Abstract

Brand image is a strategy that is widely utilized by companies to win the competition. To identify the factors that influence the brand image of online store, empirical study was conducted to analyze the direct influence of electronic customer satisfaction, electronic word of mouth toward the brand image of online store, and to analyze the indirect effect of electronic customer satisfaction toward the brand image of online store through electronic word of mouth. Data were collected from 200 online store consumers and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling method. From the results of processing data to test the proposed hypothesis, it is known that to improve the brand image of online stores, the online store manager should focus on how to boost the number of consumers who will provide reviews about online stores or push electronic word of mouth.

Abstract

Airline industries are currently faced with challenges to satisfy consumers in order to improve organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality, corporate image, price fairness, and airline safety as a stimulus of customer satisfaction and its impact on brand loyalty. Samples data of 350 Low Cost Carrier/LCC passengers in Indonesia were collected and purposive sampling technique was used to analyze the developed hypothesis. Further data is processed with Structural Equation Modeling technique. The results of the study found that the stimulus of customer satisfaction of LCC is service quality, corporate image, price fairness, and airline safety. Furthermore, customer satisfaction will provide consequences for airline brand loyalty. The study also found that corporate image is the strongest factor affecting customer satisfaction. For further research, it is suggested to add customer value as a stimulus of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of situational leadership style, organizational culture and compensation on performance of employees. The methods used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is all staff office division who worked in PT. CIMB NIAGA Kuningan Plaza Branch Office with a population 75 people. The sampling using the method of population (census) is to examine the entire population. The approach used in this research is a Structural Equation Models (SEM) with Smart analysis tools-PLS.The results showed situational leadership style gives a positive and significant influence on employee performance.organizational culture gives a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Compensation provides a positive and significant effect on performance employees. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) which shows the significance value of the independent variables.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of participative leadership style on employee performance dan performance. Research method used in this research is descriptive method. This research object is employee sales support division of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. Bintaro with a population of 70 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a sample size of 70 people. The approach used in this research is structural equation model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis. The result of this study show participative leadership style has a positive and significant impact on work performance. Participative leadership style has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Walikota Jakarta Selatan Pada Bagian Sekretariat Kota. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya atau bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Kantor Walikota Jakarta Selatan Pada Bagian Sekretariat Kota.Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka.Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Walikota Jakarta Selatan Pada Bagian Sekretariat Kota, namun disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Walikota Jakarta Selatan Pada Bagian Sekretariat Kota. Uji Koefisien Determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 36,4% kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel kompensasi dan disiplin kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 63,6% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of an integrated Service quality, corporate image of the Purchase intentions. Respondents were used as samples in this study were 200 consumers SME bike shop. Purposive sampling technique using sampling and methods of data analysis using SEM technique. The results found that (1) the positive effect of the Corporate Service quality image, Purchase intentions, (2) thepositive effect of corporate image on Purchase Intention, and (3) Corporate imagemerupakan mediator in the relationship between the Service qualitydengan Purchase intentions.Penelitian further recommended to add the variable of Corporate social Responsibility / CSR as a factor affecting Purchase intention.Keyword: Service Quality, Corporate Image, Purchase Intentions, Small andMedium Enterprises / SME‘s
