Abstract

The population in this study are all teachers SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School Pekanbaru, amounting to 55 people. Sampling was performed using saturated sample. Data analysis is done by using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test and t-test. The tests are performed in order to determine the relationship between the independent variable with the dependent variable. Based on the result of the research, the leadership, motivation, and performance are influenced on teacher’s performance. It is proved by finding the score of R=0.769. It means that there was a correlation among leadership, motivation and discipline on teachers’ performance at SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School Pekanbaru. Meanwhile the score of R was 56,7%. It means that there was a contribution of leadership, motivation, and discipline on teachers’ performance. Furthermore, it has positive contribution on teachers’ performance by finding F score is 24.800 and level significant is 0.000. Partially, there was a positive significant effect of leadership variable, motivation, and discipline on teachers; performance at SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School pekanbaru. The details of the linear regression as follow: Y = 14.359 + 0,149X1 + 0,185X2 + 0,376X3 and sig. 0.048, 0.040, 0.000 are lower than Alpha 5%. The conclusion of the research was the hypothesis partially and altogether among leadership variable, motivation, and discipline on teachers’ performance was proved and accepted.

Abstract

PT. PER sebagai lembaga pelayanan masyarakat dan sumber PAD dalam kondisi krisis ekonomi tetap eksis dan dirasakan perannya. Peningkatan ekonomi rakyat menghadapi masalah yang kompleks. Kegiatan di sektor riil tumbuh dan membutuhkan modal yang besar. Peran PT. PER akan menjadi penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Pembangunan dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat menghadapi masalah yang kompleks seperti : sulitnya akses permodalan, rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia, terbatasnya penguasaan teknologi, manajemen wenk (keuangan dan pemasaran), rendahnya kualitas produk dan lemahnya kelembagaan dan kelembagaan. penataan dalam pembangunan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi rakyat masih belum optimal. Dalam rumusan masalah, penulis mengungkapkan data kualitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mencoba menggambarkan fenomena tentang PT. Peran PER dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Provinsi Riau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama empat tahun beroperasi, terjadi peningkatan penyaluran kredit dari tahun ke tahun. PT. Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat (PER) mampu menjadi “agent of development” dalam pemulihan ekonomi, mampu mendistribusikan faktor ekonomi secara lebih merata kepada masyarakat dan memiliki multiplier effect yang besar. Dengan PT. Keberadaan PER, kelompok tani mikro, kecil, menengah dan koperasi serta lembaga keuangan Bank (BPR/S) dan lembaga keuangan mikro (UEK/D-SP), BMT, dan lainnya yang sebelumnya sulit memperoleh modal usaha dapat diakses PT. PER. Dampak positif lainnya adalah PT. PER juga berkontribusi dalam mencerahkan sikap masyarakat menjadi bank minded.

Abstract

PT. PER as society wervice institution and PAD source in the economic crisis condition still exist and felt its role. The people economic improvement faces complex problem. The activities in the real sectors grow and will need huge capital. The role of PT. PER will be importanc in improving the society economic. The society economic development and improvent faces complex problem such as : the difficulty in accessing capital, the low of human resoureces quality, the limited technology mastering, the wenk management (financial and marketing), the low quality product and the weak institution and the institution arrangement in developing and empowering the people economic still non optimum. In the problems formulation, the writer discloseded qualitative and quatitative data. The results tried to describe the phenomenon about the PT. PER roles in improving the society economic at Riau Province. The results showed that during four years operation, ther is credit channeling improvement from year to year. PT. Permodalan Ekonomi Rakyat (PER) able to be “agent of development” in the economic recovery, able to distribute economic factors more evenly to people and has big multiplier effect. With PT. PER presence, the micro, small, middle business and cooperative and financial institution of Bank (BPR/S) and micro financial institution (UEK/D-SP), BMT) farmer group and other that formerly difficult to obtained business capital able to access PT. PER.The othe positive impact is PT. PER also contribute in illuminating the society attitude become bank minded.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih banyak ditemukan pelanggaran dan kecurangan-kecurangan seperti tidak standarnya timbangan yang digunakan, kemudian masih dicampurnya barang dagangan dengan kualitas baik dan juga buruk yakni dengan mencampur barang dagangan dengan barang dagangan yang cacat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis (1) karakteristik pedagang dan konsumen serta profil usaha pedagang di Pasar Cik Puan, (2) penerapan etika bisnis Islam di Pasar Cik Puan, (3) menganalisis tingkat loyalitas konsumen di Pasar Cik Puan, (4) pengaruh karakteristik personal konsumen dan penerapan etika bisnis Islam terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Pasar Cik Puan (5) menganalisis startegi peningkatan penerapan etika bisnis Islam Pasar Cik Puan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey selama bulan Juni sampai dengan November 2021 berlokasi di Pasar Cik Puan Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau. Data yang digunakan berupa karakteristik konsumen dan pedagang serta profil usaha, kemudian penerapan etika bisnis Islam, tingkat loyalitas konsumen. Guna mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik personal konsumen dan penerapan etika bisnis Islam terhadap tingkat loyalitas konsumen data dianalisis menggunakan Structrural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) umur rata-rata pedagang 37,5 tahun, jenis kelamin laki-laki, pengalaman berdagang 9-12 tahun, jumlah tanggungan keluarga 3 orang, tingkat pendidikan 9-12 tahun dengan profil usaha jumlah tenaga kerja sebanyak 1 orang, luas kios 3 m2 dan 7,5 m2 dengan rata-rata memiliki izin usaha dan modal sendiri. Umur rata-rata konsumen 37,78 tahun, jenis kelamin perempuan, tingkat pendidikan 12 tahun, pengalaman belanja 8-15 tahun, jumlah tanggungan keluarga 2-4 orang dan pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga. (2) penerapan etika bisnis Islam sudah dalam kategori baik. (3) tingkat loyalitas konsumen juga dalam kategori baik. (4) variabel yang mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen adalah adalah menutup aurat, bersih dan rapi, umur konsumen, pengalaman berbelanja, jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan rekomendasi pada pembeli lain atau calon pembeli sebesar 30% dengan uji kebaikan model dengan hasil baik. (5) Penerapan etika bisnis Islam sudah dalam kategori baik sehingga dibutuhkan upaya untuk mempertahankan dibandingkan dengan peningkatan.

