Abstract

Bronchopneumonia merupakan salah satu jenis pneumonia yang mempunyai pola penyebaran berbecak, teratur, dalam satu atau lebih area terlokalisasi di dalam bronchi dan meluas ke parenkim paru8. Riskesdes tahun 2007 menyatakan bahwa penyakit ini merupakan penyebab kematian balita tertinggi kedua setelah diare. Untuk mengurangi angka kematian ter- sebut Millenium Development Goal 4 menargetkan angka kematian balita menurun duapertiga di tahun 2015. Peranan seorang perawat sangat penting dalam kasus ini, pathway klinik broncho- pneumonia menjadi pedoman bagi tenaga perawat dalam menegakkan asuhan keperawatan sesuai dengan NANDA, NIC dan NOC. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah model inferensi yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan klinis dalam penegakkan askep pasien bronchopneumonia. Penalaran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rule base dengan metode forward chaining. Basis pengetahuan diambil dari aturan pathway klinik bronchopneu- monia.

Abstract

PLN UPP KITRING Central Sulawesi has duties and responsibilities in the process of supervising the construction period until the completion of the contract mass. In this monitoring process, managers find it very difficult to know the progress of the project due to the absence of media to facilitate reporting and monitoring of system developments to find out follow-up to the system. If this problem is allowed to continue, the project work cannot be completed on time and incurs a considerable cost loss. Through this research, it is hoped that it can help solve project monitoring problems by identifying patterns of project development that will be useful for managers in making decisions related to project performance. The development of this research uses the waterfall method and the system testing uses a black-box testing. The results of this study are based on testing and design analysis of the C4.5 Algorithm Application in Recognizing Project Work Development Patterns to Know the Win/Lose Target Results of the Case Study Project at PT PLN (PERSERO) UPP KITRING Central Sulawesi, it can be concluded that the system is able to recognize patterns project development by utilizing the C4.5 algorithm and the system can implement the C4.5 algorithm in recognizing project development patterns.

Abstract

The population in Indonesia is growing, causing population density in an area. One of the impacts of population density in an area is that it causes job opportunities in that area to become smaller, so that the unemployment rate increases. To overcome this problem, the government moved or spread the population from a densely populated area to another area with a small population with the aim of improving the economy and opening up agricultural land in the region. However, problems in the field include the limited quota of transmigrant participants from the central government. So it makes it difficult to choose or make decisions to determine potential transmigration participants. This study aims to assist the government in making decisions to determine suitable transmigrant candidates using the TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference By Similiarity To Ideal Solution) method. Application development using the prototype method with blackbox testing. Decision Support System Applications Determining prospective transmigrants can assist users (government) in determining eligible transmigrant candidates with the criteria desired by the government.

Abstract

Proper handling of problems is needed to support distribution activities. E-SCM or Electronic Supply Chain Management is a collaborative use of technology and strategic management to improve speed, performance, real-time monitoring of business processes aimed at integrating combined productive capacity and other resources in a supplier network system (Supply Chain System) through technology. Internet. The development of this system uses an extreme programming model by building Android-based applications that can only be run on mobile devices using at least the Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. System testing will be tested with Blackbox and User Acceptance. The results of this study are the distribution system design with DRP can minimize the number of orders because the number of orders is optimal so that orders do not need to be made every week.

Abstract

Auction is a process that starts from the moment someone is about to sell an item until a price agreement is reached or until the auction is stopped, so that the item is not auctioned or sold. In the auction evaluation section, there is a problem, namely when there are many assessment documents for the goods to be auctioned, making the assessment hampered because they are still using the manual method, by assessing one by one document of the goods to be auctioned and then the results of the assessment are compared with other data items to determine which ones are eligible for auction, so that requires a longer process to determine the items eligible for auction. This study uses the SMART method for its decision support system method. This study using 15 criteria in determining decisions. The result of this research is that the decision support system designed or built is successful in selecting auction-worthy vehicles, by implementing the SMART method and running well. Determination of eligibility for auction vehicles must meet predetermined criteria, there are 15 criteria in the assessment of auction vehicles. System testing is carried out by comparing manual calculations with calculations using the system resulting in a 100% accuracy percentage of the 61 test data entered into the system.

