Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pola interaksi antara orang tua dan anak dalam pembelian Handphone/gadget. Perilaku orang tua direfleksikan dengan pola asuh yang diterapkan sedangkan respon dari anak ditunjukkan oleh  strategi yang dipilih untuk mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pembelian tersebut. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelajar SMP di kota Purwokerto, yang pengambilan sampelnya dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan kriteria 1). Pelajar memiliki handphone/gadget, 2) memiliki orang tua tua yang masih hidup. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 69 orang. Adapun untuk menjawab hipotesis yang diajukan, digunakan analisis regresi, dan (analisys of variance) ANOVA. Hasil  penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa pola asuh orang tua tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keterlibatan anak dalam pembelian. Disisi lain, diketahui pola asuh orang tua berpengaruh terhadap strategi yang digunakan oleh anak dalam uapaya mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Selanjutnya diindikasikan pula antara pelajar laki-laki dan pelajar perempuan tidak terdapat pebedaan dalam menerapkan strategi untuk mempengaruhi keputusan tersebut. Kata Kunci:  Pola Asuh orang tua, Strategi Pilihan Anak, Keterlibatan Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Peran Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Usaha Skala Rumah Tangga di Purwokerto, dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peran BMT dalam meningkatkan kinerja usaha skala rumah tangga, potensi BMT dalam pengembangan usaha skala rumah tangga, serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi BMT dalam pengembangan usaha skala rumah tangga. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa BMT memiliki peran yang cukup strategis untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha skala rumah tangga karena BMT menjembatani kebutuhan pembiayaan antara pelaku usaha dengan lembaga pembiayaan. BMT memiliki potensi yang cukup baik untuk melakukan pengembangan usaha skala rumah tangga sehingga berkembang menjadi lebih besar. Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) to the organizational commitment and work performance of the Midwife of Public Health Centre in Banyumas Regency. Central Java, Indonesia. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling. The sample of this study were 243 midwives with the following criteria: minimum education D3 midwifery, minimum working period of one year and minimum age of 22 years. The data analysis technique uses SEM AMOS. Model fit is shown by good and significant goodness of fit results. The results showed that indicators of organizational commitment consisting of affective commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment were able to explain the construct of organizational commitment. Work performance indicators consisting of work performance, contextual performance, adaptive performance and productive work performance can explain the construct of work performance. The construct of organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on the construct of work performance.

Abstract

This was a quantitative research aiming to find out the effect of every variable studied namely advertisement on television, brand equity, attraction of celebrity endorser towards the decision of buying Wardah cosmetic product. The sampling technique used in this research was non probability technique in a form of purposive sampling method that determines samples based on certain criteria. The population of this research was all students in University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, and the samples of this research involved 125 respondents. The methods of data analysis used in were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regressions analysis, coeffiecient of determination, and hypothesis test. The result of analysis showed that advertisement on television partially affected positively towards the decision of buying, and the hypotesis was accepted with tobtained 3,582 > ttable 1,979, equity affected positively towards the decision of buying, and the hypothesis was accepted with tobtained 6,317 > ttable 1,979, celebrity endorser affected towards the decision of buying with tobtained 2,841 > ttable 1,979. Furthermore, the independent variables (advertisement on television, brand equity, and celebrity endorser) simultaneously affected the dependent variable (decision of buying) . Abstract

