Abstract

Nowadays, not all the patient can be hospitalized because of the COVID-19 pandemics. So, the self-quarantine for the patient with the various diseases will be the given solution by the hospital. It would make the hospital needs a system that can monitor the activity and the position of the patient from a distance. Nowadays, mobile phone is equipped by the sensor that can detect the user movement. Not only the user’s position, but also the user’s activity. In this paper, it will be developed an activity and position monitoring system for the self-quarantine patient that can be used in their home. The mobile activity monitoring can be achieved by activity recognition using classification method. For the needs of performance testing, we evaluate some classification method for activity recognition to compare the among classification method for the activity recognition. Some tested classification methods are Naïve Bayes, KNN, KStar and TreeJ48. Furthermore, we tested the impact of sliding windows per N samples taken to the accuracy of the activity recognition. We choose the best N sample that could give the best accuracy for activity recognition. The system not only monitor the patient’s activity, but also the patient’s position. The position monitoring can be achieved using Google Maps API. The result is Naive bayes has the accuracy of 81.25%, KNN has the accuracy of 78.125%, KStar has the accuracy of 78.125% and TreeJ48 has the accuracy of 75%. The N sample that could give the best accuracy is 6 with the accuracy of 90.15%.

Abstract

Update mechanism is an important process that relays information to the end-user by sending the data from the client to the server. There are several kinds of update mechanism that are used, one of them is reporting protocol. Reporting protocol sends the data from the client to the server continuously in a certain time interval. Reporting protocol occasionally sends the same information repeatedly to the end-user and sometimes the data aren’t needed by the end-user. This is an issue, because it can cause a large amount of bandwidth usage. In this research, we have developed an improvement of the reporting protocol mechanism for mobile user using change detection and resource-aware data sensing to minimize the bandwidth and resource usage. The improvement of reporting protocol that is implemented reduces frequency of data transfer with the prediction of the changes in user activity and position. The prediction is used as a trigger when the data is about to be sent. The results have shown that the adaptive reporting protocol could improve the performance of the overall reporting protocol. This is shown by the improvement of the bandwidth efficiency up to 36-97%, memory efficiency at 1.5-6% and battery efficiency at 7-13%.

Abstract

Patients who contract the disease should avoid contact with other people. One way to do this is to self-isolate at home. The family of the patient who cares for the activities that are carried out in self-isolation to find out the condition of the patient's condition, his condition is improving or deteriorating. To avoid direct contact, the patient's activity, independently, can be monitored by remotely predicting changes in patient activity using an Internet of Things-based remote monitoring system for self-isolating patient activities. This cellular-based monitoring system uses an accelerometer sensor to retrieve data on changes in patient activity and analyzes the effect of several variations in the number of data samples and sliding-windows on the accuracy of the system in predicting changes in patient activity. Variations in the number of N samples tested were 4,6,8,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90 and 100 samples, while the sliding-window N variation tested was 1 ,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and 10 samples where there is a change in activity every 30 seconds for 330 seconds (10 changes in activity) for each number of N samples and N sliding windows. The results shown are N sample data = 6 providing the highest activity change prediction accuracy, amounting to 90.15%, while N sliding window data = 6 providing the highest activity change prediction accuracy, amounting to 92.72%.

Abstract

Penggunaan basis data sudah semakin luas dan banyak. Banyaknya data tersebut memerlukan suatu jembatan yang dapat menjadi penghubung antar basis data. Basis data yang banyak digunakan tidak hanya berasal dari satu platform, sehingga dibutuhkan integrasi data yang dapat memudahkan basis data dapat saling bertukar informasi. Penelitian ini membuat desain middleware integrasi data yang mampu mengintegrasikan data yang berada pada basis data yang heterogen, yaitu MySQL, PostgreSQL, dan SQLite. Pembuatan integrasi ini dibangun pada aplikasi middleware yang menjadi penghubung antara pengguna dari sisi client dengan basis data. sDari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan bahwa dengan bantuan socket yang menghubungkan antara client dan middleware, client dapat terhubung dengan ketiga basis data melalui middleware dan dapat menjadi backup satu sama lain.

Abstract

Business intelligence merupakan alat bantu yang dapat digunakan untuk memvisualisasi performansi di perusahaan. Adanya visualisasi tersebut akan memudahkan perusahaan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yang stategis bagi kemajuan perusahaan. Pada tugas akhir ini dirancang dashboard pada PT. XYZ yang merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perkayuan. Produk yang dihasilkan dari perusahaan ini adalah jenis kayu blockboard, barecore, dan plywood. Hasil yang diperoleh pada tugas akhir ini adalah dashboard PT. XYZ yang meliputi dashboard karyawan, dashboard logistic, dan dashboard penjualan. Dashboard penjualan dilengkapi dengan metode peramalan menggunakan metode peramalan Weighted Moving Average dan Autoregresif. Peramalan dengan metode autoregresif memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan weighted moving average , dimana ditunjukkan dengan niali MAPE yang diperoleh sebesar 27.91% untuk hasil produk blockboard dan 27.02% untuk hasil produk barecore.

Abstract

Design is important in the process of developing a system. With the design process, we can design the needs of a system according to the specifications of the user's needs. The result of design process will later be used as a guideline in the system implementation stages. The problem raised in this study is the process of monitoring aid funds for farmer groups in Bojonegoro District. Government assistance funds for agriculture are distrbuted from the District Agriculture and Food Security Service to Farmer Groups. Then, the Farmers Group will distribute the funds to the farmers. The distribution of funds from Farmer Groups to farmers has the potential for fraud. This is due to the lack of monitoring by the local government in the process of distribution funds from Farmer Groups to farmers. From the description of the problem of distribution funds by farmer groups, it is necessary to design a system for the distribution and use of aid funds for farmer groups. For the system development process use the waterfall development method. The waterfall approach was chosen because the waterfall method is carried out in stages and has good system development documents at each stage. With the waterfall method, the design process can be carried out in-depth because there is no overlap with other processes. The results of this study are in the form of design artifacts which include use case diagrams, activity diagrams, system architecture, class diagrams, database design, and interface design.

Abstract

PT Telkom Indonesia, biasa disebut Telkom, merupakan BUMN yang bergerak di bidang jasa layanan TIK dan jaringan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Dalam rangka menunjang tujuan utama bisnis perusahaan, Telkom telah menerapkan teknologi informasi (TI) yang secara struktural dikelola dan dijalankan oleh Divisi Information Technology (DIT). Namun, penerapan TI di Telkom saat ini masih berbasis COBIT 4. Sedangkan, perubahan di bidang TIK dan pemanfaatannya berkembang sangat cepat. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya perubahan terhadap tata cara pengelolaan TI agar mampu mengikuti perkembangan pada bidang TIK melalui penggunaan COBIT 2019. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa tingkat kapabilitas proses TI terpilih dalam penelitian ini yaitu keseluruhan proses dalam domain BAI dan domain DSS sebagian besar berada pada level 4, artinya perusahaan telah menetapkan tujuan kuantitatif untuk mengukur kinerja dan kualitas proses. Sedangkan, target level yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan sebagian besar berada pada level 3, artinya perusahaan telah melakukan standarisasi proses dalam lingkup organisasi. Keluaran dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi perbaikan yang bertujuan untuk mencapai tingkat kapabilitas yang diharapkan dan rancangan tata kelola TI sebagai acuan bagi DIT Telkom dalam mengelola proses TI yang lebih baik lagi.
