Abstract

Implementasi program lomba kampung Surabaya Smart City dalam menunjang penataan lingkungan yang baik di Kota Surabaya telah dilaksanakan Dinas Kebersihan dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kota Surabaya mulai tahun 2019, pelaksanaannya sudah berjalan dengan baik sampai saat ini dimana program tersebut dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat, pemukiman menjadi indah dan bersih, serta warga menjadi kompak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling yang dilakukan di Dinas Kebersihan dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kota Surabaya serta di kediaman perwakilan peserta yaitu Ketua RW 04 ibu Yuli dan Ketua RW 01 Ibu Sri. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program lomba kampung Surabaya Smart City pada implementasi kebijakan model George Edward III yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditinjau dari beberapa variabel yaitu 1. Komunikasi sudah dijalankan dengan baik dengan menyampaikan informasi melalui media massa serta dibantu team fasilitator lingkungan dan fasilitator kelurahan, 2. Disposisi dari pelaksana yang jujur, ramah dan saling mendukung dalam bekerja sama sehingga implementasi program berjalan dengan efektif sesuai yang diharapkan, dan 3.  Struktur birokrasi dengan menentukan SOP (Standart Operasional Procedure) agar program terkoordinir dengan baik.  Faktor penghambatnya adalah sumber daya manusia yaitu peserta yang kurang akrab dengan teknologi dan kendala dari sinyal internet, upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan adalah tetap mengadakan sosialisasi dan bekerjasama dengan instansi lain.Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Lomba Surabaya Smart City, Penataan Lingkungan

Abstract

The research aims to find out the implementation of Transportasiku system policy in providing easy transportation information to the public in the Surabaya city area through one application, the factors that hinder the implementation of this Transportasiku System policy, and the efforts in dealing with obstacles to the implementation of the policy. The research method used is a type of qualitative research.  Informants in this study are the officials who are responsible for the manufacture of Transportasiku, the developer of Transportasiku and the public who use Transportasiku. The data collection techniques used is with interviews and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that:  1) The implementation of Transportasiku system policy to facilitate public transportation information in the city of Surabaya like communication, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. 2) The factors that hinder the implementation of the policy are limited human resources, limited available budgetary resources, limited equipment to support the implementation of the policy, and the occurrence of system errors when Transportasiku system underwent maintenance. 3) The efforts of the Department of Transportation in this case is the division of tasks and the quality of qualified human resources and good performance of existing human resources, to manage the availability of budget resources, to take advantage and do maintenance facilities available periodicly, and perform a reset or system development so that problems with the use of Transportasiku System can be resolved.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Program is a program created by the government by providing cash assistance to students who come from underprivileged families. This writing uses the literature review method. The results of the analysis of the implementation of the PIP program with a good governance perspective in Madrasahs are considered to have met the requirements and are considered effective in accordance with the guidelines or technical guidelines in the perspective of good governance according to UNDP namely participation, legal certainty, transparency, responsibility, agreement-oriented, fairness, effectiveness and efficiency, accountability, strategic vision. The recipients of the PIP program are right on target, namely students who come from underprivileged families. The use of funds from the PIP program disbursed through the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) from the government is in accordance with technical guidelines, the funds are used for the needs of students while studying at Madrasah.Program Indonesia Pintar merupakan program yang dibuat oleh pemerintah dengan memberikan bantuan berupa uang tunai kepada peserta didik yang berasal dari keluarga kurang mampu. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka. Hasil analisis penerapan program PIP dengan perspektif Good governnace di Madrasah dinilai sudah memenuhi syarat serta dinilai sudah efektif sesuai dengan buku pedoman atau juknis dalam prespektif good governance menurut UNDP yakni Partisipasi, Kepastian hukum, transparansi, tanggung jawab, berorientasi pada kesepakatan, keadilan, efektifitas dan efisiensi, akuntabilitas, visi strategik. Penerima program PIP sudah tepat sasaran yakni peserta didik yang berasal dari keluarga tidak mampu. Penggunaan dana dari program PIP yang dicairkan melalui kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) dari pemerintah sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan juknis, dana tersebut digunakan untuk keperluan peserta didik selama menempuh pendidikan di Madrasah.

