Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai Human Capital Management Balai Besar Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pascapanen Pertanian (BB-Pascapanen) berdasarkan Leadership and Knowledge Management System, The Results-Oriented Performance Culture System, Talent Management System, dan Job Satisfaction System dalam mencapai visi, misi, dan tujuan BB-Pascapanen. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner HCAAF Survey Indices yang dibagikan pada bulan April sampai dengan bulan Juni 2015 kepada seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) BB-Pascapanen. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Human Capital Management Balai Besar Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pascapanen Pertanian (BB-Pascapanen) berdasarkan The Human Capital Assessment And Accountability Framework (HCAAF) sangat efektif (kategori kuat) dalam mendukung pencapaian visi, misi, dan tujuan BB-Pascapanen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the competency development program of personnel resources and employee performance. Besides, this study also aims to determine whether there was a significant influence on the development of competence of personnel resources to employee performance at the Parliament Secretariat of West Kutai. The results showed that the empirical rs amounted to 0.631 greater than the theoretical rs of 0.219 for n = 79 at a significance level of 5%. Thus it can be said that there is a significant relationship between the variables of the competence of personnel resources with variable employee performance. The results showed also that the obtained value of 7.136 t-test. The results of these calculations show that the t-count is greater than t-table contained in the table prices are critical student-t for n-2 at the 0.05 level, where t (hit) = 7.136> t (tab) = 1.991 , This means that there is a significant relationship and influence between variable competence development of personnel resources with variable employee performance. Thus it can be said that the formulation of the problem in this study have been answered and the research hypothesis can be received and verified.

Abstract

Speaking skill is the ability to pronounce or pronounce an idea that exists in an individual which involves several aspects of pronunciation, vocabulary, and structure. This study aims to find out that there is a problem how to describe the improvement of speaking skills through storytelling in class II students of Mi Al-Irsyad, Tangerang City. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK) with data collection techniques of observation, tests, and interviews. The main objective of PTK is to solve real problems that occur in the classroom and increase the real activities of teachers in their professional development. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in speaking skills if the average score on student test results increased, namely individual absorption of at least 70 and classically 85% of students could speak. In addition, there was also a change in students' attitudes during the learning process which was marked by the activeness of students in expressing opinions, answering questions, the level of self-confidence, the use of appropriate language when telling stories, and responsibility in the learning process.

Abstract

In the current condition where there is an increase in violence among teenagers/society, the use of bad language and words by students, the low respect for parents and teachers, the low sense of individual and group responsibility, the culture of lies/dishonesty, and the existence of Mutual suspicion and hatred between people make character education a priority that must always be strengthened. This study used the library research method. Library research is a type of qualitative research which is generally carried out by not going into the field in searching for data sources. Library research collects data and information through the help of various materials found in the library room. Evaluation of basic education learning based on character education, by instilling character values that are included in the learning process in each subject related to norms or values in the context of everyday life through various real examples. Hopefully by always strengthening character education will produce students who not only have good academic knowledge but also have quality character.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, namely to find out how to implement the online learning model, to find out what are the inhibiting factors in the implementation of online learning, and to find out the supporting factors in the online learning process during the pandemic. Parents' Perception of Online Learning During a Pandemic. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis techniques. The results show that the implementation of the online learning model in elementary schools is by utilizing several kinds of applications, the use of one-sheet lesson plans and evaluation of written worksheets that can be taken and collected directly to the school supported by facilities provided by the school in the form of wifi for teachers at school. and free internet quota for students. However, there are still obstacles in the implementation of online learning, namely, the lack of effectiveness and time efficiency, the lack of student enthusiasm and the lack of understanding of the material.
