Abstract

This study aims to analyze Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Dana Purna Investama Jakarta. The variables studied were work discipline (X1), work environment (X2), and employee performance (Y). The type of research used was quantitative research and primary data. The technique of collecting research data is through the questionnaire method. Furthermore, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with the number of respondents being fifty-one (51) people. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 26.0. The analysis used in this research is a validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination (r2). The results of testing and analysis of this study indicate that the independent variable (X), namely work discipline and work environment, simultaneously or together significantly influences the dependent variable (Y), namely employee performance. Work discipline and work environment will improve employee performance in doing the job properly and correctly to increase the company’s value compared to other companies.

Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Profitabilitas ( Return on Equity) pada PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa TBK periode 2016-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio sedangkan variabel dependenya adalah Profitabilitas (Rerturn On Equity). Populasi penelitian adalah laporan keuangan PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa selama 6 periode 2016-2021. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil uji parsial Current Ratio terhadap Profitabilitas (Return on Equity) menunjukakkan bahwa nilai signifikannya sebesar 0.233 > 0.05, nilai t hitung sebesar -1,490 < t tabel -3,182 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Hasil uji parsial Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Profitabilitas (Return on Equity) menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,016 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar -4,894 > t tabel -3,182 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh secara signifikan kearah negatif terhadap Profitabilitas (Debt to Equity). Sedangkan hasil dari uji Simultan diketahui bahwa nilai F 12,655 > F tabel 6,944 dan nilai sig Sebesar 0.034 < 0.05. Artinya Tolak H0 dengan kata lain bahwa variabel Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif terhadap Profitabilitas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Work on Employee Performance at PT. Kelola Karya Bersama. The variables studied are Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance. The type of research used is a quantitative research type, and the kind of data is primary data through the questionnaire method with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the number of respondents forty-six (46) respondents. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 26.0. The analysis used in this research is the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Normality Test, Multiple Linear Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis Test, T-test, F-test, and Coefficient of determination (R2). The results of testing and analysis of this research show that leadership style, work discipline, and satisfaction work simultaneously or together significantly affect employee performance. Suggestions for Kelola Karya Bersama in the future are to improve an excellent and fair leadership style further and enforce employee discipline in doing work to create employee satisfaction and increase company productivity.