Abstract

An organization is a place for a group of people who work together in a rational and systematic manner that is guided or controlled to achieve certain goals using the resources available in it. One of the goals of organizing for students is to improve communication skills. This is because communication skills are very important in the world of work and daily activities. In every organization will have a goal that hopefully will be realized through each member in it. So also with BEM FISIP Bhayangkara University Surabaya. Therefore, good communication is needed to maintain solidarity and a sense of togetherness in each member so that the goals of the organization can be achieved. This research was conducted to analyze communication patterns to maintain the solidarity of each member applied to the organization. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using purposive sampling approach. The informants were nine people consisting of the chairman, deputy, KOMINFO division, MSDM division, MINBAT division, and academic division and three active members of BEM FISIP. The result is that there are several efforts made to maintain solidarity between members, namely through the form of activities by conducting face-to-face meetings such as Meetings, New Student Orientation Period, Organizational Training, Watching together, Sports, Social Services and through social media. So that every member of BEM FISIP Bhayangkara University Surabaya maintains solidarity in their organization

Abstract

Organizational communication is very important for every organization because communication within an organization is necessary for the team leader to coordinate every member. The pattern of organizational communication is also important for leadership in an organization because, with a good organizational pattern, the team leader can coordinate members effectively and comfortably. In the implementation of the organizational pattern of the city of heroes Surabaya football team leader, the researcher found the communication pattern used by the leader as: a) Wheel Communication Pattern, b) Chain Communication Pattern, c) Y Communication Pattern, and d) Star Communication Pattern. These communication patterns are used by the city of heroes Surabaya football team leader and are considered to be the most effective.

Abstract

Understanding the characteristics of each family member can also be used to build effective communication efforts within the family. Despite the fact that we are members of the same family, we have different personalities; Consequently, to foster harmony and unity in the family, communication must use different strategies. The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts and factors that hinder effective family communication. The purpose of this study is effective communication in families who live happily together. This research is descriptive qualitative, or describes various data obtained from interviews and observations. However, this research data collection method includes observation, interviews, and documentation. The study revealed the following: Openness, empathy, support, positive feelings, and equality are characteristics of families that work well together in their communication efforts. This attitude produces family harmony. Trust, supportive attitude, and open attitude are supporting factors for communication. Psychological (emotional) barriers and lack of time are encountered when family members communicate to achieve family harmony. When communicating with family members who are motivated by various circumstances and circumstances, these two factors influence attitudes.

Abstract

The role of communication in an organization is very important because it will help establish a good relationship and good coordination between fellow members in achieving the goals of the organization, besides that organizational communication will have an impact on increasing the work motivation of the members of the organization. This research aims to determine the role of oranization communication for the leader of UKM Badminton Club Ubhara Surabaya. The conclusions obtained from this study are: 1) In general, the role of organizational communication in increasing motivation and dealing with the problem of soving members of badminton ubhara SMEs is still quite lacking or too oprimal, this is because the management has not been able to explain and approach communication organizationally, both vertically and horizontally. 2) The management of ubhara badminton smes has not been very oprimal in carrying out the duties and functions of the organization professionally, this is shown in the problems that have not been able to manage and manage the organization and its time properly. 3) In an effort to increase the motivation of the concept work, the content of the message conveyed by the board to members, has not been clearly conveyed, especially with regard to the duties and responsibilities and job descriptions of each member. 4) The form of communication used in an effort to increase work motivation in ubhara badminton SMEs, is still more dominant in group approaches, while the interpersonal communication approach is still lacking, with reason, shame, and unpleasant because of fellow college friends. 5) The intensity of communication meetings between the chairman and members is very less related to the coordination of tasks, while the intensity of member meetings with fellow members of the student press is quite high, but rarely discusses the organization, more about college friendship relationships alone. 6) The use of communication channels / media has not been very optimal in increasing the work motivation of members of the press acat diurnal, because only more use of telephone and whats up communication media, while other media such as email, official correspondence have not been optimized. 7) The credibility of the Management is seen in human resources, the ability to communicate is quite good, because most of them are students majoring in communication science with journalistic and public relations majoring, but judging from the ability to professionally manage organizational management is not very good

