Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya ledak lengan,koordinasi mata tangan dan konsep diri terhadap hasil belajar kemampuan servis bawah.Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif sifatnya korelasional dengan teknikanalisis jalur. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMP Negeri 8 Bulukumba sebanyak 40 orang.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi korelasional. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan daya ledak lenganterhadap konsep diri (49,4%). (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan koordinasimata tangan terhadap konsep diri (49,2%). (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikandaya ledak lengan terhadap hasil belajar kemampuan servis bawah (57,5%). (4) Terdapatpengaruh langsung yang signifikan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap hasil belajar kemampuanservis bawah (19,3%). (5) Terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan konsep diri terhadaphasil belajar kemampuan servis bawah sebesar (23,8%), (6) Terdapat pengaruh yangsignifikan daya ledak lengan terhadap hasil belajar kemampuan servis bawah melalui konsepdiri (11,7%), dan (7) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan koordinasi mata tangan terhadaphasil belajar kemampuan servis bawah melalui konsep diri(11,8%)

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of exercise to increased agility run boomerang dribbling the ball, know squat thrust exercise influence towards increasing agility dribbling the ball, and want to know the difference of exercise bomerang run and squat thrust exercise against the increased agility of dribbling the ball. This type of research is a field experiment with independent variables, namely: exercise boomerang run (X1) and practice the squat thrust (X2), whereas the dependent are agility of dribbling the ball. The Club's Players in the research sample of Persisam Sampulungan Takalar as many as 40 people.  Each group, the frequency of exercise 3 times a week, the old exercise every 120 minutes of meetings with the number of meetings of each group of 18 times.  Analysis of data to test the hypothesis by using test-t significant extent α 0.10. The results showed that the practice of boomerang run influential significantly to increased agility ball, dribbling exercises squat thrust effect significantly to increased agility dribbling the ball, and exercise boomerang run better influence towards increasing agility dribbling the ball in the game of football than the squat thrust exercises.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perbedaan pengaruh latihan leg press eksentrik, latihan leg press konsentrik, dan latihan leg press konvensional terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai dan kemampuan lompat jauh. Jenis penelitian eksperimen lapangan dengan desain randomized group pretest-postest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra SMA Negeri 2 Makassar yang terpilih 60 orang secara random, kemudian subjek dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok berdasarkan hasil tes awal kekuatan otot tungkai. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 8 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali per minggu. Sebelum perlakuan terlebih dulu subjek penelitian diberi pretest, yang materi tesnya sama dengan materi posttest, yaitu tes kekuatan otot tungkai dan kemampuan lompat jauh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan leg press konvensional lebih besar meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai dan kemampuan lompat jauh daripada latihan leg press konsentrik dan latihan leg press eksentrik (p < 0.05).

Abstract

The aims this research to determine whether there is influence of upper extremity strength, lower extremity strength and motivation on forward roll of achievement learning. The type of this study is a correlational survey involving independent variables consisting of upper extremity strength, lower extremity strength and motivation while the dependent variable is forward roll of achievement learning. The research sample was 40 students from SMK Layoa Bantaeng who were taken by purposive random sampling. The research instrument was arm muscle strength test using push and pull dynamometer, leg muscle strength test using leg dynamometer, and motivational questionnaire as well as forward roll process instruments. The results showed that there was a significant effect of upper extremity strength on forward roll of achievement learning (p <0.05), there was a significant effect of lower extremity strength on forward roll of achievement learning <0.05), there was a significant effect of motivation on forward roll of achievement learning (p <0.05) and there is a significant effect together of upper extremity strength, lower extremity strength and motivation on forward roll of achievement learning (p <0.05).

Abstract

The study aims at identifying the influence of kinesthetics, attitude and motivation on the learning results of Sports Education. The nature of the study is path analysis. Within the study, the exogenous variables are kinesthetics (X1), attitude (X2) and motivation (X3) while the endogenous variable is the learning results of Sports Education. Then, the samples that have been selected for the conduct of the study are 40 male students from Grade XI of Bantaeng Vocational High School. The data that have been gathered are analysed by means of inferential statistical analysis namely the regression test. The results of the study show that Kinesthetics, Attitude and Motivation have influence on Learning Results of Sports Education. Furthermore, the results of the study also show that Kinesthetics and Attitude by means of Motivation also have influence on Learning Results of Sports Education. However, within the conduct of the study the researcher only involves a few samples. Therefore, the results of the study might be developed further in the future studies with more methods and samples.

