Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia dan dunia di awal tahun 2020 telah mengubah hampir semua tatanan kehidupan. Hal ini berimplikasi pada lahirnya akselerasi pembelajaran berbasis digital, termasuk yang dilakukan di Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (PPSDM) Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN). Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menganalisis pelaksanaan akselerasi pembelajaran berbasis digital yang telah dilaksanakan di PPSDM BNN dalam meningkatkan kompetensi selama pandemi dan memberikan pertimbangan serta evaluasi bagi para pemangku kepentingan bidang pengembangan kompetensi SDM di BNN dalam hal akselerasi pembelajaran berbasis digital terutama di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini memilih metode kualitatif deskriptif meliputi kepustakaan yang bertumpu pada pengkajian data-data sekunder dari berbagai sumber kepustakaan yang terkait dengan masalah penelitian serta wawancara mendalam sebagai alat pengumpul data atau pilihan yang dilakukan kepada informan yang ada di lokus penelitian. Digital learning yang dikembangkan di PPSDM BNN dilakukan dalam rangka mendukung mendukung kinerja organisasi BNN. Penerapan teknologi pembelajaran dimasa pandemi covid-19 yang berorientasi kepada optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi informasi komunikasi berbasis digital telah menghadirkan akselerasi pembelajaran yang memaksimalkan kompetensi pegawai baik hardware, software dan brainware. This has implications for the birth of accelerated digital-based learning, including that carried out at the Human Resources Development Center (PPSDM) of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN). The purpose of the research is to analyze the implementation of digital-based learning acceleration that has been carried out at BNN's PPSDM in improving competence during the pandemic and to provide considerations and evaluations for stakeholders in the field of HR competency development at BNN in terms of accelerating digital-based learning, especially during the pandemic. This study chose a descriptive qualitative method covering literature that relies on the study of secondary data from various literature sources related to research problems and in-depth interviews as a data collection tool or choices made to informants at the research locus. Digital learning developed at PPSDM BNN is carried out in order to support the performance of the BNN organization. The application of learning technology during the COVID-19 pandemic that is oriented towards optimizing the use of digital-based communication information technology has brought accelerated learning that maximizes employee competence in hardware, software and brainware.