Abstract

Making and extending a driver's license is one of the common needs of the Indonesian people, especially motorists. Based on this, the Polrestabes created a Mobile SIM innovation called "Cak Bhabin's SIM" for the extension and creation of a new SIM that can be reached by the public by increasing the number of locations for the "Cak Bhabin" SIM. Problems arise due to dissatisfaction from the community, namely regarding inadequate seating facilities, lack of socialization regarding daily service schedules and quotas, and often the E-AVIS application is not connected to the National Police Traffic Corps. The purpose of this study was to find out how to improve the service quality of SIM "Cak Bhabin" Surabaya City Police in dealing with some of these problems and the factors that influence service quality improvement. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method with primary data as the main reference. Collecting the data by conducting interviews and documentation methods. The results showed that the factors influencing the improvement of the service quality for "Cak Bhabin" SIM services included the number of locations for "Cak Bhabin" SIM service locations spread over 24 location points in each sub- district in Surabaya, facilities and infrastructure that were in accordance with Law Number 25 Year 2009, the creation of the Korlantas Digital application intended for online SIM extension and the creation of the E-AVIS application for making a new SIM, as well as schedules, requirements, fees, systems/mechanisms and service procedures which can be viewed on the internet.

Abstract

Direktorat Jendral imigrasi mengeluarkan aplikasi terbaru yaitu M-Paspor yang merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk pengajuan permohonan paspor baru dan penggantian paspor secara online. Namun dari tinjauan lapangan Aplikasi M-Paspor ternyata sering mengalami gangguan seperti Kuota Sering Penuh dan Server yang sering error/bug. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan dalam pengurusan paspor online di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I khusus TPI Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kualitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan Data dalam penyusunan skripsi ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kulitas Pelayanan dinilai sudah cukup berhasil. Aplikasi M-Paspor sendiri adalah suatu bentuk upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dimana pelayanan diharapkan tidak lagi berbelit-belit, contohnya antrian yang panjang, Hal ini didukung oleh hasil wawancara dengan pendekatan teori Kualitas pelayanan, yang mengemukakan keberhasilan pelayanan publik dipengaruhi oleh Dimensi Tangibel, Reliability, Responsiviness, Assurance, Emphaty. Faktor yang mempengaruhi Kualitas Pelayanan terdiri dari faktor pendukung yaitu sarana dan prasarana serta faktor penghambat yaitu Kesadaran Masyarakat serta Aplikasi Error dan tidak bisa diakses. Upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yaitu melalui peningkatan dalam pelayanan serta melakukan pemeliharaan serta perawatan perangkat lunak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Komunikasi Organisasi Dalam Menumbuhkan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Perum Bulog Kanwil Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini berlatar belakang pada motivasi kerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan dalam menumbuhkan motivasi kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif Deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi langsung kelapangan dengan wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa strategi komunikasi yang dimiliki dengan pendekatan interpersonal, Adapun bentuk arah komunikasi organisasi pada Perum Bulog Kanwil Jatim yaitu dengan berbagai kegiatan yang menunjang karyawan untuk dapat sharing dan penyampaian informasi dari atasan kepada karyawan serta memperhatikan sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang di kantor, serta pendukung dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan strategi komunikasi yaitu lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan kondusif kemudian reward atau bonus yang diberikan kepada karyawan dan hambatan berupa proses komunikasi yang dilakukan kurang baik menimbulkan penyampaian pesan atau tugas menjadi lambat dan kedisiplinan karyawan dalam menjalankan tugas sehingga berdampak pada unit lain.Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Organisasi, Strategi, Motivasi Kerja