Abstract

Pusat Layanan Internet Kecamatan (PLIK)merupakan program yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintahuntuk mengatasi kesenjangan teknologi informasi dankomunikasi di masyarakat pedesaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan diKabupaten Sigi Sulawesi Tengah dengan responden sebanyak267 responden dengan barbagai macam latar belakang.Penelitian ini meneliti tentang pola penggunaan PLIK dari segikonten yang diakses. Konten yang diakses diukur dengan 17indikator. Sedangkan untuk melek informasi ekonomi diukurdengan pertanyaan terbuka tentang isu-isu ekonomi dengan tigatingkatan yaitu isu ekonomi tingkat internasional, isu ekonomitingkat nasional dan isu ekonomi tingkat lokal. Penelitian inimenemukan bahwa pola penggunaan PLIK yang berbeda antarausia muda dan tua, wanita dan laki-laki, pelajar dan non pelajardan juga universitas dan non universitas

Abstract

The flood of content that is accessed by the academic community in a campus environment demands reliable network performance, especially in handling high data traffic loads. Often what happens is that when the data traffic load increases, the quality of data services that can be provided will decrease. This of course has a bad impact, especially communication services that require high reliability such as VoIP or video conferencing services. To overcome this, it is necessary to apply a data queuing method that is able to regulate the distribution of data traffic loads effectively and is able to work well in all traffic load conditions. This study will simulate a local computer network located at the Faculty of Engineering, Tadulako University using three types of data traffic queuing methods, namely First In First Out (FIFO), Priority Queueing (PQ), and Weighted Fair Queueing (WFQ) where the three protocols will be tested. to manage three types of services that are often used, including video conferencing services, Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) under conditions of high traffic loads. The results of this study indicate that the PQ method has advantages in handling high data traffic loads.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan data WHO, Kemenkes RI dan Dinkes Kota Palu tentang tingginya angka kematian ibu (AKI) umumnya di Indonesia dan khususnya di Kota Palu, pelayanan promosi kesehatan (promkes) sangat penting dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi yang benar dan tepat kepada masyarakat untuk menekan AKI. Seksi promkes Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palu belum mengoptimalkan jangkauan sebaran media promosi kesehatan karena selama ini hanya melalui selebatran, baliho poster atau berita diradio yang bersifat periodik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti mengusulkan untuk membuat aplikasi elektronik promosi kesehatan (e-promkes) berbasis IoT dengan server Rasppberry PI 3 dengan sistem sms reminder yang dapat menjangkau keseluruh lapisan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan metode prototipe berbasis web dengan membangu server sendiri. Sebelum membuat aplikasinya dilakukan pengujian rancangan dengan mewawancarai 10 responden. Hasil penelitian ini Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palu dapat menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat yang umumnya telah memanfaatkan telepon seluler sebagai alat komunikasi, pembagian wilayah dapat mudah dilakukan dengan membuat grup kontak dan terdapat fasilitas interaktif yang dapat menerima feedback pertanyaan dari masyarakat

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas suatu alat dibidang industri sangat diperlukan dalam menilai keakuratan dan efisiensi suatu produk. Salah satu bidang industri yang membutuhkan sistem pengontrolan dan monitoring adalah tempat penampungan air. Sistem ini sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui kondisi ketinggian air. Umumnya pengguna dalam melakukan pengisian dan pemantauan air hanya memanfaatkan mesin pompa yang dikendalikan secara manual. Permasalahan tersebut membutuhkan waktu yang lama, terjadi pemborosan daya listrik, air, dan dapat menimbulkan korsleting listrik yang disebabkan oleh air meluap dari penampungan. Untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan efisiensi waktu diperlukan suatu rancangan teknologi yang dapat mengontrol dan memonitor ketinggian air secara realtime. Modul yang digunakan dalam mengontrol batas maksimal ketinggian air menggunakan arduino uno. Sedangkan untuk memonitor kondisi ketinggian air menggunakan modul ESP32. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengguna dalam mengontrol dan memonitor kondisi ketinggian air melalui smartphone. Rancangan ini dapat meminimalisir terjadinya pemborosan air, daya listrik, dan kebakaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan bekerja dengan optimal dengan tingkat akurasi 98,96%

Abstract

Currently, there are so many services in Indonesia. One of the services in the health sector is the practice of general practitioners. Services that occur at the practice of general practitioners, namely dr. Zaki Mubarak and dr. Subhan Habibi, located in Palu, often has complaints because it is still ineffective where getting these services is still done manually by means of patients coming in person and taking a queue based on the order of seats then one by one they will be served. This causes patient discomfort in waiting. To make it easier for patients who want to seek treatment, a system is needed, with this; an Android-based patient queuing application for general practice doctors was made. The application of the method used in building the system is the FIFO queuing method where patients who register earlier get medical services first. Then the average waiting time is calculated where the results obtained will be used as an estimate of the waiting time for the next patient. The application development method in this research used the prototype method and application testing uses the black box testing method. The results of this research are the application of patient queues for general practice doctors based on Android which is built to be able to take queues anywhere and anytime and obtain some information including doctor’s practice schedules, queue numbers, running queues, and estimated waiting times so that patients can estimate arrival time without having to wait long. Based on system testing with black box, the results show that the functional system is running well. Based on the average waiting time calculation, from the 60 queue data tested, the result is that the distance between queue 1 and the order is around 5 minutes.
