<![CDATA[Abstract. Entering 2020, Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has become a serious threat to global public health. WHO declared the Covid-19 as an extraordinary event to become a global pandemic. Purpose of this study was to determine relationship between the level of knowledge about Covid-19 and the behavior of educators and staff at Junior high school SMP Negeri 1 Majene. The research method used an Analytical Observation approach with a cross sectional design. Collecting data using a questionnaire from 40 samples taken by total sampling. Statistical analysis used the Chi-Square test with a degree of significance (a=0.05). Results obtained by the respondents consisted of 14 (35%) men and 26 (75%) women with a education level of 6 (15%) Senior High School, 32 (80%) Bachelors and 2 (5%) Masters. Based on knowledge of the respondents, there are 35 (87.5%) good categories, 4 (10%) sufficient and 1 (2.5%) less. Based on behavior to prevent, there are 35 (87.5%) categories of prevention, 4 (10%) enough and 1 (2.5) less. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge about Covid-19 and the behavior with a value of p = 0.000. Increasing the level of knowledge about covid-19 will be directly proportional to behavior of preventing the spread of Covid-19. Abstrak. Memasuki tahun 2020, penyakit Corona virus 2019 (COVID-19) telah menjadi ancaman serius bagi kesehatan masyarakat global. WHO menyatakan Covid-19 sebagai kejadian luar biasa menjadi pandemi global. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Tentang Covid-19 Dengan Perilaku Tenaga Pendidik dan Staf di SMP Negeri 1 Majene Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Analytical Observation dengan desain Cross Sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dari 40 sampel yang diambil secara total sampling. Analisis statistic menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan derajat kemaknaan (a=0.05). Hasil penelitian didapatkan responden terdiri dari 14 (35%) laki-laki dan 26 (75%) perempuan dengan tingkat Pendidikan SLTA sebanyak 6 (15%), Sarjana sebanyak 32 (80%) dan Magister sebanyak 2 (5%) responden. Berdasarkan pengetahuan responden, terdapat 35 (87.5%) kategori baik, 4 (10%) cukup dan 1 (2.5%) kurang. Berdasarkan perilaku mencegah penularan covid-19, terdapat 35 (87.5%) kategori mencegah, 4 (10%) cukup mencegah dan 1 (2.5) kurang mencegah. Terdapat hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentang Covid-19 dengan perilaku tenaga pendidik dan staf di SMP Negeri 1 Majene dengan nilai p=0.000. semakin baik tingkat pengetahuan tentang covid-19 akan berbanding lurus dengan perilaku mencegah penyebaran covid-19.]]>