Abstract

Masalah yang dialami usaha petani padi sawah di desa Kepala Pulau adalah minimnya modal usaha, rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani, kurangnya penggunaan teknologi pertanian sehingga produksi padi sawah yang optimal tidak tercapai. Disamping itu, optimalisasi lahan sangat rendah, hal ini terkait dengan cara pengelolaan yang kurang intensif dan masih bersifat tradisional yang berakibat pada tingkat efisiensi pengusahaan belum pada kondisi yang efisien secara ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Menganalisis karakteristik petani dan profil usaha padi sawah di Desa Kepala Pulau Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau, (2) Merumuskan strategi dalam pengembangan usaha padi sawah di Desa Kepala Pulau Kecamatan Kuantan Hilir Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 41 petani padi sawah secara simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Karakteristik petani padi sawah adalah rata-rata berada pada usia yang produktif yaitu 48 tahun, tingkat pendidikan 8 tahun, dan pengalaman berusahatani rata-rata 24 tahun, selanjutnya jumlah tanggungan keluarga rata-rata 4 jiwa dan profil usaha tani yang ditekuni oleh petani padi sawah di desa Kepala Pulau yaitu masih tradisional yang mana dikenal dengan sistem batobo, kemudian modal usaha adalah modal sendiri. (2) Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor-faktor untuk merumuskan strategi berdasarkan data faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang diperoleh koordinat terletak pada kuadran I yaitu strategi SO (Strength dan opportunities). Situasi ini menunjukkan situasi yang sangat baik dan menguntungkan, dimana petani ataupun penyuluh dan pemerintah desa Kepala Pulau memiliki kekuatan dan peluang sehingga dengan kekuatan yang dimiliki petani mampu memanfaatkan peluang-peluang yang ada untuk meningkatkan hasil pendapatan dari usahatani padi sawah yang dilakukan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Agarwood leaf Aquilaria malaccensis Lamk is used as a raw material in the agroindustry of agarwood leaf tea. This study aimed to analyze the production cost, revenue, profit, efficiency, and value-added. This research used a survey method as a case study of the CV. Gaharu Plaza Indonesia which was conducted in Sidomulyo Barat Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru. The results of the study showed that the agarwood leaf tea agroindustry by CV. Gaharu Plaza Indonesia is a small business or micro business. The technology in processing agarwood leaf tea is semi-mechanical and has a home industry food production certificate, a small trade business permit, and the health department. The raw material used for the one-time production process for the agro-industry of agarwood leaf tea was as much as 4 kg of agarwood leaves, with supporting materials such as jasmine flowers, tea bags, packaging boxes, standing pouch packaging, transparent roll plastic, and packaging labels. Production cost was IDR 1.715.894, the income of IDR 4.250.000, net profit of IDR 2.534.106, the added value of processing aloes into aloes leaf tea was IDR 13.269. The RCR value was 2,48 with the criteria RCR value > 1 is profitable and feasible to be developed. Keywords: Agroindustry, Agarwood leaf tea, Value added

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of staffing on the performance of employees at mills I Bukit Kuantan District Singingi Umbrella all employees mills I Mount Umbrella, sampling technique using simple random sampling as many as 57 people. In analyzing the data of this study data analysis using descriptive and quantitative methods, namely by processing the data obtained from the company, then analyzed using the theoretical basis as a means to solve problems, and then conclude. The research result is seen from the results of the t-test where the value t count > t table (32,639 > 2,004) there is a significant positive influence between the placement of employees on employee performance. Judging from the coefficient of determination R Square of 0,951. This shows that the percentage contribution of staffing influence on employee performance is at 95%. While the remaining 5% is influenced by other variables not included in the study. Keywords: Employee Placement and Performance.