This study aimed to determine to correlation between four independent variables of quality servive, quality products, trust, and customer value on customer satisfaction variable. This study was explanatory research using quantitative approach of multiple regression. Sample of this study were 103 customers of the bank. Data analysis techniques used in the study were multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and classical assumption testing. Data of this study was taken using quistionnaire distributed to customers of the bank and analyzed using SPSS 16 version.The resulf of F-test analysis showed that factor of service quality, product quality, trust and customers value gave effect simultaneously with 52,7% of the value of Adjusted R Square on customer satisfaction in the bank. In addition, 47,3% of the remaining value were affectted by other factors which were not discussed in this study. The result of partial t-test showed that service quality gave the biggest effect on customer satisfaction in the bank. The more accessable the bank service was, the more interested people in the bank would be. Marketing strategy showed significant effect in improving service quality. Thus, the better the marketing management in the bank was, the more interested people in the bank would be.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat mahasiswa terhadap program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), persepsi mahasiswa terhadap peningkatan Soft Skill mengikuti MBKM, dan pengaruh minat mahasiswa mengikuti program MBKM terhadap peningkatan soft skill lulusan. Sampel penelitian 74 mahasiswa dengan teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala likert lima tingkat, yang diedarkan kepada responden menggunakan Google Form. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistic deskriptif dan statistic induktif dengan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis statistic deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata persepsi responden terhadap peningkatan softskill mahasiswa mengikuti MBKM sangat tinggi yaitu 4,48 dari skala likert lima tingkat. Rata-rata minat mahasiswa mengikuti MBKM juga sangat tinggi yaitu 4,37 dari skala liker lima tingkat. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa minat mahasiswa mengikuti MBKM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan Soft Skill mahasiswa, dengan nilai R-squared cukup besar (0.62). Ini berarti bahwa variasi peningkatansoftskill lulusan dapat dijelaskan oleh minat mahasiswa mengikuti program MBKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek mediasi etos kerja pada pengaruh religious terhadap kesuksesan(kinerja) bisnis pengusaha UMKM pada masa Pandemi Covid 19 di Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusaha usaha kecil dan menengah di Banyumas sekitarnya dengan sampel sebanyak 53 pengusaha UMKM dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS (partial Least Square). Berdasarkan analisis PLS-SEM, religius berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan dapat terhadap Kesuksesan (kinerja) bisnis pada masa epidemi Covid 19. Etos kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kesuksesan (kinerja) bisnis pada masa epidemi Covid 19, Religius berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan dapat terhadap etika bisnis pada masa epidemi Covid 19 dan Tidak terdapat efek mediasi Etos kerja pada pengaruh Religius terhadap Kesuksesan (kinerja) bisnis pada masa epidemi Covid 19. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,389 atau 38,9% artinya Kesuksesan wirausaha dapat dipengaruhi variabel kompetensi, religius, dan etos kerja 38,9% sedangkan sisanya 61,1% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Sedangkan etos kerja dipengaruhi oleh religius sebesar 23,6%. Nilai Blind Folding Q2 variabel Kesuksesan kewirausahaan (Y) telah diatas 0 maka dapat dikatakan model baik. Sedangkan nilai model fit sebesar 0,664 artinya bahwa ketepatan model sebesar 66,4%.

Abstract

The problem of the quality of academic services for each faculty is different. The aim of this research is to describe the level of student satisfaction regarding the quality of academic services based on the Parasuraman dimensions. The assessment used a 5-point Likert scale of satisfaction with lecturers with the respondents being students from three study programs, namely the faculties of Economics and Business, Psychology and Law, with 192 students. The results of research on Tangible students feel satisfied with the faculties of Economics and Business, Psychology and Law. At Emphaty, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel less satisfied. Regarding Reliability, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel less satisfied. Regarding Responsiveness, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel dissatisfied. In Assurance, students feel satisfied with the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law. At the Psychology faculty, students feel dissatisfied. This research is very useful for improving the quality of academic services.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of co-branding, customer-based brand equity, and packaging on purchasing decisions. To collect and study data, researchers used quantitative research methodology. Multiple linear regression analysis is the data analysis method used in this research, allowing researchers to investigate the influence between relevant variables. The sample obtained consisted of 102 respondents, but during distribution there were 2 data that were damaged, so only 100 respondents were used, which was distributed using Google Form via direct message Instagram users of Azarine Cosmetic Marvel Edition Serum, where the sample selection used a purposive sampling technique where they were selected based on standards. certain. The results of the analysis show that customer-based brand equity and packaging have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while co-branding has an insignificant negative effect on purchasing decisions for Azarine Cosmetic Marvel Edition. Specifically, the study found that the combined impact of co-branding, customer-based brand equity, and packaging accounted for 44.7% of the variability in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of cyberloafing, self-efficacy and organizational culture on the performance of Kanyumas Regency Regional Revenue Agency employees. Sampling used a purposive sampling method with the criteria of Civil Servants (PNS) distributed using a questionnaire. The sample used was 107 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results of this study indicate that cyberloafing has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, self-efficacy partially has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance and organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The R2 adjusted coefficient of determination test results was 32.7%. Keywords: Cyberloafing, Self Efficacy and Organizational Culture
