Abstract

This research to see the relationship between Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction with batik, a case study at Quina Batik. Where the research subjects are customers at Quina Batik with a total of 100 customers. By taking samples through total sampling technique. Data was collected using a Likert scale consisting of two scales, namely the Service Quality scale and the Customer Satisfaction scale. The data analysis method used is Product Moment Analysis. The result is that there is a significant positive relationship between Service Quality and Batik Customer Satisfaction at Quina Batik. Service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction of 71.7%. This means that there are still 28.3% of the influence of other factors on customer satisfaction. From these results, it is hoped that Quina Batik will improve its ability to provide everything that its customers expect or in other words, whether or not the quality of service is good depends on the ability to provide services to consistently meet customer expectations. Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the importance of the leadership's attention at AMA Yogyakarta to their employees in order to be able to improve their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work discipline, work stress and compensation on employee performance at the Yogyakarta Administrative Management Academy. This research with 27 respondents. The results show work environment, work discipline, work stress and compensation a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows a value of 0.818.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of the management of facilities and infrastructure on the performance of the Health Service of Kulon Progo Regency, DIY. Based on the t-test carried out, it can be seen that the t-count value is 3.763 > t table which is 2.40835 with a probability value of 0.000 <0.05, then the management variable facilities and infrastructure have a partial effect on employee performance, this proves that the hypothesis proposed by the researcher is accepted. The calculation of R Square that is done can be seen that the value of R Square is 0.228 or 22.8%. The magnitude of the influence of the variable management of facilities and infrastructure on employee performance is 22.8%. The correlation test carried out can be seen that the correlation number between the management of facilities and infrastructure and employee performance is 0.477. This means that the relationship between the two variables is positively correlated (unidirectional). Judging from the probability number (sig) of 0.000 <0.05, the management of infrastructure and employee performance has a significant relationship.

Abstract

Service analysis on batik sales revenue in Tirta Batik Yogyakarta. Service affects batik sales revenue because with the emergence of a good sense of service, customers will feel happy and comfortable using Tirta Batik's services and products so that the quality provided and the sense of service provided by customers will affect sales revenue. The sample in this study was 45. Using the SPSS Statistics IMB tool 22. The results showed that there was a significant influence between service and batik sales revenue which was carried out on the t test. From the results obtained t count of 4.889 and t table of 1.6810, so that 4.889 > 1.6810. or t count is greater than t table so that it is concluded that ho is rejected and ha is accepted. The magnitude of the effect of service on batik sales is 35.7%. From the results of data processing the value of R Square (coefficient of determination) is 0.357 or 35.7%. and the remaining 64.3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of leadership style and work environment on the performance of pharmacy installation staff at TK III Hospital 04.06.03 dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta. This study uses the independent variables of leadership style and work environment while the dependent variable uses employee performance. This study used a quantitative method, the population of this study were employees of the pharmaceutical installation. Samples were taken by census method. Distribution of questionnaires as many as 30 respondents. This method uses IBM SPSS Statistics 22 multiple linear regression analysis, with the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is no influence of leadership style with a significant value of 0.313 on the performance of pharmacy installation employees and there is an effect of the work environment on the performance of pharmaceutical installation employees with a value significant 0.004. Simultaneously, there is the influence of leadership style and work environment on the performance of pharmacy installation employees at TK III Hospital 04.06.03 dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta with a significant value of 0.10 whose contribution to variations or fluctuations in performance is 28.8% and the remaining 71.2% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Di masa pandemi saat ini perekonomian masyarakat bawah lebih khusus rumah tangga mendapat dampak yang cukup signifikan. Daya jual maupun daya beli menurun, karena rumah tangga pendapatan berkurang atau justru tidak ada pendapatan sama sekali. Maka hal ini butuh perhatian dari berbagai pihak. Salah satu kegiatan yang membantu membangkitan perekonomian keluarga yakni dengan berwirausaha. Ibu-ibu yang merupakan anggota dari kelompok Jamaah Masjid Nurul Huda diharapkan mampu mendorong kegiatan ini. Dengan melalui kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan ini, para jamaah ibu-ibu dapat menghidupkan kembali kegiatan wirausaha yang pasif karena dampak pandemi. Meski kegiatan wirausaha ini masih sebatas jual beli produk lebih tepatnya resseller, namun diharapkan setelah mendapat penyuluhan ini dapat menjadikan anggotanya memproduksi produk sendiri dan dijual sesama jamaah maupun dengan warga sekitar. Sehingga kegiatan wirausaha dapat menyelamatkan perekonomian keluarga.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by MSMEs in Sidorejo hamlet is marketing problems and skills in using technology. MSMEs in Sidorejo hamlet need technology-based business development so they can compete with new online businesses. The purpose of this writing is 1) Identifying the use of marketing media in MSMEs in Sidorejo Hamlet, Ngestiharjo Village. 2) Describe technology-based business development efforts in MSMEs in Sidorejo Hamlet, Ngestiharjo Village through digital marketing training. The method used to identify the use of marketing media is observation and interviews. The methods used in technology-based business development efforts are community education and training methods. Materials in efforts to develop technology-based businesses for MSMEs in Sidorejo Hamlet through digital marketing training include: 1) Cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit and providing inspiration from the success of online businesses, 2) Sharing sessions, 3) Digital marketing training. The identification results show that many MSMEs in Sidorejo Hamlet use simple technology in marketing, which is dominated by WhatsApp and Facebook media. In fact, there are still many MSMEs that run their businesses offline without the help of technology. The evaluation results of digital marketing training activities show that this activity received a positive response, was considered to provide insight and knowledge, and provide inspiration. Almost all business people want to practice this online business in developing their business.

Abstract

Mixue is a drink outlet from China, which serves a variety of drink menus and also ice cream. This drink has so many branches spread across every provincial city and has quite a few fans, so the company must be really careful in setting prices that suit people's pockets. The aim of this research is to find out how influential price is on the decision to purchase Mixue products. This research uses a quantitative research method where data is collected using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who are consumers of ice cream mixue products. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires and then processing them using simple linear regression analysis, T test, and correlation coefficient test. Based on the research results, it shows that price influences the decision to purchase Ice Cream Mixue products. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to partially determine the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Gunungkidul District Health Service. And to find out work motivation and discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at the Gunungkidul District Health Service. This analysis uses independent variables, namely work motivation (X1) and discipline (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The research method uses quantitative methods in the form of statistical data. The population used was all employees in a sector of the Gunungkidul District Health Service with a saturated sample. Based on the results of data processing SPSS for Windows version 17. Work motivation variable (X1) with a calculated t value of 3.260 > t table 2.048, this means that variable X1 has an influence on Y and the discipline variable (X2) with a calculated t value of 1.640 < t table 2.048 p. This means that there is no partial influence on (Y). And from the calculation results, the variables work motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) are obtained with calculated F 28.098 > F table 4.21. This shows that these two variables simultaneously influence employee performance (Y), and have a contribution value of 65.1% and the remaining 34.9% is influenced by other variables.
