Abstract

This qualitative descriptive research method is to describe and discuss a policy of the Sumenep Regency Government to implement the Sumenep Regency Government Policy in the Context of the Development and Preservation of Traditional Music Art of Tong-Tong Madura Island, East Java Province. At the beginning of the development of traditional Tong-Tong art music which was used as a sahur patrol music was played in waking people to perform the sahur worship in the holy month of Ramadan and Calling the Dwarf who wanted to go home to his cage. In accordance with the Sumenep Regent's Regulation No. 28/2008 concerning the duties and functions of the Regional Office, the Sumenep District Youth and Sports Culture Service, has the task and function of fostering and preserving the Tong-Tong Traditional Music culture in the Sumenep district. The Tong - Tong se Madura Music Contest and the Sumenep Regency Tong - Tong Festival from 2016-2018 is in the context of fostering efforts as well as preserving the cultural heritage of the ancestors which is held regularly every year starting. The cost of conducting the Tong - Ton Traditional Arts Music Kirab Music Festival, the Tong Se Madura Music Contest and the Tong-Tong Festival is annually charged to the Sumenep Regency Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The aim is to hold the Tong Tong Se Madura Music Competition and the Tong-Tong Festival every year in Sumenep Regency to improve and develop Sumenep Regency tourism promotion and marketing through the Madura tong-tong music competition.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemilihan kepala daerah (pilkada) langsung Jawa Timur putaran kedua sebentar lagi akan dimulai. Calon kepala daerah telah mempersiapkan diri dalam usaha untuk memenangkan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah. Beberapa metode telah dilakukan oleh kedua pasangan pemenang Pemilihan Kepala Daerah di Wilayah Jawa Timur ini. Usaha yang dilakukan tentu saja memiliki tujuan akhir agar mendapatkan suara dari masyarakat. Pada proses political marketing, ada empat hal yang harus diperhatikan kontestan yaitu, product (platform, karakter personal, janji-janji kampanye), price (biaya kampanye, lobi-lobi politik), place (basis massa, tim sukses), dan promotion (advertising, publicity, kampanye). Selain itu, dalam berkampanye kontestan juga harus memperhatikan banyak faktor yang dapat memengaruhi jumlah perolehan suara, seperti bentuk kelompok gaya hidup masyarakat yang beranekaragam, hal-hal yang mempengaruhi pemilih dalam memilih para kontestan, tipologi pemilih, serta segmentasi dan positioning politik. Hal lain yang menjadi perhatian dan pokok kajian pemikiran politik Tan Malaka dalam keyakinan politik adalah strategi dan taktik.Kata Kunci: Political Marketing, Demokrasi yang Berkualitas, pemikiran Politik dan Sosial Tan Malaka

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to analyze and examine the governance of village digital archives in the modernization era. The community service team from UBHARA has conducted digital archive development in Duyung Village and Grogol Village, aiming at facilitating easy public access to the existing government services. The community service methodwas in form of offline activities starting from preparation, coordination, implementation and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that the UBHARA community service team has successfully developed Google Form and Bit.ly for the Application for Making Letters in Duyung Village and Grogol Village Population Data. Thus, this demonstrates the importance ofgood understanding of digital archive management by utilizing the appropriate tools to enhance the efficiency of village archive management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik, terutama dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer, untuk meninjau secara komprehensif perkembangan dan kontribusi literatur Hukum Administrasi Negara. Hukum Administrasi Negara, sebuah aspek penting dari tata kelola pemerintahan publik dan sistem hukum, mencakup peraturan, prinsip, dan prosedur yang mengatur tindakan administratif. Analisis bibliometrik memetakan lintasan penelitian, mengidentifikasi penulis dan karya-karya yang berpengaruh, mengungkapkan tren tematik, dan menawarkan wawasan ke dalam lanskap intelektual. Melalui jaringan ke penulisan bersama, analisis kutipan bersama, pemetaan kemunculan bersama kata kunci, dan analisis konten kualitatif, penelitian ini menyoroti evolusi bidang ini dan implikasinya terhadap tata kelola pemerintahan dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Understanding the characteristics of each family member can also be used to build effective communication efforts within the family. Despite the fact that we are members of the same family, we have different personalities; Consequently, to foster harmony and unity in the family, communication must use different strategies. The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts and factors that hinder effective family communication. The purpose of this study is effective communication in families who live happily together. This research is descriptive qualitative, or describes various data obtained from interviews and observations. However, this research data collection method includes observation, interviews, and documentation. The study revealed the following: Openness, empathy, support, positive feelings, and equality are characteristics of families that work well together in their communication efforts. This attitude produces family harmony. Trust, supportive attitude, and open attitude are supporting factors for communication. Psychological (emotional) barriers and lack of time are encountered when family members communicate to achieve family harmony. When communicating with family members who are motivated by various circumstances and circumstances, these two factors influence attitudes.

