Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the psychological development of children who are addicted to playing online games at RA Dewi Mashitoh Gunungjati Jabung, (2) the teacher's strategy to develop psychic children who are addicted to playing online games at RA Dewi Mashitoh Gunungjati Jabung, and (3) supporting factors obstacles in developing children's psychology at RA Dewi Mashitoh Gunungjati Jabung. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at RA Dewi Masithoh Gunungjati Jabung in May 2020. The research data were obtained by interviewing, observing, and documenting techniques. The results showed that (1) In RA. Dewi Mashitoh, found several children who experienced psychological problems due to addiction to playing online games. There are three children, namely one girl and two boys. The forms of psychological disorders experienced are language problems, disturbances in the emotional and behavioral aspects, and the tendency to do unfavorable behavior. (2) Psychic development strategies applied by teachers in RA. Dewi Mashitoh is implementing art therapy, namely by allowing children to do drawing, painting, sculpture, and other artistic activities. (3) Supporting factors in the psychological development of children who are disturbed by addiction to playing online games are support from foundations and parents, learning tools and media that are always available, and additional incentives for teachers. While the inhibiting factors faced are technical obstacles and lack of cooperative behavior from students, demanding tasks that are quite heavy for teachers, and teacher intrapersonal problems.

Abstract

Health protocols is very important to be applied by all parties, because considering this virus can quickly spread, spread and infect anyone regardless of age, including early childhood. Children are vulnerable to the risk of transmission of Covid-19. Therefore, the application of health protocols needs to be taught, implemented and trained from an early age so that children can adapt to new normal situations and carry out activities safely and protected from Covid-19 transmission. The purpose of this study was to describe the condition of student discipline at RA Muslimat NU 15 Malang towards the health protocol, and the efforts made by the school, as well as the obstacles during its application to students. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that student discipline towards health protocols can be said to be good, besides that the facilities and facilities provided by the school have been fulfilled to support the application of health protocol discipline, and obstacles to students come from various factors, namely the environment, from within the students themselves. and a lack of regulatory emphasis from schools.

Abstract

Education as an important means to prepare students to develop a variety of values and skills that are applied from an early age to adulthood. Education is used as a reference in society, nation and state. The importance of education for each individual is emphasized in Law Number 20 of 2003 about the National Education System. The professionalism of teachers at RA Habibie is still low. This can be seen in the ability of teachers when teaching using the monotonous method and some teachers have not met the qualifications of S-1. This study aims to determine the role of school principals in improving teacher professionalism and the obstacles that exist in RA Habibie. Researchers determine the focus of research on teacher professionalism, the role of school principals in improving teacher professionalism, and principal obstacles in improving teacher professionalism. The researcher uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The researcher acts as a key instrument, the data collection technique is done by triangulation. The results of this study are that in teaching and learning activities, teacher preparation in teaching must be ready, the teacher understands the material to be delivered; the principal's role as educator, supervisor, manager, administrator, leader, innovator, motivator has been implemented but needs to be improved again; and the obstacles are low support for school programs from all parties, weak teacher competence, inadequate budget and infrastructure for educational success.

Abstract

Montessori method is an educational method that emphasizes the concept of playing while learning and learning to be. RA Tunas Mulia Dua applies Montessori method which is integrated with Islamic understanding or Islamic Montessori Activity. Formulating the problem in this study is how the application of Islamic Montessori Activity on learning, impacts and factors that support and inhibit it. The purpose of this study is to identify its application, impact and supporting and inhibitory factors. This type of research uses qualitative approach in the form of case studies. Data collection procedures are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study of the application of Islamic Montessori Activity in RA Tunas Mulia Dua can be found in the lesson plan implemented in seven areas of Montessori namely Islamic studies, practical life, sensorial, language, mathematic, culture, art &carf. The props used are the creations of teachers and guardians. Every activity in learning is always associated with the understanding of Islam.

Abstract

This study amis to describe the use of audio-visual media in the introduction of reading and prayer movements of students of RA Syihabuddin Landungsari Malang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were kindergarten A and B, homeroom teachers, curriculum teachers, and students guardians. The results of this study indicate that the ability to recognize reading and prayer movements that have been achieved by each student varies according to the age level of students. The results of the process of using videos in the introduction of reading and prayer movements are carried out through sending learning videos through the whatsapp group which are procedures for introducing reading and prayer movements demonstrated by educators. The results of the obstacles in the use of learning videos to introduce reading and prayer movements are (1) students are less focused in learning and are bored. (2) educators are less able to introduce perfect prayer movements. (3) lack of adequate mobile phones and cellular networks. (4) parents who have not been able to guide their children in doing school assignments. So it can be concluded that the use of learning videos to introduce reading and prayer movements has not been able to be understood by students.
