Abstract

Aktifitas konsultasi mahasiswa dan orang tua pada program studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Gunadarma tidak pernah sepi mengingat jumlah mahasiswa pada program studi tersebut banyak. Banyaknya mahasiswa untuk pelayanan maka sekretariat program studi membutuhkan sistem antrian. Sistem antrian tersebut saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Pada makalah ini akan dipaparkan pembangunan prototipe sistem pengelolaan manajemen pada layanan antrian dengan memanfaatkan whatsapp gateway. Dimana nomor antrian akan diperoleh dari tautan yang diberitahukan melalui whatsapp gateway. Tahapan pembangunan terdiri dari analisis, perancangan, pembuatan dan uji coba. Metode antrian yang digunakan pada sistem adalah FCFS (first come first served) dengan sifat Multi Channel – Single Phase. Metode prototipe yang digunakan adalah prototipe evolusioner. Hasil uji coba dengan user accepted test bahwa sistem hanya memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna sebanyak 60% sedangkan 40% masih memiliki kendala untuk dapat dikembangkan kembali. Sistem akan digunakan dan dievaluasi secara berkala untuk membantu meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja seluruh staff pada program studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Gunadarma.

Abstract

CSR Aqua Desa Ciherang Pondok is an Aqua company dedicated to providing clean water for the residents of Ciherang Pondok Village. Manual systems (notebooks and applications in Microsoft Excel) are still used to collect meter recording and water payments, so there are often errors in the recording process and do not respond to the excel documents created. In addition, the payment process takes a lot of time so it is less efficient. One of the functions that can be utilized is to create an online water payment system. Based on the existing problems, an application for information system for paying water bills CSR Aqua Desa Ciherang Pondok Barbasis Android was created. The research method uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall approach, namely planning, implementation and testing. Applications are created using the Dart programming language and the Flutter framework. The results of the application were tested on several smartphone devices. Based on the test results, the application works well at least with the android 9.0 (pie) operating system.

Abstract

Employee salary management is becoming an important aspect in the fashion industry. The current payroll system in Fashion Boutique still uses slow and inefficient manual calculations. Therefore, a website was created to manage employee payroll. This study aims to optimize salary management through a web-based Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach. The RAD method was chosen because it is responsive to rapid business changes. By conducting needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing, an efficient payroll management system integrated with web access was successfully developed. Trials are conducted with black box testing, device testing, desktop browser, and end user. Payroll websites have proven to match user expectations, working well across multiple devices and browsers. The results of this study contribute to improving operational efficiency and accuracy of employee salary management in the context of a dynamic fashion industry, especially in Fashion Fashion Boutiques.
