Abstract

Time goes rapidly and competition is getting tougher. It demands employees to give high performance in order to exceed work standard determined by the company. work system innovation in banking companies provide stimuli for employees both from basic employees to management level to always be active in and have advantages in understanding the job desk. Extra ordinary behavior, which is usually called. Organizational Citizenship Behavior, is expected to change mindset where employees do not only master one ability, but several abilities or skills beyond their job description. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Distributive and Procedural Justice on OCB through Job satisfaction. This research is descriptive and verivicative analysis. Descriptive research was conducted to obtain a description of Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, Job satisfaction, and OCB. While verivicative research is done to know the relationship between variables through the calculation - statistical calculation. The method used is survey method. While the sampling technique is Saturated / Census Samples with 65 respondents. Data analysis in this study using the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) and found that the Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction that impact on OCB. There are several researchers who have researched OCB from a human resource point of view. Contribution of this research is to help managers to formulate strategies and policy implementation related to the proper management of Human Resources And create new Human Resources with all the best ability to play an extra role in doing the job.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence variables, organizational citizenship behavior, and job involvement on nurse performance. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling with a sample size of 115 people. This study took the subjects at the Majenang Regional General Hospital. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that the emotional intelligence variable partially has a significant effect on nurse performance, organizational citizenship behavior partially has a significant effect on nurse performance, job involvement partially has no significant effect on nurse performance and emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior and work involvement simultaneously have an effect significant towards the performance of nurses. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the variable organizational citizenship behavior has the most influence on the performance of nurses in the Majenang Regional General Hospital.This research can help make a positive contribution to the Majenang Regional General Hospital, or companies that need to be able to find out how the influence of emotional intelligence, organizational citizenship behavior, and work involvement on nurse performance and provide recommendations for company leaders to be able to determine policies based on conclusions and suggestions of this research.Keywords:Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Involvement on Nurse Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengaruh disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Institusi Pendidikan yang ada di Purwokerto. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus pada karyawan institusi pendidikan di Purwokerto. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 74 karyawan dari tingkat manajemen ke tingkat staf sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Disiplin kerja, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze and explain the effect of the work environment, work ethos, work discipline and organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of employees of PT BPR BKK Purwokerto (Perseroda). This research was a quantitative research using a questionnaire of 167 respondents to employees of PT BPR BKK Purwokerto branch (Perseroda). The ampling technique used nonprobability sampling method and the Slovin formula. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple inear regression test, determination coefficient test, t test and f test. The results of his research show that work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ethic had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and significantly Simultaneous work environment, work ethos, work discipline and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: work environment, work ethos, work discipline, organizational citizenship behavior, employee performance.

Abstract

The Banking Industry has a very important role in economic development in a country. Indonesia, which is the largest Muslim country in the world, certainly has excellent prospects for the development of the Sharia Banking Industry in the future. Therefore, the development of Sharia banks has slowed in recent years and the profitability of Sharia banks is also still below the ideal value. This study aims to determine the internal factors and external factors that influence the profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks from January 2012 to August 2017. The variables used in this study are ROA, Inflation, NPF, and OEOR. The data used is the aggregate data of all Sharia Commercial Banks registered at Bank Indonesia. Measurement of Statistical Descriptions, F-test, t-test, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient and Multiple Linear Regression using IBM SPSS 21 software. The results showed that there were significant negative effects of the variable BI rate, NPF, and OEOR while the Inflation variable showed a negative but insignificant effect. Overall the above variables affect ROA by 87.7% while 12.3% is likely to be influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat mahasiswa terhadap program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), persepsi mahasiswa terhadap peningkatan Soft Skill mengikuti MBKM, dan pengaruh minat mahasiswa mengikuti program MBKM terhadap peningkatan soft skill lulusan. Sampel penelitian 74 mahasiswa dengan teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala likert lima tingkat, yang diedarkan kepada responden menggunakan Google Form. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistic deskriptif dan statistic induktif dengan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis statistic deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata persepsi responden terhadap peningkatan softskill mahasiswa mengikuti MBKM sangat tinggi yaitu 4,48 dari skala likert lima tingkat. Rata-rata minat mahasiswa mengikuti MBKM juga sangat tinggi yaitu 4,37 dari skala liker lima tingkat. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa minat mahasiswa mengikuti MBKM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan Soft Skill mahasiswa, dengan nilai R-squared cukup besar (0.62). Ini berarti bahwa variasi peningkatansoftskill lulusan dapat dijelaskan oleh minat mahasiswa mengikuti program MBKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan emotional intelligence terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Purwokerto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sejumlah 133 responden pada karyawan PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Purwokerto. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan emotional intelligence secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan emotional intelligence secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja, locus of control dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas pendidikan Kabupaten Purbalingga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengggunakan kuesioner sejumlah 90 responden pada pegawai dinas pendidikan Kabupaten Purbalingga. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis data, uji kecocokan model dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi motivasi kerja, locus of control dan self efficacy secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, locus of control secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, self efficacy secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, harga, kualitas produk, dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian Tupperware di Kota Cilacap. Sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 125 responden yang merupakan pembeli produk Tupperware, dipilih berdasarkan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji instrumen, statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan citra merek, harga, kualitas produk dan gaya hidup berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial citra merek, kualitas produk dan gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial harga berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepuasan kerja, locus of control dan self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal, Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sejumlah 132 responden pada karyawan PT. Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal, Tbk. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara simultan kepuasan kerja, locus of control dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
