Abstract

The research objective was to see the physical condition of boxing athletes in the ontang-anting gym prepared for the 2020 championship, as well as to prepare for PORPROV in 2022 because the majority of athletes are included in the Kediri City PUSLATKOT team. The research method used a quantitative descriptive approach. This type of research was non-experimental. The research population was all male and female boxing athletes, male and female, 15 athletes. Sampling technique with saturated sampling. The data collection instruments were in the form of tests and measurements, while the test items included leg muscle strength, leg muscle power, arm power, arm muscle strength, leg muscle agility, cardiovascular endurance and back flexibility. Data analysis using a percentage. The results of this study show the results of the overall tests carried out, athletes who are in the very good category are 20.00%, athletes who are in the good category are 46.67%, athletes who are in the moderate category are 20. , 00%, while athletes who were in the poor category were 6.67% and those who were in the less category were 6.67%).

Abstract

Sensitive period is when children quickly learn and build mindsets through experiences. This research aims to develop Smart Kiddo Games as an Effort to Improve Physical Motor and Language Ability in Early Childhood. This research is Research and Development using the approaching model developed by Borg & Gall. Starting with a preliminary study, planning, and game product development, continued to the product validation stage (game model) by two material expert validators and two game experts. Product validity analysis using the Aiken formula. Based on the results of the validity test of the assessment instrument by material experts and game experts, all showed results ≥ 0.05 (valid). Thus, it can be concluded that Smart Kiddo Games are appropriate for use in learning as an effort to improve the physical motoric and language abilities of early childhood. Furthermore, it is hoped that it can become one of the most effective and enjoyable early childhood learning strategies, according to the principles and stages of early childhood development.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the findings and observers in the field of sports and health physical education, which defines that many of the learning processes carried out in physical education are still not running effectively. So it is necessary to increase their ability when implementing learning in schools, one of which is by making new innovations in traditional games to improve students' basic fundamental movement skills which are carried out in ongoing learning. The data collection techniques used in this study were: observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was carried out at SD Laboratory UNP Kediri, Mojoroto District, Kediri City. Collecting data in this study uses an instrument in the assessment of ongoing learning. Through analysis on the implementation of learning related to basic fundamental movement skills, data was obtained showing that in learning basic fundamental movements through traditional goboy game media as many as 35 upper class students at SD Laboratory UNP Kediri produced good value categories with existing percentages for basic fundamental movements (motion locomotor, nonlocomotor, and manipulative). This shows that the traditional goboy game can raise students' basic fundamental movement skills in this learning

Abstract

Football is very popular with the public so that many people want to make it a profession to become a professional player by mastering the basic techniques in it, especially shooting skills which are considered important. To achieve this is inseparable from a development tool. Therefore the researchers made observations at SSB AB Perkasa which showed that the trainers had not used assistive devices in delivering the material so this study aimed 1) to find out the development of media solting as a support for shooting accuracy at SSB AB Perkasa, 2) to find out the validity of developing media solting as a support accuracy of shooting at SSB AB Perkasa, 3) to find out the practicality of developing media solting as a support for shooting accuracy at SSB AB Perkasa, and 4) to determine the effectiveness of media solting as a support for shooting accuracy at SSB AB Perkasa. This study uses the Sugiyono development procedure which is a modification of Borg and Gall by using 9 stages of the 10 existing steps. The conclusions of this study 1. The solting media is rectangular in shape divided into 3 square parts which have different colors, 2. The solting media is said to be valid because it obtains a percentage of 80%, 3. The solting media is said to be practically operable because it has a percentage of 80%, 4. Solting media can be used effectively because it has a score of 95%

Abstract

The results of observations in elementary schools grades 1-2 in Brengkok Village, Brondong District, Lamongan Regency, as many as 119 students, Physical Education teachers have never conducted physical fitness tests on their students, due to a lack of facilities and infrastructure and some have said that for years only familiar with the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI), and found no other fitness tests required by students. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1) What is the Physical Fitness Level of Class 1 and 2 Students in Every Elementary School Institution in Brengkok Village, Brondong District, Lamongan Regency? 2) How is the Physical Fitness Level of Grade 1 and 2 Elementary School Students in Brengkok Village, Brondong District, Lamongan Regency?. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method description technique. The sample of this study were 119 students in grades 1 and 2 of elementary schools in Brengkok Village, Brondong District, Lamongan Regency, using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKSI) Phase A. The results of this study indicated that the level of physical fitness of grade 1 and 2 elementary school students in Brengkok Village, Brondong District, Lamongan Regency received the Very Good Category 8 students (7%), Good 63 students (53%), Moderate 47 students (39%), Less 1 student (1%), Very Less 0 students (0%), so it is in the Good category

