective well-being are the variables Psychological Capital (PsyCap) and Spirituality (Avey et al., 2010); (Luthans & Luthans, 2015); (Lun & Bond, 2013). The purpose of this study was to see the effect of Psychological Capital and Spirituality on subjective well-being in students. The subjects in this study were students of one of the universities in Riau as many as 565 students. The data in this study were obtained using the PsyCap scale (Luthans et al., 2007), the spirituality scale (Dasti & Sitwat, 2014), and the subjective well-being scale (The satisfaction with scale/SWLS by (Diener et al., 1985) and Scale of positive and negative experience (SPANE) by (Diener, Oishi, et al., 2009)). This research uses SEM-WarpPLS to analyze the effect beetwen latent variables. The results show PsyCap positively affected subjective well-being, and Spirituality also affected students' subjective well-being. Other findings shows that subjective well-being can affect student academic achievement. This means that students with high PsyCap capacity and to able internalize spirituality values in their lives will be able to influence subjective well-being and have an impact on academic achievement.Kata-kata kunci: Psychological Capital, Spirituality, Subjective Well Being, academic    Achievement
