Abstract: This study is titled Surat Kapal Poams of the Traditional Marriage from the Rengat sub-district of Indragiri Hulu Regency: an Expressive Approach. The background of this research is that surat kapal poams which only exists in Indragiri Hulu becomes extinct even though surat kapal poams are unique poams that only exist in Indargiri Hulu, Riau. The purpose of this study is to describe the author and authorship of surat kapal poams and describe the exspression of the author of surat kapal poams. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that describes the results of the research that has been done. Research conducted to obtain results discussing (1) the authors and authorship of surat kapal poams covering: 1) family background, 2) educational background, 3) profession, 4) social relations, 5) character, 6) creative process, 7) fellow profession, and 8) regeneration. Abstract: Malay nation is a nation that is cultured, dynamic and open. Malay nation can develop in various ways. One of them is by way of Malay wisdom thinking that basically often takes the example of natural example. With openness, culture, Malay society, with strict judgment and judgment, is not in accordance with external culture, which is appropriate and harmonious with the values, cultural principles. Various methods have been applied by Malay people in Rantau Kuantan in order to enrich their local wisdom, one of which is through keratif literary or continuous processes in which local wisdom can be used in several oral publications that exist and develop in the Inuman Rantau Kuantan community. One process for literature or sustainability is nandong, or humming. Inuman, Rantau Kuantan which is part of the Malay cultural region itself has various types of nandong which are scattered and have become inherent in the daily lives of their people. This research includes child bedtime songs whose texts consist of mantra, gurindam, syair, pantun, seloka, and thimbles or other traditional research.Keywords: nandong, poetry literary genre, local wisdom.

Abstract: This study is titled Magical Motifs Kayangan of Riau Folklore (Intertextual Study). The background of this research is that the researchers want to see how the magical motifs of the sky consist of the main motifs of the angelic stories as well as the similarities and differences in the inner elements of the two folklore texts. The aim of this study is to describe the magical motifs of the folklore text of the legend of Putri Mambang Linau and Mahligai Keloyang (origin of the name Kelayang) from the main motifs of the Bidadari stories and similarities and differences in the intrinsic structure of the folklore text Legend of Putri Mambang Linau and Mahligai Keloyang (Originally Names) to describe Kelayang). This research is a descriptive qualitative research that describes and describes the results of the study. The data of this study are the folklore text of the legend of Putri Mambang Linau and Mahligai Keloyang (origin of the name Kelayang). Data obtained using the reading and recording method. Based on the results of the study, one found a magical motif in the form of angels, angelic cloths, hermitage, number of angels and kayangan. Abstract: This study is titled Koba Oral Literature in Pekoba (Cik Ani) Expression in the of Pasir Pengaraian Rokan Hulu District. The background of this research is that nowadays koba as an intangible cultural heritage is rarely performed again in the community and pekoba (koba Craftsman) has diminished its existence. The purpose of this study is to describe the expression of authors and authorship of pekoba (Cik Ani) in koba oral literature in Rokan Hulu District. Abstrack : This study discusses the anxiety of Icih Prihatini figures in the script of monologue Wanci works Imas Sobariah based on the approach to psychology literature analyzed. In this study examines the problem formulation what the anxiety experienced by Icih Prihatini figures in the script monologue drama Wanci works from Imas Sobariah. The data source is the goal of this study is the monologue drama script Wanci Imas Sobariah work. The research data I look in form of sentences and dialogue excerpts relating to anxiety figure consists of realistic anxiety, neurotic anxiety and moral anxiety. The research method used is a qualitative method which describes the description data. Technique of collecting data in this research is documentation techniques. Data analysis technique is used, the data reduction, data representation and conclusions must be terminated. The data of this study amounted to 38 data that consists of 12 data realistic anxiety, neurotic anxiety data 12 and 14, the data of the moral by the signs experienced fear in the script monologue Prihatini Icih Wanci Sobariah Imas work.Keywords : Anxiety Figures Icih Prihatini, Script of Monologue Drama Wanci works Imas Sobariah.

ABSTRACTThis study is a step in understanding dignity. Dignity is oftenlinked with power, rank and position, position, blood ancestry and theenvironment, and property titles. Dignity is also often correlated with agood name, dignity, honor and self-esteem a person, group, or specificcommunity groups. Dignity or self-esteem can be grouped in three areas,namely 1. Dignity is based, namely the individual views of the abilities,status, and role. 2. Social prestige or dignity according to others, theindividual's sense of how others perceive or judge him. 3. Dignity of theideal individual expectations about him or what her future will be. Dignityof character in search based data analysis techniques. The method used isdescriptive method. To obtain information and research data, the authorsuse the technique of documentation or literature. The data were found tobe described by categories dignity. The results of data analysis is based onthe dignity of self-esteem of a character with a level of independence, inthe order of association with the presence of other figures.Keywords: Dignity grouped in three areas, namely the dignity that is based,social dignity and the dignity of the ideal.