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of monitoring physical fitness in elementary school students. The results of an interview with the PJOK teacher at SD Negeri Sidomulyo 2 said that they had never conducted a physical fitness test on students. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical fitness level of fifth and sixth-grade students at Sidomulyo 2 Public Elementary School, Wates District, Kediri Regency for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research is quantitative descriptive research with a survey method. The sample for this study was all students in grades V and VI of Sidomulyo 2 Public Elementary School, Wates District, Kediri Regency for the 2022/2023 Academic Year using a total sampling technique. The research instrument used TKSI Phase C SD/MI including tests: Child Ball, Tot Tok Ball, Shuttle Run 4x10m Get Ball, Move The Ball, and Run 600 Meters. The results of the study showed that there were 2 students in the Very Good category with a percentage (of 4.44%), in the Good category there were 8 students with a percentage (of 17.78%), in the Moderate category there were 22 students with a percentage (48.89%), in the Less category as many as 13 students with a percentage (28.89%), and the Less Once category as many as 0 students with a percentage (0%). So it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness is in the "moderate" category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan kebugaran jasmani dan aktivitas fisik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan deskriptif prosentase. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri siswa kelas tinggi SDN 4 Ngunut Kabupaten Tulungagung sebanyak 30 siswa yang diambil melalui teknik random sampling. Hasil kebugaran jasmani menunjukkan frekuensi kurang sekali sebanyak 0 siswa dengan presentasi 0%, kategori kurang dengan jumlah siswa 10 dengan presentase 33%, kategori cukup berjumlah 17 siswa dengan presentase 57%, kategori baik berjumlah 3 siswa dengan presentase 10%, sedangkan kategori baik sekali berjumlah 0 siswa dengan kategori 0%. Sedangkan hasil aktivitas fisik menunjukkan menunjukkan frekuensi kurang 15 siswa dengan presentase 50%, sedangkan 15 siswa dengan presentase 50% tergolong kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kebugaran jasmani dan aktivitas fisik ditinjau dari kategori kebugaran jasmani yaitu pada kategori cukup sedangkan prosentase aktivitas fisik tidak ada yang lebih dominan dari keseluruhan sampel. Oleh karena itu, siswa dianjurkan untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani agar prosentase nilai pada aktivitas fisik menjadi lebih meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this parameter test is to equip persik trainers with themselves and their staff in order to know the physical condition of the U-20 persik kediri athlete so that the training program can be on target. In addition, the parameter test is also used to evaluate the progress of training towards achievement in each match. This parameter test also has the benefit of setting methods for preparing parameter tests and compiling test guidelines, or SOP so that parameter tests carried out in the field have valid and reliable test prerequisites, and have the same interpretation throughout Indonesia, especially in the Football Sports Branch . For the method here, it uses the field practice method through the persik kediri athlete U-20 to carry out a series of parameter tests in soccer Athletes are asked to carry out the test series in accordance with SOPs that have been determined. The results of this parameter test are that the persik kediri athlete U-20 has physical conditions in categories or good norms in each form of test that is directed at the physical condition of soccer athletes

Abstract

Water activities (special swimming for those who are proficient) have many benefits. Can be compared, children learn to walk on the floor with children learning to swim directly. The different is that one is on the floor and theother is in the water. Children who learn to walk on the floor only a few motor muscles that move. While swimming all the motor muscles move. This means that children who learn to swim from a young age certainly have better motor skill. Physical improvent is more advanced in children who do not swim. Apart from being physical, swimming also stimulates more sctivr hormone, such as the hormone adrenaline. So that the end result, the level the end result, the level of intelligence can also be high. In development countries preschool aquatic sports progrsm are more focused. Introducing motormodeic aspect for basic swimming skills. Children are not taught to survive indepentently in the water and enjoy the activites they do. Swimming skil can be acquired more readily at the age of 5 years. Although some children younger that 4 years require longer introduction to learn swimming skill. Physically the child will succed in doing swimming movements after the muscle fibers and nerves are mature. The purpose of this community service activity is to share experiences in water activities for children from an early age, that is, between the ages of 1 – 4 years it will be better for children to learn quickly, and avoid the possibility of having an accident drowning in a pool.