Abstract

Penyebabkan tidak optimalnya proses hasil tolakan antara lain adalah: cara mengambil awalan yang kurang tepat akan mengakibatkan kurangnya kecepatan awalan, cara memegang peluru yang kurang tepat akan mengakibatkan kurang stabilnya tangan dalam menolak, tolakan kurang kuat, dan kurangnya daya dorong atau sentakan kaki pada saat menolak serta kurangnya kemampuan menjaga keseimbangan badan pada saat menolak maupun setelah menolak. Sedangkan faktir psikos minimnya motivasi dalam pembelajaran baik dari diri sendiri ataupun dari orang lain.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh daya ledak lengan terhadap hasil belajar tolak peluru, untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh keseimbangan terhadap hasil belajar tolak peluru, untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi  terhadap hasil belajar tolak peluru, dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh daya ledak lengan, keseimbangan dan motivasi  terhadap hasil belajar tolak peluru, Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif yang sifatnya korelasional dengan melibatkan variabel bebas (independent) terdiri atas daya ledak lengan, keseimbangan dan motivasi sedangkan variable terikat adalah hasil belajar tolak peluru. Sampel penelitian adalah Siswa SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang Kota Makassar  jenis kelamin putra kelas V dan kelas VI  sejumlah 40 orang yang ditarik secara purposive random sampling.  Instrumen daya ledak lengan  dengan One-Hand Softball Ball Put, keseimbangan dengan stroke stand, motivasi menggunakan kuisioner motivasi dan instrument hasil belajar hasil belajar tolak peluru menggunakan instrumen proses keterampilan tolak peluru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada pengaruh yang signifikan  daya ledak terhadap hasil belajar tolak peluru pada siswa SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang Makassar (p < 0.05), ada pengaruh yang signifikan  keseimbangan terhadap hasil belajar tolak peluru pada siswa SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang Makassar (p < 0.05), ada pengaruh yang signifikan  keseimbangan terhadap hasil belajar tolak peluru pada siswa SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang Makassar, dan ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama  daya ledak, keseimbangan, dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar tolak peluru pada siswa SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang Makassar (p < 0.05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil kontribusi motor educability terhadap kemampuan senam ritmik alat simpai pada siswa. Penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif korelatif. Populasinya adalah siswa SD se-Kota Makassar dengan sampel dari 14 kecamatan diambil tiap sekolah sebagai perwakilan kecamatan sebanyak 10 orang siswa putri, secara keseluruhan sampel berjumlah 140 orang siswa putri dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dengan 8 item tes pemanduan bakat senam dan senam ritmik simpai menggunakan panduan instrumen tes Federation Internasional de Gymnastique (FIG). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik korelasi dan regresi pada taraf signifikan 5%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian analisis korelasi dan regresi data motor educability terhadap kemampuan senam ritmik alat simpai pada siswa SD se-Kota Makassar diperoleh nilai regresi (Ro) 0,222 dengan tingkat probabilitas (0,000) < a 0,05, untuk nilai R Square (koefesien determinasi) 0,049. Maka motor educability benar-benar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan senam ritmik alat simpai. Pada penelitian ini terbatas pada alat simpai, diharapkan dalam penelitian kedepan senam ritmik menggunakan alat-alat yang lain.

