Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menggambarkan dan mengidentifikasi adanya resistensi terselubung yang dilakukan oleh buruh helper gudang PT Unirama Duta Niaga Sidoarjo terhadap sistem pengupahan. Sistem pengupahan yang berbeda yang diterapkan dalam perusahaan PT Unirama Duta Niaga yang memunculkan resistensi buruh. Gerakan resistensi buruh dilakukan dengan terselubung atau tertutup. Bentuk perlawanan terselubung buruh ini dengan mencuri barang perusahaan, buruh bermalas-malasan, menjual kardus milik perusahaan, meminta uang bongkaran kepada para sopir, meminta uang atas penggantian barang yang rusak kepada para sopir, dan melanggar peraturan perusahaan. Resistensi terselubung buruh tergolong dalam kelompok semu dalam teori konflik Ralf Dahrendorf. Kajian pustaka penelitian ini menggunakan teori Konflik dari Ralf Dahrendorf. Pada teori konflik ini menerangkan bahwa dalam masyarakat industri terdapat beberapa konsep baru seperti dekomposisi modal, dekomposisi tenaga kerja, dan munculnya kelas menengah baru. Dalam teori konflik Ralf Dahrendorf terdapat otoritas dan posisi. Distribusi wewenang dan otoritas yang berbeda membuat konflik muncul dalam masyarakat industri. Dalam teori koflik ini juga membagi dua golongan kelompok dalam berkonflik yaitu: kelompok Laten dan kelompok Manifes.  Kata kunci: Buruh, Resistensi, Sistem Pengupahan.   Abstract  The study illustrates and identifies the existence of hidden resistance by the workers helper shed PT Unirama Duta Niaga Sidoarjo to the wage system. Different wage systems applied in the company PT Unirama Duta Niaga Sidoarjo which gave rise to labor resistance. The movement of labo resistance is done by hidding and closing. The form of hidden resistance of the workers with the merchandise of the company, the lazy loberers, selling the companys cardboard, asking money for dismantling the driver, asking for money for the replacement of demaged goods, and violating company regulations. The hidden resistance of the worker belongs to n artificial group in the conflict theory of Ralf Darendorf. The study of this research literature uses conflict theory Ralf Dahrendorf. In this conflict theory explains that in industrial society there are several new concepts such as capital decomposition, decomposition of labor, and the emergence of a new middle class. In this theory of conflict Ralf Dahrendorf there is authority and position. The distribution of different powers and authorities makes conflict appear in industrial societies. In theory this conflict also divides 2 groups of group in conflict that is: latent groups and manifest groups. Keywords: Labor, Resistance, and Wage system.
