Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of economic conditions of families on the motivation to continue their education to college in high school class XII students Seri Rama YLPI Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at SMA Series Rama YLPI Pekanbaru from October to December 2014. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Population of 145 people and a sample of 60 people is the student and the student's family. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire with Likert scale for the dependent variable: Motivation Continuing Education (Y); independent variables: Family Economic Conditions (X). The data analysis technique used is a statistical technique with simple linear regression. From the results, it can be concluded that: (1) family economic conditions affect the motivation to continue their education to college (2) the effect of the economic conditions of families on the motivation to continue their education to college in high school class XII students Seri Rama YLPI Pekanbaru at 44.89%. Abstract

Abstract: Conformity (Three Angel Fit) between program management and members explained the quality level of participation of members of a cooperative. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability (Three Angle Fit) between programs, management and members in improving the participation of members in the Cooperative Taxi driver (Kopsi) Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive method. The survey results revealed there is conformance (Three angle fit) program, the management and members in improving partiisipasi cooperative members on taxi drivers. With the average percentage of Three angle fit (three conformity) in this study was 94.7% including the appropriate category and yield enough percentage of member participation in cooperative taxi drivers (Kopsi) already is high that the average total amount that is equal to 96 , 1%.Keywords: Three angle fit, programs, management, members

Abstract

Abstract : There is a difference between expectations and reality occurred in class XI IPS in SMAN 2 Mandau where the lack of student achievement motivation, especially on economic subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence the internal locus of control on achievement motivation on economic subjects XI grade students of SMAN 2 Mandau. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The population is all students of class XI SMAN 2 Saber totaling 147 students with a sample of 60 students. Based on the results of data analysis is concluded that in mind the significant value on the table coeffisients 0,000 less than the critical value of 0.1. Then obtained 0,000 < 0.1 and this result shows that the Internal Locus Of Control (ILOC) significantly affects Achievement Motivation (MB) in class XI students majoring in social studies at SMAN 2 Mandau the academic year 2014/2015. Judging from R Square of 0.589, this shows that the independent variables used in this study could affect the dependent variable by 58, 9%. Thus it can be said that the ability of the independent variables affect the dependent variable is strong. Based on the regression coefficient if ILOC increased by 1%, the achievement motivation will also increase by 0845 or 84.5%. Coefficient is positive, it means there is a positive relationship between the MB with ILOC, the rise ILOC then the ride anyway Achievement Motivation.Key Words : Achievement Motivation, internal locus of control

Abstract

Abstract: According to the UUD 1945 paragraph IV, one of Indonesia’s aim is make this nation getting smarter. In order to reveal that aim, we need to do an effort such as the developing human resource with the improvement of education qualities. This research held in SMA Negeri6 Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis to analyze the influence of pedagogical competence due to the interest in learning for students in SMA Negeri6 Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. With the proporsion random sampling technique, the researcher got 52 students as the sample of this research. The analyses technique use descriptive quantitative analyses with using simple regression linier equation that proceeded with SPSS 16.00 version. Based on the research result, the influence of teacher’s pedagogical competence is significance enough due to the learning interest of the students in SMA Negeri6 Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis. Based on the significance experiment result that held with result F count (9,065) ≥ F table (4,03) with Sig (0,0004) ≤ (0,05). It means that is rejectedand is accepted. the result of simple regression linier equation is Y = 31,810 + 0.503X. it is show us that without pedagogical competence, students learning interest is 31,810 and for every 1 improvement of teacher’s pedagogical competence will improve 0.503X students learning interest. On regression analyses calculation the researcher got 0,513 RSquare of contribution to students learning interest. It means that pedagogical competence variable gives contribution to students learning interest in SMA Negeri 6 Mandau 15,3% and rest 84,7 % influenced by other variables. Abstract

Abstract: The performance of teachers was instrumental in realizing the ultimate goal of the school, and it's all but regardless of how the leadership and policies provided by the school principal. Performance is influenced by various factors one of which revenue and salaries. Revenues have an impact tranquility and comfort of teachers in teaching. This study aimed to analyze the influence of the leadership style of the principal and income of teachers on teacher performance in Junior High School at District of Rambah. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative method. The survey results revealed the principal's leadership style Junior High School at District of Rambah tend to use democratic leadership style, while revenues included into the category of being a teacher and teacher performance included in either category. SPSS revenue from the test results of the most influential teachers on teacher performance in the Junior High School at District of Rambah that is t count (5,005).Keywords: Leadership, Incomes, Performance