Abstract

Balai Raja Village is one of the centers of cassava production in Pinggir District of Bengkalis Regency in Riau Province with production of 35 tons/ha. This research aims to find out and analyze the characteristics of farmers and traders of cassava, the marketing channels and institutions, marketing costs, marketing margin, marketing profits, farmer's share, and marketing efficiency of cassava farm business, and the cassava farming business development strategy. This study was used survey method during for 6 (six) months from July to December 2020. The results showed that the farmers was still productive life, the level of education of farmers was relatively low, namely junior high school graduation, the average length of experience was 4 years, and the number of farmers' families was 3 people. The average age of cassava traders was still productive life, the level of education of trader was relatively high, namely high school graduation, the average experience was 5 years, and the number of family member was 3 people. The marketing channel had only 1 marketing channel, namely farmer-trader - tapioca factory. Marketing cost was IDR 155/kg, marketing margin was IDR 200/kg, marketing net margin was IDR 45/kg, farmer's share was 75%. Marketing efficiency was 19.37%. The results of the analysis of the cassava farming business development strategy in the village of Pinggir district of Bengkalis Regency was in quadrant 1, namely the S-O. The alternative strategy obtained was based on the S-O strategy, namely the availability of land and skilled labor. It can meet the increasing demand for cassava production. By using superior wood seedlings and government support in providing extension, it can be expanded due to the development of cassava processing industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to analyse the characteristics of entrepreneurs and business profiles, the production process and the use of production inputs, production costs, output, sales price, income, and the efficiency and added value of business in the soy milk agroindustry. This study used a survey method in Purwodadi Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. Data were analysed using descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the characteristic features of soymilk entrepreneurs were productive age, high school education, high entrepreneurial experience and relatively small family members. The business profile shows that the soymilk agroindustry is classified as a micro-enterprise. The production process of soy milk begins with shaking and washing, grinding, boiling, filtering, heating, and packaging. The use of inputs consisted of raw materials i.e., soybeans 72 kg/month, labour 11.59 HOK/month and supporting materials namely water 1.368 l/month, sugar 120 kg/month, food flavours 600 ml/month, salt 7200 grams/month, pandan leaves 1 sheets/month, plastic wrapping 9360 sheets/month and firewood up to m3/month. The of production cost of soy milk was Rp. 5,545,864/month, which consisted of variable costs IDR 5,481.150/month and fixed costs IDR 64,714/month. Soy milk production was obtained as much as 1,080 liters/month with a selling price of IDR 6,667/liter. Gross income was IDR 7,200,000/month and net income was IDR. 1,654,136/month. The efficiency (RCR) of soy milk was 1.30 and it means soy milk was profitable and feasible. The added value obtained from the soy milk agroindustry was IDR 39,068/liter with a value-added ratio of 39.07%.

Abstract

Palm sugar agro industry can providr an add value to palm sugar producers and overcome labor challenges If the business is managed properly, the purpose of this study is to analysis: the characteristics and profiles of palm sugar producers, palm sugar processing techniques, palm sugar production cost, production, revenue, efficiency, and value added, and make palm sugar marketing strategy. This study used a survey method. The research site was in Rambah Tengah Hulu Village, Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. In this study, 15 producers were selected by snowball sampling. The collected data consisted of primary and secondary data. The method of data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the characteristics of palm sugar producers had an average age of 50 years, male gender, 6 years of education level, 10 years of business experience, and the family number of 5 persons. The palm sugar agroindustry was home industry business, private business capital, and labor are come from the family. The process of palm sugar in the research area used simple technology. The cost spent by the producers were Rp. 122,742, revenue Rp. 149,400, profits Rp. 26,658 with an R / C ratio 1.21. The added value obtained from processing palm sugar per process was Rp. 131,400 with a value-added ratio of 87.95%, and a margin value of Rp. 147,400, direct labor income was 0.67%, other input contributions were 10.85%, and profits were 88.46%. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis, it showed that the business was in quadrant I or SO strategy (strengths and opportunities). This strategy shows that the situation is very favorable for entrepreneurs by utilizing their strengths to take advantage of business opportunities.
