Abstract

Abstract The science laboratory at SMA Labschool Cibubur is currently not running the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) program optimally. There is a misunderstanding that the potential danger in the science laboratory in high school is relatively small because it tends to use relatively few chemicals, causing a lack of understanding of the potential hazards that will occur. Therefore, the PPM KKN UNJ team consisting of lecturers and a team of students from the Chemistry, Physics, and Fire Safety Engineering Study Program carried out service activities for implementing the K3 program at the Science Laboratory of SMA Labschool through training activities related to K3 (Chemical Material Management, Chemical Waste Management, Use of APAR). Emergency Management) and inspection of K3 facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of the PPM KKN activity at the Labschool Cibubur High School Laboratory is to improve the performance of the use and management of the Science Laboratory at the Labschool Cibubur High School. The more adequate the availability of K3 facilities, the less chance of accidents occurring. After participating in K3 implementation training activities, there is an increase in K3 culture in the Labschool Cibubur SMA laboratory. In this case, the compliance and awareness of all students and teachers to follow K3 SOPs, the use of appropriate personal protective equipment, complete K3 facilities and infrastructure, and personnel who have K3 knowledge adequate Abstrak Laboratorium IPA di SMA Labschool Cibubur saat ini belum optimal menjalankan program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Adanya pemahaman yang keliru bahwa potensi bahaya di laboratorium IPA di SMA relatif kecil karena cenderung menggunakan bahan kimia relatif sedikit menyebabkan kurang dipahaminya potensi bahaya yang akan terjadi. Oleh karena itu tim PPM KKN UNJ yang terdiri dari dosen dan tim mahasiswa dari Prodi Kimia, Fisika dan Rekayasa Keselamatan Kebakaran melakukan kegiatan pengabdian implementasi program K3 di Laboraturium IPA SMA Labschool melalui kegiatan pelatihan terkait K3 (Pengelolaan Bahan Kimia, Pengelolaan Limbah Kimia, Penggunaan APAR, Penanggulangan Keadaan Darurat) dan inspeksi sarana dan prasarana K3. Tujuan Kegiatan PPM KKN di Laboraturium SMA Labschool Cibubur adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja penggunaan dan pengelolaan Laboratorium IPA di SMA Labschool Cibubur. Semakin mencukupi tersedianya fasilitas K3 maka akan semakin sedikit kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan yang terjadi. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan implementasi K3, ada peningkatan budaya K3 di laboraturium SMA Labschool Cibubur dalam hal ini kepatuhan dan kesadaran seluruh siswa dan guru untuk mengikuti SOP K3, penggunaan alat pelindung diri yang tepat, kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana K3, dan personil yang mempunyai pengetahuan K3 yang memadai.

Abstract

In the process of its activities, SPBU (General Fuel Filling Station) X has the risk of fire and explosion because there is storage and distribution of flammable liquid fuel, one of which is Pertamax. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the risk control of the incident in order to reduce the losses incurred. This study aims to determine the risk of fire and explosion, as well as the value of business interruption (BI) or the value of possible losses suffered in the event of a fire and explosion. The risk assessment method used is the Dow's Fire and Explosion Index. The results of the study indicate that the potential for fire and explosion or the value of the fire explosion index (F&EI) is 110.828. This figure shows that the level of potential fire and explosion hazard in the Pertamax storage tank with a capacity of 21,694 liters at SPBU X is classified as Intermediate. The exposure radius is 28.39 meters and the damage factor to the pertamax buried tank is 63%. The large area of ​​the Exposure is 24 m2 with the exposed area as large as the volume of the bunker building of 96 m3. This means that pertamax containment tanks require special safety and security attention in order to reduce the value of the risk level. Abstract

Children's limited understanding of danger and self-protection causes children to be less able to anticipate and cope with dangerous conditions that arise around them. This can be fatal for the safety of the child. Even more so when there are no adults around the children so they cannot optimally look after and supervise the children. One way to make children safe from danger is to increase their understanding of danger and ways to overcome danger through self-safety education from an early age. This study discusses the development of learning tools in the form of syllabus, lesson plans and learning media in the form of education cards using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). This study aims to increase students' understanding of the dangers of fire and self-rescue efforts in an emergency when a fire occurs. The population in this study was the fifth grade students at SDN Pondok Kelapa 04 totaling 30 students. This study uses the R&D method with the ADDIE model. The assessment of learning devices in this study was declared feasible from the results of the validation of the experts. This study conducted a reliability test using the KR-20 method to obtain a result of 0.82 and it was stated that this study had a very high reliability value. And test the validity using the Pearson Moment correlation technique to get results above the value of 0.3 and it is stated that this research is valid. Abstract

Abstract Scouting is a youth community that is active in various social fields. Where scouting activities exist in each task force, from branches, groups to the national level, they have activities that always have a positive impact on members. Based on the large number of members from this community, fire fighting training for Scouts at SMAN I Muara Gembong Bekasi is one approach to increase public awareness. This training aims to provide knowledge about how to deal with fire hazards and procedures for using extinguishing media when small-scale fires occur. In addition, this training also provides evacuation procedures when a fire disaster causes casualties. After participating in the training, participants are expected to be able to understand, deal with fires and how to properly evacuate victims. so that in general, it can reduce losses due to fire disasters to all levels of society. Abstrak Pramuka merupakan komunitas pemuda yang aktif dalam berbagai bidang sosial masyarakat. Dimana kegiatan pramuka ada pada setiap gugus tugas, baik dari ranting, kelompok hingga tingkat nasional memiliki kegiatan yang selalu berdampak positif bagi para anggota. Berdasarkan banyaknya anggota dari komunitas ini, pelatihan penanggulangan kebakaran untuk Pramuka SMAN I Muara Gembong Bekasi merupakan salah satu pendekatan untuk meningkatkan pengatahuan pada masyarakat. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang bangaimana cara penanggulangan bahaya kebakaran serta tata cara penggunaan media pemadaman ketika terjadi kebakaran sekala kecil. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga memberikan tata cara evakuasi Ketika bencana kebakaran menimbulkan korban jiwa. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, peserta diharapkan dapat memahami, menanggulangi kebakaran hingga cara evakuasi untuk korban secara benar. sehingga secara umum, dapat mengurangi kerugian akibat bencana kebakaran kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat.