Abstract

Abstrak   Kecamatan Sedati Salah satu kecamatan terluas di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Program yang diciptakan Kecamatan Sedati Sidoarjo yaitu JUMPA ARTIS (Jemput Bola Pelayanan Gratis). Implementasi program tersebut baru di ciptakan oleh Kecamatan Sedati bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan juga mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pelayanan administrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil yang ada di Kecamatan Sedati. Dengan adanya layanan KIA ( Kartu Identitas Anak ) dan juga layanan persyaratan pendaftaran pencari kerja (Prakerja) masyarakat merasa terbantu dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya. Jumpa Artis (Jemput Bola Pelyanan Gratis) sebuah progrm dari kecamatan sedati yang memudahkan warga untuk mengakses permohonan tentang kependudukan yang ada di kecamatan sedati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif merupakan metode yang berlandaskan pada filsafat postpositivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti kondisi obyek yang alamiah, dimana peneliti adalah instrumen pengambilan sampel sumber data yang dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi program Jumpa Artis (Jemput Bola Pelayanan Gratis) di Kecamatan Sedati mempermudah pelayanan adminitrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil masyarakat di Kecamatan Sedati dan sesui dengan visi dan misinya. Program Jumpa Artis dikenalkan melakui sosialisasi dan juga memberikan informasi di media sosial, agar masyarakat mampu mengetahui informasi mengenai Jumpa Artis.Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Jumpa Artis, Purpose SamplingAbstractSedati District One of the widest districts in Sidoarjo Regency. The program created by Sedati Sidoarjo District is JUMPA ARTIS (Pick Up Free Service Balls). The implementation of this program was just created by the Sedati District with the aim of improving the quality of public services and also facilitating and accelerating the process of population administration and civil registration services in the Sedati District. With the existence of the KIA service (Child Identity Card) and also the job seeker registration requirements service (Prakerja) the community feels helped in fulfilling their needs. Meet Artis (Pick Up Free Service Balls), a program from the Sedati sub-district that makes it easier for residents to access applications regarding citizenship in the Sedati sub-district. The research method used by the author is a qualitative research method. The qualitative research method is a method based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the instrument for sampling data sources by purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Meet Artist program (Pick Up Free Service Balls) in Sedati District facilitates population administration and civil registration services for the community in Sedati District and is in accordance with its vision and mission. The Meet Artists program was introduced through socialization and also providing information on social media, so that the public is able to find out information about Meet Artists.Keywords: Implementation, Meet Artists, Purpose Sampling

Abstract

Allocation of Village Funds is a balance of central and regional financial funds received by the Regency/City which in distribution is distributed to each village, namely at least 10% (ten percent). The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of Mojokerto Regent Regulation Number 27 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Implementation of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Pungging District, Mojokerto Regency, as well as to find out what factors influence the implementation of the Mojokerto Regent's policy Number 27 of 2021. . This writing describes and knows the problems being studied in this case, namely the evaluation of the Mojokerto Regency Regulation No. 27 of 2015 in the context of managing Village Fund Allocations. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, which describes the management of Village Fund Allocations in Pungging District, Mojokerto Regency. By using data collection techniques through interviews with informants regarding the implementation of Village Fund Allocations, then comparing it with Mojokerto Regent Regulation Number 27 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Village Fund Allocations. Several factors influence the implementation of Village Fund Allocation management in Pungging District, Mojokerto Regency, including internal factors, namely Executors, Mojokerto Regency Regulation No. 27 of 2021, Government Officials and external factors, namely Social, Political and Economic conditions. Keywords: Policy Implementation, Mojokerto Regency Regulation No. 27 of 2021. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the government's child-friendly program in the city of Surabaya in making Child-Friendly Districts (KLA), supporting factors and inhibiting factors faced by the Surabaya City Government and the impact of the Government's program on child-friendly. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The location of this research is at the Population Control, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office (DP5A) of Surabaya City and Three (3) sub-district areas that are pillars of the project (Genteng Sub-district Office, Wonocolo Sub-district, Benowo Sub-district), with the research subject being the Head of DP5A Surabaya City, Head of the People's Welfare and Economic Section in each sub-district area. The focus of this research is the Implementation of the Government's Child Friendly Program, the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by the Surabaya City Government and the impact of the Government's Child Friendly program. Sources of information were determined using purposive sampling techniques, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques with data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: (1) Implementation of the Government Program on Child Friendly in Surabaya City. (2) The influencing factors are in accordance with the objectives of the activities that have been set. (3) The impact is that the cooperation that is established is quite effective, problem solving is fast, precise and straightforward, the achievement of activity results is enough to help the government in solving cases of child problems.

Abstract

PT Citi Asia Internasional (Citiasia Inc.) merupakan sebuah perusahaan konsultan manajemen dan pembangunan smart city yang memiliki visi untuk mendukung kemajuan pembangunan di Indonesia melalui Gerakan Indonesia Smart Nation yang telah digagas sejak tahun 2015 yang dijalankan oleh lini strategisnya Citiasia Center for Smart Nation (CCSN). Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, Citiasia Inc. membangun kemitraan dan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, termasuk dari pihak kementerian dan lembaga pemerintahan, serta organisasi internasional dan pemerintah daerah di Indonesia. Pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini PT Citiasia inc mengembangkan program Smart Cities & Smart enterprises: Solution & Innovation Development yang dirancang untuk melibatkan para mahasiswa dalam mengaplikasikan kompetensinya dengan berpartisipasi dalam mengembangkan solusi dan menyelesaikan permasalahan perkotaan melalui pengembangan riset dan inovasi pintar yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh organisasi daerah maupun badan usaha di Indonesia, pada kesempatan tersebut penulis bergabung program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan PT Citiasia Inc menjadi intern Smart City Analyst yang di tugaskan untuk penyusunan Masterplan Smart City, Penyusunan paper dan Project lain perusahaan. Penulis telah menjalankan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat selama 20 minggu, di mana durasi waktu yang ditetapkan adalah mulai dari 8 Februari hingga 31 mei 2023. Selama 5 bulan tersebut, penulis mendapat beberapa soft skills, antara lain Analytical Skills, Time Managemen, Komunikasi, menulis paper, kerja sama tim, manajemen waktu, tanggung jawab, etika profesi, Terlibat dalam mengorganisir, mengarahkan, dan mengimplementasikan projek sesuai dengan waktu dan kualitas yang telah direncanakan.