Abstract: This study describes an aesthetic language that is present on the Tip of the indigenous Community Tapung. The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the elements of an aesthetic language that is present on the Tip of the indigenous Community Tapung. This research uses qualitative rather than quantitative research types or numbers. Data collection techniques in the study using interview techniques and record. Data acquired as much as custom tip 46 tip custom. The aesthetic elements of the language are examined in the Tip of the indigenous Community Tapung consists of diction and imagery. Based on the results of the research, from all 46 tip custom obtained and containing elements of aesthetic diction or imagery. As for the data include, diction were analyzed based on words and phrases 18 numbered numbered 8 out of 12 tip, imagery vision as much as 17 tips from 46 tip, imagery hearing 7 tip from 46 tip, tip 15 motion imagery of 46 tip, imagery smell 2 tip from 46 tip, imagery taster 4 tip from 46 tip, imagery feelings 6 tip from 46 tip.Key Words: The Aesthetic Language, Diction, Citraan, Tip Of The Indigenous Community Tapung.

Abstract: Abstract: This research is entitled Typography in Abdul Kadir Ibrahim's Collection of Love Mantra Verses. The background of this research is that typography is present as a freedom from the expression of the writer to give birth to his poems. The poet's freedom is felt when a work has essential freedom, one of which is not bound by rules, forms, and lines. The creative process in giving birth to a poem is inseparable from the imagination of the poet's exploration. The purpose of this study is to describe the typography of a collection of love poems written by Abdul Kadir Ibrahim and describe the intrinsic elements in the collection of poems of love mantra by Abdul Kadir Ibrahim, which are related to the meaning seen through Saussure's semiotic approach. This research is descriptive qualitative research that describes and describes the results of the research conducted. Based on research, the author found that typography made by poets mostly relates to what the poet wants to convey to the reader.Key Words: Typography, collection of poems, love spells, Abdul Kadir Ibrahim.

Abstract: This study discusses the Aesthetics Sound Poem in reciprocate Poem Competition equal Level senior high school/MA Praktikum Sastra Ke-25 University of Riau. The problem in this study is what aesthetics sound poem in poem who will be delivered by reciprocated poem competition participant. This study was aimed to describe what are the shapes of aesthetics sound in poem who will be delivered by reciprocated poem competition participant, district consisting of rhythm (metrum and rhythm), efoni, kakafoni, anaphora, epistrophe, alliteration, assonance, and onomatopoeic. This study benefit is theoretical, practical and educational useful for readers. The theory used in this study is the theory presented by Hasanuddin WS. The time of this research started in March 2017 to November 2017. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method approach. The data in this study is poems who will be delivered by reciprocated poem competition participant equal level Senior high school/MA in reciprocate poem competition event by the Student Association of Educational Studies Program Language and Literature Indonesia Riau University submitted. The technique for collecting data in this study is the use of the recording technique and the validity of the data is obtained by using data triangulation technique. Based on research results,the authors found (55 data of the first phoetic, 64 data of the middle phoetic, 152 data of the last phoeti, and 55 data of the phoetic), 152 data of ephoni, 150 data of cacaphony, 29 data of anaphora, 7 data of ephyphora, 152 data of aliteration, 121 data of assonance, 3 data of onomathope. The results of this study indicate that the poems who will be delivered by reciprocate poem competition participant full of aesthetics sound, this is proved by full of aesthetics sound in poems who will be delivered by competition participant.Keyword : Aesthetics sound, poems, reciprocated poem competition

Abstract: This thesis is titled "Intertekstual Study of Syair Siak Sri SyaiIndrapura Dar Al-Salam Al-Qiyam with Drama script of Pengabsahan Raja Kecil (Anak Mayat)". This study aims as follows. The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship and the differences in the building blocks of the Syair Siak Indrapura manuscript Dar Al-Salam Al-Qiyam and the Theater Manuscript Pengabsahan Raja Kecil (Anak Mayat) which are limited to aspects of character, plot and setting. The research method used is the intertext method. Intertext method is a method that links other texts in a study. As the essence of a text in which there is another text. The theory used in this study is intertextual, structuralism, poetry, drama script. This research is a descriptive qualitative study that describes and describes the results of the study. The nature of the hypogram can be classified into three types, namely negation, affirmation, and innovation. The results show that (1) the similarities and differences in the constructing elements of the two manuscripts and (2) the intertextual relationship between drama scripts Legitimate the Little King (Corpses) and Poetry Siak Sri Indrapura Dar Al-Salam Al-Qiyam in the form of negation, affirmation, and Innovation.Key Words: intertextual, drama script, Syair Siak Sri Indrapura, drama script Anak Mayat.
