Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) adalah diharapkan perangkat desa mampu 1, memahami konsep kepemimpinan, 2. Memahami mengidentifikasi kepemimpinan 3 mampu melakukan/mencari pemecahan suatu masalah atau mencapai tujuan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Keada Masyarakat dilaksanakan dalam bentuk ceramah yang dilanjutkan dengan tanya jawab Peran serta antara petinggi Desa dan warga menjadi hal yang penting. Budaya yang tercipta karena letak geografis merupakan kekayaan alam yang harus di optimalkan melalui kolaborasi semua pihak untuk kemajuan desa Margosari.

Abstract

Kondisi persaingan usaha  saat ini terutama dalam dunia usaha retail sangatlah ketat hal membuat pelanggan rentan untuk berubah – ubah, sehingga setiap perusahaan harus berupaya menarik pelanggan dan menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan sebaik mungkin.  Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tentang  kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan dan pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Swalayan Aneka Jaya Boja.Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan populasi pelanggan di Swalayan Aneka Jaya Boja. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang pembeli dari  pelanggan di Swalayan Aneka Jaya Boja. Alat uji dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan Uji Hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kualitas layanan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan yang berdampak positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.AbstractThe current conditions of business competition, especially in the retail business world, are very tight, making customers vulnerable to change, so every company must try to attract customers and maintain the best possible relationship with customers. This study aims to analyze the quality of service and customer satisfaction and their effect on customer loyalty at Aneka Jaya Boja supermarket.In this study, researchers used a population of customers at the Aneka Jaya Boja supermarket. The method used is purposive sampling method. The sample used is 100 buyers from customers at the Aneka Jaya Boja supermarket. The test equipment in this study used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing.The results of this study are service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Service quality affects customer satisfaction which has a positive impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location, school quality, and promotion on student decisions. The population in this study were all 10th grade students of SMK Mataram Semarang from 4 majors, namely culinary, fashion, hospitality, and automotive. Of the 220 students, the researchers required 146 students as a sample using the solvency formula.The results of this study can be concluded that: Location has no significant positive effect on student decisions, school quality has a significant positive effect on student decisions, and Promotion has a significant positive effect on student decisions.

Abstract

Brands and packaging in the business world have a big influence on the electability of a product, where they are a distinguishing mark in trading activities, especially goods or services of the same type, and provide quality assurance therein. As in the activities carried out by the ITB Semarang Community Service Team, the aim and target is generally to increase the value of traded products by collaborating with MSMEs in Jambearum Village, Patebon District, Kendal Regency. The benefits and advantages expected in this activity are that MSME products can have a higher selling value before and after using the brand and packaging, so that they can increase business opportunities and economically grow the standard of living of the community, especially in Jambearum Village, Patebon District, Kendal Regency. It is hoped that the results of this activity will provide knowledge about brands and apply it to MSME products
