Abstract

ABSTRACTRecently, food preservation especially for meat is becoming one of the subjects of food technology that is still developed. Organic acids is commonly used for food preservative. Meat is easily destroyed mainly by Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus spp.), well known as an edible mushrooms is one of the food resources that have antimicrobial activity. The application of oyster mushroom extracts in chicken meat is done using extract concentrations of 0%, 12.5%, 18.75%, 25%, 31.25% and 37.5% where 12,5% is the MIC to inhibit E. coli and S. aureus. The results showed that the application of brown oyster mushroom extracts with concentration of 31.25% can mantain freshness of chicken meat for 12 hours of storage at room temperature (26oC) with the total number of microbes of 8.6 x 105 cfu/g, the total number of E. coli of 0.3 x 101 cfu/g, the total number of S. aureus of 7.7 x 101 cfu/g. It was appropriate with Indonesian National Standard ( SNI 3924:2009). It required the condition such as no decomposition, pH 5.53, color organoleptic value of 3.42 (fair to good) and texture organoleptic value of 3.53 (fair to good).Keywords : oyster mushroom extract, antimicrobial, chicken meat preserving

Abstract

Kanker payudara merupakan ancaman bagi kaum wanita, dan merupakan peringkat kedua penyebab kematian perempuan. Laporan Rumah Sakit Dharmais, 70% wanita yang datang sudah dengan stadium lanjut, sisanya 30% terdiagnosis pada stadium I atau II (pasien dalam usia 25-80 tahun). Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui determinan kejadian kanker payudara di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah 45 Kuningan Periode Tahun 2018-2019. Jenis penelitian yang survey analitik dengan pendekatan survey case control, menggunakan data sekunder dengan jumlah total sampel 30 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Chi-Squrae. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari ketiga faktor yang diteliti, terdapat dua faktor yang berhubungan dengan kasus kanker payudara, yaitu faktor umur dengan p value 0,001 dan pendidikan dengan p value 0,034. Sedangkan faktor riwayat keluarga dinilai tidak berhubungan karena memiliki p value 0,767. Diharapkan lebih meningkatkan akses sumber informasi bagi para pendidik dan atau bidan. Hal ni bertujuan agar adanya perhatian yang lebih terhadap masalah kanker payudara sebagai salah satu penyebab faktor risiko kematian kanker tertinggi kedua pada wanita. Sehingga bisa direncanakan strategi-strategi untuk menurunkan angka kejadian kanker payudara dan komplikasi dari keadaan tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the Principal's Strategy for Improving the Quality of Learning in SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang District. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the principal at SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang has an obligation to strive so that all the potential in his institution can be utilized as well as possible in order to achieve the expected improvement in learning. The various strategies undertaken by the principal in order to improve the quality of learning at SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang include (a). Improvement of Teacher Teaching Ability, (b). Optimizing the Use of Media and Educational Facilities, (c). Implementation of Routine Supervision, (d). Collaborating with the Community and (e). Strict Application of Discipline. All of the principal strategies above can work well because the stakeholders in SD Negeri 7 Air Kumbang work together to improve the quality of learning.