Abstract

Taekwondo dan Pencak silat merupaka dua contoh cabang olahraga seni bela diri yang saat ini sedang berkembang saat ini. Maka dari itu, tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur serta mengetahui korelasi antara performa lompat vertikal dengan sprint 60 meter pada atlet Taekwondo dan Pencak silat. Seluruh peserta, dibagi menjadi dua kelompok berdasarkan kecabangan mereka, yaitu kelompok Taekwondo (TKW), dan kelompok Pencak silat (PKS). Seluruh peserta diwajibkan untuk melakukan pemanasan secara statis dan dinamis selama minimal 15 menit. Setelah sesi pemanasan selesai, kelompok TKW memulai pertama untuk sesi pengukuran anthropometry, lompat vertikal, dan sprint. Kelompok PKS lebih unggul dalam melakukan performa loncatan, yaitu 57,33 (± 7,73) cm dibandingkan dengan kelompok TKW sebesar 55,78 (± 4,30) cm. Sedangkan untuk hasil sprint 60 meter, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sprint 60 meter antara kelompok TKW dan PKS (p = 0,007), dimana kelompok PKS (7,94 ± 0,15) detik lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan kelompok TKW (8,48 ± 0,49) detik. Hasil dalam penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara performa lompat vertikal dengan performa sprint 60 meter, pada atlet Takewondo dan Pencak silat.Taekwondo and Pencak silat are two examples of martial arts sports that are currently being developed. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to measure and determine the correlation between vertical jump performance and 60 meter sprints in Taekwondo and Pencak silat athletes. All participants were divided into two groups based on their branches, namely the Taekwondo group (TKW) and the Pencak silat group (PKS). All participants are required to warm up statically and dynamically for at least 15 minutes. After the warm-up session was over, the TKW group started the first session for anthropometry measurement, vertical jump, and sprint. The PKS group was superior in jumping performance, 57.33 (± 7.73) cm compared to the TKW group of 55.78 (± 4.30) cm. As for the results of the 60 meter sprint, it shows that there were a significant difference between the 60 meter sprint between the TKW and PKS groups (p = 0.007), where the PKS group (7.94 ± 0.15) seconds is faster than the TKW group (8, 48 ± 0.49) seconds. The results in this study indicate that there were a correlation between vertical jump performance and 60 meter sprint performance, for Takewondo and Pencak silat athletes.

Abstract

The study aims to improve the learning outcomes skills of throwing and catching the ball in the fourth-grade students at State Elementary School 202 Balleanging in Ujungloe subdistrict in Bulukumba district by applying the cooperative learning model of TGT type in physical education and sports to 17 fourth grade students, consisted of 10 male students and 7 female students. This study is a Classroom Action Research which was conducted in 2 cycles, that each cycle has 2 meetings and is designed through 4 stages, namely Planning, Implementation, observation, and Reflection. Then, the aspects observed in the learning process are Spiritual, Psychomotor, Affective, and Cognitive. Before conducting the research, Preliminary Observations Was conducted and the data were obtained descriptively by using the percentage of learning completeness technique based on the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) = 75. The results of the study reveal that the percentage of completeness of students in (Pre-cycle) is only 1 student who completes with a percentage of 5.88%, (cycle I, meeting 1) 4 students completed with a percentage of 23.52%, (cycle I, meeting 2) 6 students completed with a percentage of 35.29%, (cycle 2, meeting 1) 6 students completed with a percentage of 70.58%, (cycle 2, meeting 2) 17 students completed with a percentage of 100%. Therefore, in conclusion, the improvement of the learning outcomes skills in throwing and catching a ball in the fourth-grade students at State Elementary School 202 Balleanging in Ujungloe subdistrict in Bulukumba district by implementing the cooperative learning model of TGT type can increase significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine; The relationship between the socio-economic environment and attitudes towards physical education learning outcomes for residents studying Paket B in Makassar City. This research is a type of correlational research. The population is residents studying Paket B in Barru Regency with a sample of 60 residents studying Paket B using cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is a correlation at a significant level of 95% or 0.05. Based on these results it can be concluded that; (1) There is a significant relationship between the socio-economic environment on the physical education learning outcomes of residents studying Paket B in Makassar City, it is proven that r0 = 0.585 or P < 0.05, (2) There is a significant relationship between attitudes towards physical education learning outcomes for residents studying Paket B in Makassar City, it is proven that r0 = 0.515 or P < 0.05, and (3) There is a significant relationship between socioeconomic environment and attitudes towards physical education learning outcomes of residents studying Paket B in Makassar City, proven R0 = 0.586 or P < 0.05.
