Abstract

This study aims to analyze students’ difficulties in understanding science material and efforts to overcome them in clas V at MI Islamiyah State School in the 2021/2022 academic year. The method used in this research is case study with research data sources are observations conducted directly to student. In qualitative research, the researcher acts as an instrument and usescollection techniques and participant observation and interviews. The results showed that science learning at MI Islamiyah was less effective. There are severeal factors that cause students to have difficulty understanding science material at school, including: lazy students, lack of motivation from teachers, not focusing on learning, lack of attention from both parents, lack of enthusiasm in learning, family problems, physical disorders, and interest in reading. Drop from the results of this study the total number of students in class V amounted to 34 while there wewe 6 students who had difficulty in learning science material at MI Isalmiyah. The teacher’s efforts to overcome students who have learning difficulties in class are: the teacher always encourages students to continue to actively learsduring class lessons, the teacher must always remember that students have different character traits from each other, the teacher gives clear directions to students, the teacher must give words of motivation to students and the teacher always gives praise to every student, especially students who are having difficulty understanding science material at school so that learning activities run well. Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem of self-confidence (self-efficacy). This study aims to determine the relationship between three types of self-efficacy on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at MIS Amaliyah Cibinong. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlation analysis method. This research was conducted with a population of 327 and the sample was taken by means of random sampling and the sample taken was VA class as many as 26 students. Data collection techniques used are in the form of questionnaires and multiple choice tests. The hypothesis test of this research is the analysis of the product moment correlation coefficient. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and student learning outcomes in science subjects for class VA MIS Amaliyah Cibinong with an rxy/rcount of 0.765 which is in the strong category. Then it is done > from rtable 0.404 with a large correlation of 58.5%, so that H0 rejected and Hais accepted. This shows that “On the relationship between self-efficacy and learning outcomes for science subjects for class VA MIS Amaliyah Cibinong for the 2021/2022 academic year. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify obtaining information about the experience of honorary teachers on financial income during the Covid 19 pandemic. The study used an exploratory case study method and the research approach used a qualitative case study method used to obtain information on the experience of honorary teachers on financial income during the pandemic. Covid 19. In this study, respondents were 4 honorary teachers and 1 principal in Bogor. For confidentiality purposes, respondents were given the initials R1, R2, R3, R4, R5. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and a list of questions compiled for interviews was developed based on related literature. Respondents for this study were honorary teachers and school principals. The results of this study are that there are several obstacles experienced by honorary teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely the experience of honorary teachers with distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, the financial income of honorary teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic and the financial management of honorary teachers in the future. the Covid-19 pandemic Keywords: Experience, honorary teachers, management, finance, the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine the role of parents in accompanying children to study at home in the Covid era. This research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data were obtained by using questions in the form of parents' responses regarding learning at home, the obstacles faced by parents in accompanying children's learning at home, difficulties faced by children when studying at home and how parents overcome children's learning difficulties at home. The population of this study were parents of students who were affected by covid19. The conclusion of this study is that many parents assess that learning at home can strengthen the relationship with their children, even though there are various obstacles, as well as children who are not easy to do learning at home need adaptation and face many difficulties but these difficulties can be overcome by the parents of students.
