This study aims to analyze the learning orientation on the performance of salespeople through smart work, and hard work owned by salespeople. High sales force performance is needed by the company so that sales success can be achieved. Learning orientation is one of the factors that have an influence on increasing salesperson performance, because with a learning orientation it can make a salesperson able to work smartly, have the ability to sell, so that the salesperson's performance will increase. The research method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the AMOS program. The results of the study prove that learning orientation, smart work and hard work have a positive influence on the performance of salespeople.

Universitas Maritim AMNI melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Bungo untuk mendukung program Pemerintah Kota Semarang. Tidak hanya mahasiswa / taruna dan dosen yang melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tetapi juga masyarakat sekitar. Mereka sangat antusias berpartisipasi dalam melaksanakan berbagai program kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di Desa Bungo. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan dan coaching langsung, observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Materi sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai upaya peningkatan hasil tangkapan ikan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga nelayan . Pengamatan dilakukan di Desa Bungo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode wawancara dan sebagai acuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Indikator ketercapaian pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Desa Bungo

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of organization culture (X1), work engagement (X2) to organization commitment (Y1) and employee performance (Y2). In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 90 respondents to determine the response of respondents to each variable. Then analyze the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis include validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, hypothesis testing via the F test and t test and analysis test, the coefficient of determination (R2). Data analysis techniques used were linear regression analysis that serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that have met the test validity, test reliability, and classical assumption processed so as to produce the following regression equation: Y1= 0.244X1 + 0.467X2 and Y2 = 0,202X1 + 0,394X2 + 0,209X3 . Results of the analysis found that organization culture (X1), work engagement (X2) has a positive and significant influence on organization commitment (Y1) and organization culture (X1), work engagement (X2) , organization commitment (X3) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y2) . Hypothesis testing using t test showed that independent variables found to significantly affect dependent variables.

This research is motivated by the problems that often arise in the river transportation of Blitar Regency and Tulungagung Regency, namely the performance of transportation crews caused by lack of infrastructure and discipline that is often violated. So that there are often problems with the performance of transportation crews such as crossing delays, lack of lighting and ship conditions. Through this research, it is expected to obtain results that illustrate that the performance of river transportation crews is influenced by factors of competence, motivation, infrastructure and discipline. This study aims to determine the competence, motivation, infrastructure and discipline on the performance of river transportation crews. The population in this study were passengers and the sample of this study was 100 respondents.sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with the type of sampling, namely incidental sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 24. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that competence, motivation, infrastructure and discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the transportation crew.

Currently, many companies in the service sector are competing to meet human needs and desires. Semarang Ahmad Yani International Airport is an example of a company that offers its services in the aviation sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of flight schedules, human resources, landside capacity, and ground handling performance on the achievement of On time performance at Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. The data was collected by using the method of observation, literature study, filling out questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS V.25 program, the results are Y = 0.720 +0.213X1+0,304X2+0,234X3 + 0,230X4+µ. The results of multiple linear equations indicate that there is a positive influence between flight schedules on on time performance (t count 2,523 > t table 1,99547), human resources on on time performance (t count 2,515 > t table 1,99547), landside capacity on on time performance (t count 2,299 > t table 1,99547), ground handling performance on on time performance (t count 3,189 > t table 1,99547). The results of the regression test obtained the coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.649. This means that the flight schedule variable (X1), HR (X2) landside capacity (X3), and ground handling performance have a contribution of 64.9% in influencing on time performance (Y). While other factors that affect on time performance by 35.1%.

Universitas Maritim AMNI carried out community service activities at Tambak Lorok to support the government of Semarang program. It is not only students/cadets and lecturers who carry out community service activities but also the surrounding community. They are very enthusiastic in participating in implementing various program activities carried out at Tambak Lorok . The method of implementing this activity uses a direct socialization and training approach , observation, interviews and literature studies. Socialization and training materials on efforts to increase fishing yields to increase fishing family income. The observation was held in Tambak Lorok . The data collection was carried out through interview methods and as a reference for implementing community service activities was using the literature study method. The success of these program was indicated by improve the healthy lifestyles and increase the income of the Tambak Lorok Community.

The standard of living of the fishermen in Bandengan Village in general still lives below the poverty line. The condition of the houses which are semi-permanent as permanent residences even though the houses are close to each other accompanied by an environment that is still dirty and the unpleasant smell of fish waste whose drainage is not smooth adds to the poor environment. Healthy . Due to the slum and unhealthy environmental conditions, the fishermen of Bandengan Village are still able to survive in order to make a living even though they only fish to meet their daily needs.Regarding the position of deeper sea depths, generally fishermen have not been able to determine the exact position of fishing areas or have not mapped out exactly which areas have deeper depths and are thought to have lots of fish. From the data obtained, most of the overall fish catches have not increased. From the results of the analysis, this is because half of the fishing groups' fish catches have increased and half of the fishing groups' fish catches have experienced a decrease.Therefore, AMNI Maritime University has made the fishing community in Bandengan Kendal Village a Development Partner in order to improve the economy of the fishing community through optimizing fishing.

This study aims to: (1) To determine the effect of market orientation on marketing performance; (2) To determine the effect on the performance of the product completeness of marketing; (3) To determine the influence of the effectiveness of distribution channels for marketing performance; (4) To determine the influence of brand equity on marketing performance; (5) To determine the effect of market orientation, the completeness of the product, the effectiveness of distribution channels and brand equity on marketing performance. The sample in this study was 100 consumers Logistic Company in Semarang. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Type of data is the primary data. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, validity, reliability and classical assumption. Based on the analysis and discussion in the previous section, it can be concluded as follows: Results of regression analysis regression equation: Y = 0.051 + 0.201 + 0.242 X1 X2 + 0.218 + 0.233 X3 X4 + e. Variable dominant or most influential is the completeness of the product with the highest value of regression coefficient, amounting to 24.2%. This indicates that Logistic Company in Semarang has many variations that attract consumers to buy. Based on the results of the t test result that there is a positive and significant effect of market orientation, the completeness of the product, the effectiveness of distribution channels, brand equity on marketing performance. Based on test results obtained figures for 0000 F <0.05 so it can be concluded there is a positive and significant effect of market orientation, the completeness of the product, the effectiveness of distribution channels and brand equity on marketing performance simultaneosly.

This research is motivated by the rapid growth of small and medium micro enterprises, but it is not offset by a significant increase in productivity. By looking at existing problems, this research is aimed at analyzing the influence of factors of education, experience, capital, labor and innovation on the productivity of small micro medium in Semarang and can help the owners of medium-sized businesses improve the factors that affect productivity positively. Data collected through questionnaires and conducted on 67 businessmen Micro SME Batik Semarang City. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 19. In this study population used is the Small and Medium Enterprises in the field of Fashion and Crafts batik in the city of Semarang. Population from this study gained from annuall report Disperindag Semarang in 2013. The number of samples is determined based on the calculation of the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10%, then the number of samples obtained by 67 people from 200 people in population. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Results of testing the hypothesis states that education is positive and significant effect on productivity, experience positive and significant impact on productivity, capital positive and significant impact on productivity, employment and significant positive effect on productivity and innovation and significant positive effect on productivity. Suggestions author to the government is to continue to raise interest -menerus employers to improve the skills and knowledge possessed by raising awareness and training.
