Abstract

Indoor hockey was developed in Germany during the 1950s, quickly spreading to other European countries. FIH (International Hockey Federation) recognized indoor hockey in its constitution in 1968. The room hockey rules were issued by the International Hockey Federation (FIH) on January 1, 2017. This regulation contains the playing field, the composition of players, team captains, player clothing and player equipment, matches and results of matches, starting and restarting matches, ball out of the field, scoring method, player behavior, special goalkeeper and goalkeeper, game judge (referee), punishment, penalty taking procedure, personal punishment, and arbitration. The results of the community service activities found that all community service participants felt enthusiastic and there was a desire to play hockey, especially indoor hockey games, on the grounds that indoor hockey games were played indoors.

Abstract

Traditional games as one among the peoples ' cultural elements are scattered in various Pencuru archipelago, but nowadays its existence has gradually experienced. Especially for those who currently live in the urban, even some of them can not be recognized by the community in which the game exists. This game provides relaxing effect after a day of children doing activities both in school and at home, in other words able to overcome the saturation of the child. According to Moritz Lazarus, the child played because they needed a refresher or a return of energy used for routine daily activities. This means that playing is a relaxation and recration activity that makes children feel refreshed. (Tadkiroatun Musfiroh, 2005). The methods used in this activity are lectures and questioning and field practice conducted for three days. This activity is very beneficial for students and Gurur because it is able to give a sense of comfort and relax to participants. The participants realized that this activity was able to provide additional knowledge about traditional games. The advice given with this activity, conducting socialization and similar training in other students and schools in other sub-districts. There is a connection to this community partnership program so that students and teachers can actually practice traditional game skills.

Abstract

. The problem of community service is as follows: Knowledge and understanding of Autogenic Training is not yet known by the public, especially among athletes. Because Autogenic Training is an unfamiliar term in the ears of athletes. Therefore, through this training and counseling can provide an overview and knowledge of what rules are Autogenic Training and its benefits. This activity is designed into several sub-activities. First, giving an understanding of the personal performance development of Petanque athletes through lectures. Second, giving material about Autogenic Training. Third, the development of Autogenic Training activities with a few examples of activities. Fourth, giving individual tasks that must be done by each participant to develop Autogenic Training for personal performance. The results of the development of this Autogenic Training must be reported to be evaluated so that it can really be used as a guide to conducting a true and ideal Autogenic Training. From the results of the implementation of this activity found the answer that the interest of Petanque athletes in Takalar District to know the additional knowledge of autogenic training with a new term among these athletes is very high, even though in the process of training or competition they get or experience things that are mental pressure in the match. So that their enthusiasm in following the material, both at the time the theory and practice were maintained and never lowered their motivation in participating in the training activities because the training was considered very useful for themselves.

Abstract

An athlete must have good stamina in supporting hisachievement improvement. Good stamina for an athlete can onlybe obtained if he consumes nutrients that are appropriate to theneeds of both during training and when competing. The body'sneed for nutrition is an absolute thing, nutrients needed tomaintain cell life in the body, both at rest and during exercise.All nutrients needed by the body are found in the food we eatevery day. The need for nutrients is absolute for the body to beable to carry out its normal functions. This energy is obtainedfrom the food eaten by a swimming athlete on a daily basis. Theright food will be able to produce good physical conditionsbecause the food will provide energy that is in accordance withthe needs of his body in his daily life.

Abstract

Game Hockey sports consist of several forms of games namely, outdoor hockey, indoor hockey, and hokey ice. Popular hockey in Indonesia, especially on the islands of Java and Kalimantan, is an outdoor hockey with 11 (eleven) players. This game has been played in South Sulawesi since the 1980s. However, hockey experienced a decline both in popularity and in achievement. It can be seen that the game of hockey, has never been competed in the Inter-Regional Sports Week (PORDA) although it is a sport that is competed in the Olympics. The method used is 1) Providing theory and practice of basic technical training individually or in groups, 2) Providing training by providing viewing through picture and video media, 3) Providing training by providing examples and guiding both individually and in groups. In this activity, it was seen that the enthusiasm and interest of students in playing hockey was very good and quite high. Students want this sport to be included in the education curriculum at school, so that it is always to be played and studied further
